What an experience! So glad to have found Dr Pugh and her amazing staff. I’m planning on bringing the rest of my family to this practice. From the moment I arrived for my first visit today I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They submitted my insurance for me. What a pleasant surprise! It’s pretty hard to find that kind of assistance nowadays. The dental assistant was very kind and professional and made me feel totally at ease. Dr Pugh herself did an amazing job of explaining her findings and recommendations and truly embodied the kind of trust and respect that I’ve been looking for. In a world where often we feel like just a number, this team really personalized my care and showed genuine concern and kindness. As a physician I understand the challenges of today’s medical and dental world but this team really knocked the ball out of the park. I would recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever.

Finally found a dental office I feel comfortable with. Being relatively new to Florida and having tried out at least 5 different locations, I feel very comfortable with the service I received today. Office was clean and comfortable, state of the art dental equipment, and wonderful staff! Dentist was awesome and the assistant that performed my X-rays was so professional and explained everything in detail. I’m so happy to have found a great dentist and in a great location.

The office was very welcoming and pleasant, the doctor and personnel thorough and professional. The reason for 3 stars is the all-out nature of their plan to help my situation. I cannot afford the type of restoration that is the goal of the practice. It would have been helpful to me to receive a scaled back plan and ask for my feedback before such a complete exam as they performed, especially including picture-taking!But I do feel that if a person had the means to pay for needed improvements, he or she would be happy with this group of professionals.

Everyone was super nice and inviting. They made sure they got good pictures and xrays of all my teeth, they really cared to give me the best care. They didnt make me feel bad for being imperfect and were very helpful in making sure I knew exactly what I needed to do to stay healthy and get my teeth where I want them to be. Over the last few months I’ve had to get a lot of dental work done - the product of being terrified of going to the dentist for years. While dental work is never pleasant, every single person I encountered here was wonderful, kind, and did their jobs well. The reception staff are thorough and friendly, every hygienist I had was sweet and professional, and Dr. Coulliard is the best dentist ever. They check in on you every step of the way, and explain what they’re doing. They took extra time to make sure it was done right, and were patient with me when I required a lot more novocaine than the usual person! If you have dental anxiety, this is your place. Highly recommend & thankful to the staff for ridding me of my fear of the dentist ;)

Broke a tooth over holiday. Dr Pugh came in to evaluate and I received temporary relief. Scheduled a visit next day for a crown. Great people in the whole office from receptionist to All the doctors. I would highly recommend this practice if your looking for a dentist.

Our X-rays were expertly completed and reviewed. Dental team worked well together to assess our situation and review their recommendation with me. Bedside manner of Dr Coulliard was genuine and professional. Cleaning and polishing was completed thoroughly and with sense of humor. The practice believes in patient education to help achieve best dental health possible. Very impressed.Posting additional info after crown installed. Process was thorough and organized. Dr Couillard explained everything as we went and answered my questions patiently. New crown feels good and I am quite happy with their service and professionalism.

I made an appointment for whitening and straightening, from the beginning stating I was leaving on May 10. No problem they say come in have a cancellation tomorrow . Show up , state again to the dental tech , I am Here for straightening and whitening and leaving May 10 . No problem we will be able to get you in . They proceed with a full X-ray of teeth , meet with the dentist , and I need 2 crowns. Ok no problem you can fix those , when can I get straightening and whitening. “Well, because I had braces when younger you need to see an orthodontist, and not us , and we don’t have any appointments until May 18 for whitening , and it’s 100.00 for today’s visit “. What’s wrong with this story ?????

Dr. Medence is a wonderful dentist. She explains everything she is going to do while working on your teeth. My Xray showed an old filling needed to be removed and I needed a Cap. The procedure was done so professionally and painless.The temporary Cap was even done right in front of me. The Dental Tech was also great. Everyone is friendly. The Dr. even called me a few days later to see how I was doing!

My recent experience with the dental office of Melanie Pugh dmd pa was with Dr Cuillard . I needed to have a crown replaced and was very concerned. Dr Cuillard was more than patient with my concerns and answered all my question s. I did not need to worry Dr Cuillard was more than competent she was efficient, skilled and completely painless. The hygienists were also great as well as the office staff. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I have been looking for a dentist for some time now in the Naples area. I am a bit “apprehensive “ about dentists and wanted to find a gentle and caring environment. And I found such a place at Pugh Denistry with Dr. Mary Midence. She was terrific- put me at ease- with a very competent, kind and gentle manner. She was very thorough and explained things to me in a very understandable way. Even before I saw Dr. Midence- I met Tasha - one of the dental assistants in the office. Tasha set the tone by modifying certain things to put me at ease! The rest of the office team was equally competent, professional and kind. I never thought I would say that I had a pleasurable experience at a dentist- but I did!

I suffer from anxiety issues and do not go to the dentist unless absolutely necessary. At Dr. Melanie Pugh Dentistry the moment I walked into the office I was made to feel welcome by the office staff. X-Rays were performed by Sara, the dental assistant, who assured me that they would be sensitive to my needs. Before even working on my teeth Dr. Westervelt took the time to get to know me. She was professional and thorough and I know I am in good hands in her care. I can honestly say this was the best dental treatment I have ever experienced. Everyone involved in this practice was outstanding. The woman who checked me in was so sweet, the one who took my temp was so nice, the assistant to the doctor was so nice, competent and totally explained everything she was doing. Dr. Westervelt was my dentist and she was so knowledgeable and gentle in examining me and answered my questions about the treatment that I would be facing. When it was time to schedule another appt. and to pay, I was taken to Barbara who handled everything, was so pleasant and helpful and competent. She booked an appt with another dr. for me and my future appts with such ease while still being pleasant.I find this office to be so professional that you know you are in good hands.
