I love the Bonney lake location, they have some great people working in there.Ive used them many times and its always a great experience.Today, I went in for a lot of labs and there was only two people working because some didnt show up to work.They were slammed all the way out of the doors without a chair to spare and those two working as a perfect team getting everyone processed quickly as possible. Those two ladies deserve an award for the morning they experienced and owned.

The staff here was so incredibly friendly and quick! I’ve had my blood drawn quite a few times from various locations, and this was probably the most smooth process to date, and I was a walk-in. Thank you so much! I always hate needles :)

Bloodwork appointment at 8:15. Check in online. Get a text message my technician is ready at 8:16. Out the door at 8:24, writing a 5 star review at 8:26.

They really do have the worst service. Also, good luck reaching them on the phone. If they do accidently pick up, they will just hang up and not pick up again. If you google LabCorp, you can see that all locations have similarly poor reviews. There is a good opportunity for improvement that an upper management should consider. Never underestimate your competition.

My experience in the lab itself was good however tried to call back a week later and was mid sentence talking to someone in billing who decided to transfer me before I was even done asking my question and looking for a little guidance. I am in healthcare and people do not seem to realize that when you answer the phone anywhere you are the frontline and face of an organization so being rude or short with someone who is being pleasant to you is not acceptable especially in healthcare.

They issued an invoice to me which I replied with my childs insurance information. Never once did Lapcorp contact me to say the insurance is saying my child is not a patient. Instead Lapcorp sent me to collections. I only just found out 3.5 years later, and now its supposedly too late for insurance to pay. They clearly need to work on their communication better with patients re: insurance. And my daughter DID have that insurance for a couple years!!

Being helpful and drawing blood is too much to ask when hiring at LabCorp.!Worst customer service EVER! We have been coming in for 6 months. Every month and every time its the same rude lazy service. We have a long standing work order that can never be found. The manilla folder with wrinkled and stained lab orders is archaic to say the least. Depending how helpful someone will be depends on if they can find it. The most ridiculous thing said to me today after skimming through the folder (long standing work order folder) was you have to let us know its a standing order so we dont throw it away! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So after I tell you to get the order out of the folder, I then need to remind you before I leave what it is so you dont throw it away?Was in the office for 40 minutes and absolutely nothing got done so, we walked out.If you arent going to spend a little money on technology, at least hire people that are nice or helpful. It wont make it so bad to deal with your business.If there was a -5 I would have chosen that.

I work in the medical field, and i consider this location to have the worst services ever! If i could give 0 stars, i would. whoever the guy answering phones today (05/28/2020) was so disrespectful, and did not even properly introduce himself when picking up the phone. The level of unprofessional attitude is far too much.

The receptionist is also the phlebotomist 🤨, and is the only person working here... there is a line of 7 people and it is moving verrrry slowly

One person doing checking and blood draw at the busiest time in the morning is ridiculous. Good luck if you’re fasting or need to be at work. I would plan on a good 30-60 minutes for a simple blood draw.

Super busy, only 1 gal working front and back for blood draw. They need to be trained better at billing. We specifically asked what to do to get the no insurance discount and was told all we had to do was call when we got our invoice, let them know payment processing was not set up, and we would get the discount... Because they did not note payment processing was not accepted and a discount needs to be applied, we could not get it. Calling back to the office to correct it was not an option. My mom and I did not get the discount promised. We would never have gotten the blood draws, especially my mom, since she will be on medicare in a few months! Best blood draw ever, worst billing ever!!

Rude and unfriendly. Made an appointment and still didn’t get in until over a half hour later. Would recommend to drive to another location for anyone needing labwork.

Amazing staff, they took the extra time to figure out all the blood tests my specialist ordered , and even reserved a room for me for about 45 minutes. I had to be laying standing and sitting for the blood test (15 total viles) and she made sure she had everything just right, all of the staff had drawn my blood on seperate and multiple occasions , they are all amazing humans and great at what they do!

Worse place to get blood drawn. Receptionist did not know what she was doing. One phlebotomist that was taking one person per 30 minutes. Ridiculous! Never again

Machine express check in is awful. Wasnt working right, each person having to enter information by hand. One person working front, back and helping at the machine. My last time coming here for lab work.
