Ashley is the greatest! She is very patient, thorough and her genuine desire to make a client happy over making a couple more dollars is what keeps me coming back to her. I highly recommend her to anyone who asks where I go!

Just walked out of this office and they were absolutely incredible! They answered all my questions and actually solved issues instead of brushing them off. The office is beautiful and very clean! Also very friendly and welcoming staff! Highly recommend!!

Scheduling the appointment and the initial appointment itself was fast and easy. However, following the appointment, I attempted to contact the provider and advise her that my work would be requiring additional documentation regarding follow-up care. Despite requesting to speak with the PA, I kept being redirected to her MA. I was informed by the MA that the PA refused to to see me for an additional appointment, regardless of needing it for a work clearance, and that I should just find another provider. In essence, if you are looking for a provider that is willing to work with you and consider your care from a holistic approach, I would look elsewhere for care.

I just have to share how amazing my experience at Lark Dermatology was and specifically with Ashley! I went in for Botox with her and she listened completely to what I wanted and what I liked and she gave me exactly what I was hoping for!! I loved her work so much I scheduled with her to do my lips and I could not be happier!!! She does amazing work and just finished doing my daughters lips now too! We both are somewhat new to having our lips done and we are both beyond thrilled with our results! It feels so good to know we have a person now we can go to that we can trust to give us the best results!!!

Ashley is great. Professional, precise and honest. Love this place. Dont go anywhere else. You get what you pay for and leave looking and feeling younger.

Do not recommendI accompanied my 80 year old mother to her appointment here and was pretty upset by the time we left. She had a previous biopsy on her leg and it was looking very inflamed and possibly infected so we went back to have them check. The lack of empathy and lack of professionalism was incredible. The PA that day just shrugged her shoulders and said she thought it was ok and she had no results back yet and there wasnt anything she could do.. The nurse (Im guessing a nurse) that put us in a room was very rough with the bandage on and off. This is an 80 year old woman who was in pain and scared. Also, shouldnt long hair be pinned up in a dr office? When we removed the first bandage, we found a long hair in it.. So unsanitary. The entire attitude of the women, at least on this day, was very unprofessional and felt like we were just interrupting their day. I felt like I walked into a sorority house with attitudes. It took calls and finally two visits back to even get the biopsy reports as they never called or informed us of the results. Sorry for this long review, but I feel like people should know about this. I will NEVER go back and we have switched to Puyallup Dermatology where we should have gone in the first place.

Ashley is absolutely amazing!!! I got Botox and my lips done with her and she made me look perfect! I don’t look overdone, just the right amount of extra lip!! Thank you Ashley for making me feel beautiful! I was super scared to get my lips done but she did such a fantastic job making me feel comfortable, I will be a forever client of Ashley’s now!!

Kim Kinnebrew and the team at LARK Dermatology are amazing. The office is clean and the team is professional and courteous. They were able to see me quickly and took stellar care of me. I was treated kindly, gently and with the utmost patience. Most important however is the how I felt when walking out the door. I knew I was in good hands and that a gash on my face wouldnt turn into an unsightly scar because of Kim. She gave me a confidence I didnt have walking in the door.I was so happy with my experience I immediately referred a friend who needed a dermatologist for a very different reason. She was just as pleased with her experience.When you choose LARK Dermatology you will be in good hands.

I went to Lark dermatology for a annual skin cancer check. The staff is very helpful and caring. From the time I called to set the appointment, to speaking with the staff at the counter, to actually meeting with the dermatologist and nursing assistant. Everyone was courteous, helpful and genuinely interested in their patients. While there, I noticed that their pricing for injectables and fillers. I met with Ashley and really liked her right away. She is very personable and knowledgeable about what she’s doing. She made wonderful suggestions and the results were fantastic. Discussed possible future appointments and will definitely be going back to see Ashley. It was great that she took the time to follow up and check in and see how I was doing and if I achieve the results I was looking for. Wonderful customer service. A gem of a find in Bonney Lake.

First time visit March of 2021 and impressed with how it went. Friendly staff, easy to use IPad for checking in. I didn’t wait at all. I’ll be back in a year and will recommend to family and friends as well.

I’m so glad I found Lark Dermatology! I work in Health care, so finding the right fit is extremely important to me. Kim Kinnerbrew was caring and kind when I saw her for potential skin cancer concerns. I went back to see Ashley for some self care and she was a blast to work with. She followed up with text after my visits. The office staff is wonderful as well. I have been recommending Lark Dermatology to anyone who is looking!

Ashley was incredible! She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. I received 45 units of Botox and 1 syringe of Voluma in my cheeks. I had ZERO bruising and ZERO swelling! Love the results I got too!!!

Kim Kennibrew was very unprofessional and rude to me at my initial appointment. She did not explain how to use the medication she prescribed or the skin care regimen she recommended. When leaving or afterwards, I did not receive an after visit summary with instructions on my care. I do not recommend using her unless you are fine with horrible bedside manners.

Ive been going to Lark for quite some time now and cant stress enough how kind and knowledgeable everyone is. As a healthcare professional myself for lots of years, I take patient care very seriously.I always take note of the great bed/chairside manner. I feel like Im always in a safe atmosphere, and because transparency is so important me, I feel like I know exactly what is happening and why, and never head home with any uncertainty or unanswered questions.Bonus points for the meticulously clean office and exam rooms.

Today was my first time visiting a dermatologist and I was very happy with my overall experience! The front desk receptionist was so welcoming and nice and Dr. Scott Ahrndt was so friendly and helpful! He Took the time to listen to all my skin concerns and took the time to explain on how to treat them in positive approach. He made me feel very comfortable for visiting for my first time. I discovered Lark this year after traveling back and forth to Seattle to see a derm Dr. at UW as it was impossible to get a local appointment for several months at Cascade. I have had multiple bouts of both basal cell and squamous skin cancers, so I am very mindful of who I choose to treat my skin. Scott is amazing, gave me good advice and was able to promptly treat me and respond in a timely manner with the results of my biopsy. Bonus points for a very nice & clean office and kind & friendly staff.

I am delighted to have Lark dermatology in Bonney Lake! For way too long our only choice was cascade and was near impossible to get an appointment and quality service. Yesterday with 3 days notice I had my first appointment with Lark and it was polite, clean, mindful, and the staff were attentive. If I could give more stars I would! I had Botox and my eye lid was infected and needed attention. I woke up feeling way better and can’t wait to go back next week for a full check up! Welcome to Bonney Lake!

We absolutely love Kim Kinnebrew and the staff at LARK. They were able to get me in right away for a problem I was having and were very professional throughout. The facility is very clean and everybody there seems to have a genuinely caring attitude.
