I really liked this club. Its kept very clean and is spacious. I enjoyed lifting and Cardio equipment. I liked the upbeat music and numerous TVs. The staff answered every question I had. Im disappointed that my work schedule and location will not allow me to use this gym.

Havent had any issues at all yet. Price of membership is great too.

This club refuses to uphold the mask mandate.Over half of the people using the facilities were unmasked when I was there two days ago. They make it voluntary. It’s a shame. The employees are great and i enjoy the amenities of being a black card member. Please don’t comment with a lie. You are NOT upholding the mask mandate.

Be very very careful when you try to and your membership here. Don’t take any employees word for what you have to do. Go down there get the paper signed, get it notarized and make sure they understand that they are not to bill you anymore. I did what they asked me to do last October and just found out today I’ve been getting continually billed ever since.The manager put the impetus on me to make sure that I understood what they were telling me. Which I thought I did but that’s because I listened to what they told me over the phone. This wasn’t the first in instance of getting weird billing from the club. And they are pretty useless about rectifying it. Buyer beware.

The staff are always welcoming. The facility is well maintained and stocked. There is never judgement or pressure from staff or other patrons.

Used it once. Over a Year ago. Nobody bothered to notice I wasnt using it anymore but the kept charging me.

Very nice and helpful staff I am a traveler so I use the showers and feel 0 judgement from staff I also use the hydro massage for my scoliosis and it works wonders

Its been a long time since Ive had a gym membership, and although ready and eager, I was nervous. The prospect of coming in kind of out of shape and new to a lot of the machines was intimidating, but every person from staff member to gym member has been nothing but courteous, diverse in gender, body, and fitness level, and nobody is staring or being obnoxious. I feel pleasantly private among many people - everybody minds themselves and acts politely. Theres no macho grunting. Theres no discomfort or feeling of unwelcome; its made me more eager than ever to get fit and be comfortable in my environment.

This is my second visit to this Planet Fitness. The gym has everything that I like exercising with, is clean, and not overly crowded. The lady at the counter was sweet and able to answer all my questions. Thumbs way up!

Took the tour of this gym. Lots of treadmills and bikes, nice selection of free weights and machines, friendly staff, the place was squeaky clean, including the locker room and showers.

Kudos to the staff for the excellent job they do keeping the place clean and safe for us members. Social fitnessing practiced here, members wipe down equipment after use, and mask up, or this place is not for you. 😷

This is the best gym/spa in bonney lake..(and Ive visited and tried all of them). 10 out of 10.. amazeballs unicorn.. get the black card membership.. see ya in the subcon on the beyond dry float beds..

Good place to go if youre just starting working out. Wouldnt suggest it for dedicated gym rats because they discourage heavy lifting.

Great to be back at a gym. Facility was super clean and lots of open machines. Patrons were all adhering to the COVID guidelines. I feel confident resuming my workouts.

The only thing that was not addressed was an annual fee which is $42.63. Other than that I love it. I was able to sort out the financial problem just fine. It actually only took 5 minutes.

Im so happy the gym is open again. Planet Fitness always has plenty of supplies out to clean the machines when youre done. And they do definitely go the extra mile to keep the place clean.

I was at this particular gym a couple weeks ago and they were so on top of everybody who wasnt wearing their masks properly. I came here again on Saturday the 17th and there was a person working out on the stairs and treadmill who was NOT wearing a mask AT ALL. I was on the stairs for 45 minutes and no one said anything to that person. I really liked this location but I just couldnt believe they would let someone do cardio for 45 plus minutes without wearing a mask!!! Everyone else who was doing cardio had their mask on. Ugh. Also, said lady didnt wipe down any of the machines she used....

Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! They have done an excellent job making sure that cleaning supplies are readily available and that the stations are conveniently located throughout the facility.

Signed up last weekend and went twice this week after work . It was easy to sign up and the app makes checking in easy . They are clean and all the machines are nicely spaced out . I feel very comfortable coming to the bonney lake location

I cant see and I have no idea how many planet fitness Ive been to but its got to be more than 100 because I use them all across the country. But this is the nicest one Ive ever been to. But the one in Savannah ga comes in at a close second with TVs in the stalls.This one has the nicest showers and change areas ever!!! With that herbal essences rain fall shower head lol and privacy area for changing and huge locker room with blow drivers! The gym floor is huge!!! And they have alot of bikes and 4 row machines more than Ive seen at any other planet fitness some dont even have one.Staff friendliness is consistent throughout and I dont spend much time in the black card area although I have a black card so I cant say much more those areas but Ive enjoyed working out here the past two days! I wish they were all like this one!

Clean, usually a lot of people. Have to wait to use equipment sometimes or swap exercise order if you follow a plan.

