Cascade eye, 48 hrs waiting on a call back, tomorrow 72 hrs for a 3 min question to doctor, how can this be, cant respond to a patient? So doctors quitting now? I take work home or on vacation, to make sure I get my job completed for the day, they dont have too? Is Cascade eye just a sweat shop now? For a health care company this unacceptable, somebody should be able to speak w doctor call me back for a 3 min conversation. You received my copay and billed my insurance, yet no respect as a patient for a quick call back. This is how they conduct business, time to move to another eye care professional!!!! This needs to escalated, it isnt right.
This place is impossible to get ahold of. I received a referral from my doctor, and Cascade was supposed to call me 3 weeks ago. I waited a week, then decided to call them myself. No one answered the phone. I called several times in one day. I waited another week, then called again. I connected to the extension for the referrals department. Again, no answer. I left a voicemail with my full name, phone number, and reason for calling. It’s been a week and i still have heard NOTHING. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat patients. I need medical attention from them, and it feels impossible to get it.
