Life saver for us. We need our boys boarded asap and they were able to accommodate us. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for caring for our boys we really appreciate it and will be back soon.

Weve been taking our dog there for a couple of years now. Our dog seems to enjoy its stay. The owners/helpers are very nice. The dogs have access to bigger enclosures to run around vs the small crates cages if they stay at a Vets office.

Have boarded our dogs there 4-5 times over the years. Have no complaints. Well, I guess they could be closer to us but thats all. We will go there again.

Decided to try boarding our dog for the first time and chose this place as a suggestion from my brother in-law who was also going to try it for the first time. We both have German Shepard’s and come to find out many places will not take the breed at their boarding facilities around us. Upon arrival it was not as fantastic as the description I was given over the phone. It smelled awful and wasn’t as clean as I think it should be but I decided to go ahead and give it a go as he would have his friend with him there and I figured he would be safe and fed until we returned which was the most important to me. The next day I received a phone call saying my dog had escaped their care. That he had jumped three fences and ran from them. This is very unusual behavior for my dog. He very much so likes to be around people and we almost never leash him because running is not a concern. I understand maybe it is not typical for a dog to jump three fences and escape and so I tried to be understanding of their surprise but There was no effort on their part to retrieve my dog. They said they almost got him back right after his escape but I was told that he got away from them. I sent my sister in-law to find him because we were out of town and could not be there to help search. The man at the kennel sent her on her own into the surrounding woods and did not help search with her. We found our dog thanks to my sister in-law and the Facebook community page and it’s good samaritans alone. I have tried to contact the caviar kennels people multiple times without success and what is most bothersome to me is that they have not once called me to see if he is safe and at home or not. They clearly do not care about the animals they watch over and do not see them as their full responsibility. When speaking with them initially about my dogs escape I never even got an “I’m sorry this happened” or “we will do whatever we can” the guy that I spoke with was apathetic and unconcerned. I would Not recommend this company if you want to leave your animal with complete comfort knowing they will care and take responsibility for your animal the way you do.

Safe and loving place to care for your dog. Reasonably priced.