Was not able to cancel my membership online, called and was told I had to write a letter to cancel my membership. Wish they told me how inconvienent it is to cancel

Wow! The old adage you get what you pay for was never truer than here. Just to be clear this place is cheap! So the key to a good experience is low expectations. I gave them every chance before writing this review so if they choose to reply with their canned Oh no John! Thats not good please reach out to a member of our management team response, I already have. In the interest of being fair this place is a franchise so I am only reviewing the Bonney Lake location. The club manager told me their owner lives in Philadelphia so what can you expect about quality control. Although the kids behind the counter may be well intentioned they seem to be unable to fix things. I expect the club manager Maddy has no maintenance budget or no oversight and that the owners, in Philadelphia, just dont care. The water fountain, and the stair master have both been broken at least a month, photos attached. I have personally informed the management a month ago and as you can see they are still broken. Well 15 bucks a month, I suppose I should be thankful that the toilets work.Review Edited 10/24/18 (2 days after original post)Amazing! Score one for Google reviews. Seriously. After weeks of uncomfortable conversations with Planet Fitness management team and empty promises with no follow up only two days pass after posting a negative review and things begin to move in the right direction. When I was last at the gym the water bottle filler would not dispense water at all and now it dispenses warm, apparently unfiltered water. Which from my perspective is an improvement. It seems as if that is good enough for Planet Fitness leadership as well because they removed the out of order sign. Alas the stair master, which has been temporarily out of order far longer than the drinking fountain remains non-functional. Consistent low expectations allow me to enjoy my time here.

I joined to be healthy, and while I was working out never got that thought that I was being judged and that made it to where I could focus on myself. Definitely going to continue working out here.

Clean gym, nice staff. Funny though that its a judgement free zone but they have an alarm they set off to single out someone with a muscle shirt and too much water? Hmmmm insecure much?

I go to PF about 4-5 times a week and as far as I’m concerned it’s the best place for me to workout. I usually go in the early mornings when it can tend to be busier but I’ve never had an awful experience even when there’s a larger number of people working out. The ladies at the front desk that I usually interact with are part of the overnight crew, but never fail to brighten up my morning though it’s at the end of their shifts. Some times I wish there were specific machines that are referenced in my program but I am always able to find something comparable. Going to PF for the better part of the last year has reinvigorated my interest in fitness and helped me reach multiple lifting and health related goals so I have no complaints.

Staff is wonderful and the people that workout there are friendly and encouraging.

Social distancing precautions are awesome, not worried about my safety. Lots of equipment to choose from, everyone wipes down their station for the next person.

Clean, not crowded, lots of equipment from which to choose.

Bonney Lake Planet Fitness is the best best best gym ever!! I am so spoiled! So clean! Spray and paper towel locations everywhere, people actually use them there, super nice staff, tons of nice equipment and machines, everything I need! ESPECIALLY the 24 hour a day availability. Between my long hours and my four kids working out late at night is my only option. All of their other locations are excellent, too! I love Planet Fitness! Thank you a million, trillion times, PF!!!!

I been attending to this location for over a year and in the last 4-5 months cleanliness of this location is getting pretty close to the puyallup location gross. I use the showers in the am and I know that cleanliness is a must. I have seen people clean and it was always clean but now its been a struggle to shower there. I found feces in the shower some shower heads removed and just pipe is putting out water. I go there cause I want to get in shape but will be looking for another gym. Not looking to make them look bad just the truth.

All Planet Fitness gyms are the same. They have friendly and welcoming staff. I just wish that they had one in Lakeland Hills or at least in the Auburn area. It would be a great investment. I hate having to drive so far to go to the gym. I might have to move my membership to a closer gym soon or just use one of the two free gyms that I have at work.

Friendly, clean and Fun! I love using the Spa after a workout too. I’ve been to other PF and they’re not all the same. The Bonney Lake facility is the best!

The gym is awesome. Its always very well cleaned and that have a lot of machines. I absolutely Love working out here and then heading to the hydro massage chairs and finally to tan and red light vibration therapy. So relaxing! The customer service is excellent and I refer everyone here.

Love the amenities with the Black membership. Hydro massage chairs, tanning beds as extras. Plenty of machines and equipment to use so never a problem getting in a workout.A trainer is available to develop an individual fitness routine. My only suggestion is the trainer should walk the client through the prescribed routine of exercises. This didnt happen here. I shouldve asked.

Great gym for weights or machine, cheap, 24 hr, NO pool, sauna, or courts. But for just working out its a quiet friendly place. They do have a lot of rules though!

I cancelled 2 years ago but they have still been charging me and won’t cancel unless I drive 40 minutes to and hour to their gym to cancel in person during a pandemic.

