Wow! I’m pretty impressed ! I am visiting from Houston and I take a lot of yoga classes there.What I dislike about yoga classes is that a lot of instructors try to make it a boot camp by adding crunches and a lot of morning salutations in between every pose.I liked this place because we got to do the poses and really get some benefit from the stretches.The instructor was very clear and knowledgeable.Would definitely recommend this place!

Ive been going to Bikram Yoga in Bonita for over 9 years. I have not been consistent, but I am trying really hard to get in at least 3 classes per week because I just feel so much better. I commute for work so having time to focus on my flexibility is crucial. My 9 year old son is starting to do half the class now too. Love the studio, Sonia, Tony, Aniken, Jake and all the other teachers. :)

I waited outside on a Sunday till it open and before a class began to get information and to get a tour and I was denied. Supposedly the reason was that they had students already in class. So then I asked if I can come another day before a class so I can check it out and I was still denied! I feel that if I am a new prospect of being a new member to their studio and willing to pay for their services and join they shouldn’t deny or treat someone like this. In my opinion it’s rude and unprofessional! If this is the kind of business their running I’ll take myself somewhere else!!!

I love that teachers dont embarrass students who are taking it easy in the class. I know they are getting paid to teach and guide and pushing students to their limits BUT on the other hand, students should not be rudely called out when taking it easy... after all, each individual may have different situations/issues and levels of practice.I used to dread teachers who are over the top and teach the class like a dictator. LOL.I love Sonia....and even though I no longer live in Eastlake, I drive from Mission Valley to go to this studio!

I chose the closest Bikram studio to my home for convenience and was not disappointed. From the owner Sonia, to all the highly qualified instructors and friendly front desk staff, this business does it with dedication, care and focus. Thanks for welcoming me and keeping a clean, organized and spacious studio in top condition. I look forward to many more classes in our future. Thank you all.Aug 2021. Best best best place for bikram! it doesnt smell, the teachers are knowledgeable and the facilities are well kept!
