The first time I came here, my experience was great. Second time, okay. Third time, great, I had my appt at 430pm which the older lady who was going to do my eyebrows was running behind but, she apologized and asked her other coming client if she can take care of me since I was only doing eyebrows; that is what customer service is. Last ever appt. here. I came in today, my appt was at 430p.m. and the lady who greeted me(blk long hair) asked me if I clld and of course I called yesterday, then she said the other lady would be done and would help you in a moment. I said okay, waited outside. It was 445p.m., and I went back and asked when was she going to take me in, its already 445p.m. my appt. is at 430p.m instead of apologizing for the delay the black hair woman just said she will be with you in a moment. I cancelled the appt. Honestly, every single time I came to this place, they ARE ALWAYS BEHIND. I didnt complain before bc other workers had been polite, and apologetic that they were late, in other words I had good customer service.. But after this lack of customer service, I do not recommend this place at all esp. If you are someone who would not like to wait 10 min or more to be seen. Thank you. I will not be recommend this place to anyone! That is for sure! If I could I would not rate you for this last experience. I FOUND A BETTER PLACE... BB BROWS IN OTAY RANCH, great customer service and great work too!

I got my eyebrows threaded here and had a great experience. Friendly and fast, clean and professional. I felt like she really took the time and knew what she was doing, and provided individualized care for what your brows and face need. She was friendly and I will definitely come back, thanks!

Took my 14 yr old to get threaded for the 1st time. We had a great experience! Luckily they had a cancellation and were able to take us. Due to covid I waited outside but we told them we just wanted a simple clean up. They did them perfect!! Even called me from outside to see 1 brow before moving onto the next. My daughter and I were impressed with the whole process and the work looks great and natural!! We will be forever clients and we will make an appt for the next visit because they do get busy! I was referred by a friend to get my eye brows threaded. I got it done by Maya herself and Sara. They both did a great job and were super friendly.I then saw that they offer facials, so I thought I’d give it a try. I got my facial done by Charmane and she is by far the only esthetician that has walked me through and introduced me to a skin regimen that my skin so far is loving. She is very thorough, and educates me with every product and treatment she performs. If you need your eyebrows done and a facial this is hands down the place to go.

I came In for a facial treatment. The place was very clean and took the precautions needed during the Covid situation. Charmane was very friendly and knowledgeable about skincare. The whole process was very calming. She explained what each product was that she was applying to my face, how it would feel and what it actually does to help my skin. In the end my face felt amazing! A few days later (which is today and the reason why I’m writing this review) I saw results in areas where I have acne and scarring (where she focused on!) Definitely going back to her to keep my face maintained!!

My facial was amazing and the licensed Esthetician Charmane, was so sweet and extremely knowledgeable of how to care for my skin type. I have very dry and slightly sensitive skin. After my facial, my face felt so clean. My skin has never looked so good! I saw improvement in my skin going once a month for 3 months and following the daily facial routine using Dermodality products.Ive been a client of Mayas threading and skincare services for 3 months and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for a facial or skin treatment. I trust Charmane 100% with my skin. As i stated before, she is knowledgeable, professional and takes such good care of me. The setting of Mayas threading and skincare services is elegant, clean and up to code regarding the whole Covid situation. Seeing all five stars consistently can make you wonder, but she did a fabulous job on both my daughter’s eyebrows! Their first time and she made us very comfortable. Excited to go back in a couple of weeks for the touch up.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done with Maya since she was at Super brows I was sad when she left I didn’t know what had happened to her but I was super happy when I found out she had opened her own eyebrow place I only go to Maya she’s always been very sweet and caring and friendly always goes above and beyond and if there’s ever a problem she will always do what’s right and fix it 🙂