It was my first and only time there as a guest with a friend of mine at about 5am. The lady at front desk was so rude to me. My friend had notice as well and said all the other timesheets has interacted with her she had never been that way. Nothing Im aware of had happened. I gave her my info and had maybe 5 other words than that which was not of conflict, completely unnecessary and unprofessional for her to behave in that manner. Other than that, it was enjoyable, lots of equipment and machines and free weights AND they have these really cool aqua massage beds. Tanning beds too, but unable to tan due to 2 different excuses of why I couldnt tan per the rude front desk lady.

I almost feel weird leaving a planet fitness review like it’s a planet fitness, they’re all the same (which is why I love planet fitness) but when I was signing up at this one, I was having the nicest conversation with one of the trainers, Chance, and I legit passed out, like I’ve passed out before but never full blown landed on my face dropped my cup passed out and him and Paige were both so sweet and charming. They were totally cool about it, I was so embarrassed but it was nice that at least the people around were charmers lol I guess it really is a judgement free zone 😹 I’m gonna go eat a pile of chicken and come back tomorrow. Great gym (I’ve been a member before), awesome equipment, awesome showers, great for travelers, I’ll for sure recommend this location (and part of the Seattle area in general) to my other jet setting friends. This is about the Bonney Lake, WA location. I LOVE this gym! Plenty of equipment and machines, friendly staff, clean restrooms. honesty, because I live so close to the gym that I dont bother going into the showers, so I cant speak to their state. Plenty of parking in a convenient location.

This gym is great. I appreciate having a no fuss gym nearby. They give two simple payment options between $10-$30 which makes it very affordable. They do not hold any classes but have all necessary equipment for a good workout (weight machine, cardio and free weights) as well as options for a personal trainer to assist you at certain times of day.They are not a gym for body builders or for people trying to throw around really heavy weights. They will sound an alarm if youre grunting, dropping weights, etc..If you do choose to go with the more expensive membership you get to use their massage chairs/beds, infrared light and tanning beds.

Nice place. It’s new, clean and great amenities but they close early a lot for a gym open 24hr a day. My only complaint is they aren’t 24-7

I go three times a week. Love the quick 30 minute circuit. Then move on to machines! Nobody is judging anyone, I love the that. I am not the most physically fit, but I am trying. Thank you for the comfortable environment.

Love all the machines, price and cleanliness. The staff however is very unprofessional. They are on their phones and playing around with each other. It would be nice seeing them mingle and making it clear they are offering professional advice about equipment, etc. They aren’t readily available unless they are interrupted from their phones or their social circles with each other.

I love this gym. It offers so many different things like the massage beds and the really great tanning beds as well as the 30 minute workout and some other equipment that isn’t at all gyms. I do really wish they had regular squatting and benching areas instead of the smith machines but you can make do cause the price is pretty worth it.

Bonney Lake may already have a few fitness or gym options but you cant beat $10 a month and open 24 hours. I used to be skeptical about the concept of the judgement free zone with its Pizza Mondays and endless supply of tootsie rolls... I mean isnt that contradictory to a gym? But I love this place! Its very clean, staff is friendly, and the black card member spa services are wonderful! Its no surprise this Planet Fitness is already becoming a popular gym! Dont worry, there is plenty of equipment available to use, even at peak hours!

Go here 2-3 days a week. Its usually dead from 4 to 7 and I never have to wait to use a machine or dumbells. I can hit all my workouts and its great. Very clean environment. Clean mens room/locker room. You couldnt ask for more at $10 a month.

This gym is great and has everything you need to whip yourself into shape, workout with a friend, relax and enjoy your workout. The staff members are great! Always nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I tell everyone how great it is and how they need to go!!

So after a little bit I am glad to say I signed up. The workers are friendly and the facility is clean. Definitely worth it.

I cant say enough good things about Planet Fitness! I started as a very out of shape 51 year old grandma, and I have enjoyed my experience there! Great gym, great staff, and they make me feel welcome every time I walk through the doors!

Everyone seems really nice and there are plenty of equipment.I like the row of TVs to watch.I like to work out at 7pm when is starts to clear out.

This is a DECENT, GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR gym. The limits on weights, no “true” squat rack, no “true” bench press, is kind of sad. The fact that there is no judgment signs everywhere but yet there’s a no “lunk” sign on the wall to me is a full blown judgment. This gym is very clean but when things get broken they’re broken for too long.... IE the new mat rack that is simply just some screws in the wall. I mean for a beginner this gym is great I guess I just like to see somethings changed.

Cheap monthly cost, great machines and mostly empty in the morning so no one sees my sad attempts at working out!
