I have been coming here for almost 10yrs and love it. They have great friendly staff. Ive always been a walk-in patient and have never had to wait long. I love seeing Dr Errol and his wife Dr Lisa. I love how many massage therapists they have available as well as acupuncture. I have been seeing the same masseuse for 8 yrs and absolutely love her. Overall a great place to choose!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Seems to be a common theme. Their manager, Danielle, has poor customer relations. Their clinic has gone downhill over the time I was going. Being a healthcare professional, I am appalled at the way they run their business. They offered me a spot for a same day massage to fill one of their openings. I called two hours later that I just had an emergency patient come in that was going to need emergency surgery and I couldnt make it that day. Not only did they charge me for that appointment, they sent me to collections for that missed appointment fee. UNBELIEVABLE. Danielle had the audacity to tell me that she wasnt going to do anything about it, that they tried to send me statements and call me. She stated that my number was disconnected. Funny since Ive had the same phone number for decades. Convenient that they didnt try my work, my husbands phone number or an email. Regardless, they should have NEVER charged for that in the first place. I have the same policy in my office, but a same day appointment... come on.... are you that hard pressed for every last dollar from people? WOW! Havent been back since, wouldnt recommend a soul to that place.

Worst customer service ever! Trying to charge me a $40 late charge when they even admitted it was a schedule error, but because my voicemail was full it’s my fault. Understand things happen, but both parties were at fault. Not even understanding just keep getting thrown in my face I owed $40. I see money is more to them then keeping customer. Lost two customers because of these and will not be recommending this place. They should really work on improving their customer services skills or they are going to continue to lose more customers.

I appreciate the care I receive from the entire staff at Mountain View. I started for minor chiro adjustments but have also received massage therapy and acupuncture. What separates this clinic from all the others is their holistic wellness offerings and relaxing demeanor.
