I love the whole meridian spa it’s beautiful the girls are beautiful and amazing 🤩 Jenna is so fun and makes me feel so comfortable I just started doing full body lazer and being a guy I was nervous. now I just can’t wait to see my final results. I started coming to Meridian around April of 2021 because I read that the laser hair removal machine was unique and essentially painless. I live about 30 minutes away from Meridian and I knew there are so many other places I could have gone closer to me but something told me to go and WOW am I happy I did! Jenna did my laser and not only is she an absolute gem of a human being, but she is so knowledgeable and really good at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and at home; it was like I had known her my whole life! The laser really was PAINLESS! I was absolutely shocked when she said it had started working! I have a medium-tan skin tone and have had terrible experiences with hyperpigmentation in the past with laser hair removal, but my results have been so amazing so far and I have had no issues of burning or hyperpigmentation!My first experience at Meridian was enough to convince me to come back for other treatments and now I have pretty much done almost everything Meridian offers. I suddenly broke out with adult acne in April, an issue I have never faced in my life, and I felt so self conscious and overwhelmed by it. Jenna was so caring and gave me a full treatment plan to address my skin concerns. I have gotten the IPL, Vivace RF Microneedling, and multiple Hydrafacials since, and the IPL and Microneedling treatment alone I noticed put a stop to new acne, specifically on my cheeks!If its not clear by now, I absolutely LOVE Meridian! My brother, my mom and some of my friends comes here now for different services and all feel the same way I do! I would never suggest a medical spa or service to people I care about if I didnt believe in and trust the providers, and I definitely do trust Meridian!Lindsey is the Aesthetician and does my Hydrafacials, and there is nothing better than a post-Hydrafacial glow! She is so detail oriented and really takes the time to customize the entire service to each client. Plus she is so incredibly sweet and informative! I love that she is so aware of what shes doing and why and really knows how to give me the best result for my current skin needs every time; I dont just feel like it fit into a repeated formula!Sasha at the front desk is like sunshine! She is always so helpful, and is so genuine! Through the process of regaining my confidence from my skin post-acne, she always makes me feel so much better and lighter!The only two providers I havent received services from YET are Jess and Alejandro. I love that both of them are experienced PAs so I find comfort in knowing they come with a strong medical background! I have had a consultation with Jess about Botox and she was so knowledgeable and good at explaining how she could meet my needs. I have had Botox in my forehead before and it dropped my brows and I was so upset for a long time because I in fact wanted the opposite effect. But Jess was so detailed in explaining why that happened and how she would do things differently to get me the results I wanted. She is also such a genuine, kind person. She always asks about me, or whats happening in my life and she really cares to know! Ive also spoken to Alejandro about threads and lip filler and he is amazing at what he does too, and so sweet! He really takes the time to explain why he does what he does for each client and his attention to detail is so apparent.10/10 would recommend!!

I just moved from NYC and I was looking for a place nearby in which to get beauty services such as facials and Hyaluronidase for bad filler injected by a NYC plastic surgeon. Jessica worked her magic with very little hyaluronidase while those “top plastic surgeons “ I saw in NYC didn’t help solve the issue and charged twice as much. Jessica also suggested botox for my chin that had a few dimples. It looks amazing! I can’t believe what a difference a bit of Botox did! The place is also beautiful! I would totally recommend this place! I’m never going anywhere else!

This is hands down the best medí spa I have ever been to. The girls are so nice, accommodating, understanding, and smart! They answer all your questions and recognize their customers. If I could give them more stars I would.

I got lip fillers with Alejandro Perez and I am so pleased with the results. He makes you feel comfortable, explains everything and is very precise and makes sure you leave looking perfect.

It was my first time getting a hydra facial and Kira was amazing, I love how much my skin was glowing after and my pores didn’t seem nearly as big as they normally are. Also, she showed me this jar with allllll the blackheads and whatever else was chilling in my pores and wow I’m still shook. 10/10 recommend!

The quality of services at the spa are excellent. I have enjoyed the Hydra facials by Kira and injectables by Stephanie. Everyone there is friendly and professional and they carry some nice products that I utilize.

I started going here for laser treatments and I absolutely love this place and the girls here ! Jenna has been doing my laser treatments, we always have such a great time. The treatments are painless ! I am always welcomed in by my first name. It is so pretty and clean inside. Since I’ve started coming here I’ve got to learn so many different things about skin care as well. I have finally found products that’s work and also don’t irritate my skin. All of the girls are so educated and easy to talk to. Since coming here I’ve got a hydra facials as well from Kira, which I love! I have also seen Steffany for jeuveau! She went over the different kinds of tox and made me feel super comfortable (I was completely clueless). I was blown away from the results ! I would highly recommend coming here, they also have new specials every month !

