I called his office and got great customer service I’d be new patient for bells palsey

Totally professional. Extremely intelligent. Great way to explain the situation and issues with clarity. Pleasant personality. Efficient and helpful staff that cares.

Called to try and make an appointment - the lady I spoke with was absolutely so rude, unprofessional and frankly nasty. Clearly if this this the first impression they want people to have they dont put the emphasis on kindness, caring and compassion. I just dont understand why people are in the healthcare industry who dont have a caring heart. The lady, I wish I got her name, answering the phone had zero customer service skills and beyond that didnt seem to care one bit about me as a patient let a lone as a person sick, in pain and hurt. The healthcare industry needs to do better at getting rid of people like this bc patients deserve better!I appreciate your response... however let’s be honest and not argumentative. I didn’t not cutesy not once. I did not use any vulgar language however I did express my disappointment and frustration for my current Md which is why I was seeking a 2nd opinion. As a patient calling in who was seeing help, treatment and options you provided not one ounce of concern or compassion. Even in your response here you don’t offer any of that. You are defensive and placing blame. You take no ownership or accountability for your actions and the way you treated me. At the end of the day I was a customer or protection customer and you treated me poorly then and are doing so here as well by coming back with false attacks which further abs publicly validate my statements of your lack of professionalism and compassion. Instead of reacting to the nerve my words clearly struck with you, you could have not responded or responded with the generic responses that are more customer service driven and help others seeing these reviews and responses view you as helpful and compassionate when issues arises versus immature, unprofessional, defensive and someone who attacks their patients! You had an opportunity here to show a better version of yourself... instead you further validated by your own actions not only my review but the other reviews on here about your office team!

Dr. Morell is very thorough and competent. He spends time listening to you, explains approach and steps to be taken to properly evaluate and treat your condition. High grades also go to his staff who are polite and professional.

Compassionate and professional. Very thorough with my exam as and listens to me then guides me to better my health with care.

Dr. Morrell is a very good and likable doctor. However, our experience with his staff is quite the opposite(very unprofessional and argumentative) Be aware that after your visit, you will not be able to communicate with the doctor by phone, since he does not call or take calls from patients. This makes it difficult if you are the caregiver and have questions for him. The gatekeepersare very unprofessional and give robot like answers.

As other reviewers stated. The “ Gatekeepers” are very uncaring, hurtful and down right mean !! The nursing staff treats you like a street drug addict .Dr. Morell is kind and caring while you see him , but don’t dare change your insurance! They drop you like a fly and could care less that you’ve been put on pain medicine and basically tell you to your face it’s not their problem that you have to wait to see your next Doctor! I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone !It’s so sad what this world of health has come to ...

The doctor is very thorough and attentive. He is also compassionate.

Great physician . Care about the wellness of the client and very knowledgeable.
