I went in for a sports physical and they told me when we were done checking in that it would be a 25 minute wait. we were waiting for an hour and a half and then i asked how much longer it would be and they said “how the urgent care works is people who are having chest pain are first” she then proceeded to say that a physical isn’t urgent and that we were there last priority and that we can come back later. I then told the rude lady that we won’t be coming back and not to worry.

Called Primary are for a Medication Issue. It was handled in a prompt manner. The Medical aid was polite, and professional. I am a 100% Vet. Hard to please. Mercy both in Bolivar and Springfield have treated me very well. My care has been above my Standards. Thank you.

They should be prohibited from using the word urgent regarding their urgent care clinic. At best, its indifferent care.