I had a horrible unprofessional experience here.I have had my blood drawn for various reasons in the past from Labs and have never had a problem in 40 years. I went in for a PRP (platelet-rich plasma) facial at Meridian MedSpa where blood is drawn from your arm, centrifuged to separate the red and white collagen stimulating plasma that are than injected into your face. Although Steffany and Jenna are sweet, they together spent an hour poking both of my arms and wrist to obtain blood. The first draw was successful, however after the centrifuge concentrated and separated the blood in the tube, somehow the red and white blood cells went back and mixed together before injecting me so the plasma could not be used.At least 12 more failed, painful blood drawing attempts were made and various reasons or excuses were given why blood was not being drawn such as: A vein rolled, a vein collapsed, a vein valve was hit, the vein was too small, the needle is small.Eventually I said I cannot stand the pain any longer from the pokes, plus time ran out since Spa only allowed an hour for a procedure that takes 1 1/2 hrs. At this time Steffany concluded that the tubes were defective, by not being airtight, and not suctioning the blood from my arm. Steffany said the tube kits are expensive and hopefully they will be reimbursed for the 3 tubes that were tried.As I left the spa, the manager and owner had nothing to say after I told them that after 1 hour of being poked I didn’t have my PRP facial because the tubes are defective. They did not have any knowledge of what had happened!!When I got home and told my husband, a physician, he was very upset!He said that both nurses should have known that they should not attempt to draw blood more than maximum 2 attempts, it was obvious that the collecting tubes were defective (vacuum seal inside of tube).The law states: “The phlebotomist is only allowed 2 attempts at drawing blood, after that they should ask the patient if someone else can try to obtain their blood before the third attempt is carried out.”I would never go back to this Med Spa for any procedures that involves collecting blood!

Such a beautiful space! A peaceful atmosphere as I arrived. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. I learned about all of their treatment options as I was shown each spa room, however I never felt pushed, just informed of what options are available if I may someday be interested. Jessica took her time getting to know me and what I needed.

BUYER BEWARE! This place is a joke. Completely unprofessional and they have no idea what they are doing. They inject at “parties” in a room full of people and distractions and they screw up your face to the point you can’t even go to work or be seen in public. Go to real Doctors, save your time and money!!! They are not even properly trained (I have proof in writing from Wendy, an actual employer at the spa saying so.) First they offered a refund because they knew they screwed up but then they retracted on the refund because the business in really hurting! Terrible customer services skills! MedSpa: Do you said you were going to do and refund Veronica Munoz’ money. She paid upfront for services not rendered. This joke of a spa doesn’t even deserve “1” star. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau next!

I gave them 1 star because I had to to be able to post. I went there for brazillion lazer. The 1st 2 treatments were done professionally by a very pleasant technician who was not only very knowledgeable about lazer and how to use the equipment, she was very comfortable with doing it. The 3rd visit I was informed she no longer worked there and the manager did my treatment. She only did “minimal” areas and was so uncomfortable doing it that I didn’t speak up. The next visit I requested to have a different technician. She performed as if it was her 1st time. I literally had to talk her through it. Because at this point I’m in over $1200.00 and at least 75% of the treated area was complete with the remaining 25% of missed areas. I did 2 more treatments and pointed out the missed areas. The 1st of those she burned me in a very intimate area. She was also doing my facial hair. The next day I had burns across my upper lip and left neck. I did get a refund for the 2 remaining treatments. I went 1 more time and told her to turn down the intensity for finer hair areas. Wait! She’s supposed to know that. My husband went for a brazillion wax. They burned him in several places, missed large areas. He was charged $150.00 for this. This explains why in all 8 treatments I had here I ran into only 1 other customer.I called Naples Wax Center and they charge $75.00 for men’s brazillion wax.I would never recommend this place.

Wow what a great experience Ive been to two other spas and by far Naples med-spa bonita springs location is the best by a long shot. I went in for a consultation for halo laser treatment, krystal one of the main aestheticians at the bonita springs site was phenomenal, she took her time educating me on every little detail about the machine and how it works, how much down time for post treatment I mean she hit everything she needed to hit, and the best thing of all is that she never rushed me out the door she took her time. I decided to go the microneedling route, since krystal told me that my skin condition was not as severe as maybe others have it and that microneedling would be an awesome start for me. So krystal also took time and explained everything I needed to know about microneedling. All in all she did such a great job, the establishment was very clean, presentable and definitely welcoming. Thats why I give Naples med-spa, bonita springs location a very deserved 5 star rating, I would definitely recommend Naples med-spa bonita springs location to anyone and everyone hands down, and I will definitely be going back.
