The worst place. $ 620.65 for first visit, never go, I did 5 visits, I still have the pain, I still have 4 pending visits, and for each invoice I will give a comment on Facebook Instagram Google everywhere to know how to deceive people with abuses with prices, better pay cash and without insurance to get cheaper and better price.

Never went and used ati but was about to begin employment here. Very unprofessional and by the reviews it seems like its does not look like they treat their clients the same way either. Lied about this being 40 hours a week when it reality it was 30-40 hours. I had a vacation planned in July and asked if they can honor those which they said they would. I was confirming details with them and was told I can ask any questions before my first day. I asked a question about the 401k and did not get a response from the manager but through the recruiter later in the day. Basically was told they are withholding my employment because it was an inconvenience on Atis part of giving me those days off. I am really frustrated because they told me this after I had given my two week notice at my other job. And now I do not have a position in both my jobs. If you are planning on working here do not because they will find any excuse to get rid of you. The recruiter was not even sympathetic towards my situation. I’m really disappointed because I had really high hopes in expanding my skills and going long term here. If the owner or ceo is reading this please take a look at your management and how its being operated . Extremely unprofessional and no sympathy for their employees. Would rate 0 stars if I had the option available.

Would probably give 0stars if that was an option need physical therapy? Highly suggest going somewhere else. Patient advocate team is a joke. Over paid and was released early from treatment its been months and I’ve called multiple times for months and still no answer about my refund. And every time I call they’re giving me the run around. Need physical therapy? Consider going somewhere else.

I was a patient of ATI for only 2 sessions and have had completely unacceptable customer service in regards to my insurance. I am no longer – nor will I ever – be a patient of ATI!!When I called to get my first appointment, a very confused and slow “Daniel” took all my information over the phone. When I arrived at my appointment the next week – NO information was in the system at all. So I had to start ALL over there at the clinic. Then when I asked at my second appointment if my secondary insurance was verified; my secondary was STILL not in the system. So they suggested I call the Financial Navigator. A woman at an international call center tried to assist me but was completely unfamiliar with Tri-Care insurance – and kept asking me for their policy number, address and phone number – and did not know what number was to be used to process.I have just cancelled ALL of my upcoming appointments and will be moving to another clinic with professional and competent customer service. I anticipate that I will not even be able to add my secondary insurance to your fees due to the complete inability for the supposed “financial navigator” to understand basic and common insurance. Come on ATI – you used to be better at this!

One of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They changed their policies multiple times while I was working with them so they could get more money. They made two accounts for the same injury. Highly recommend you avoid ATI.

I had a great experience during my first year with the company, and then I experienced the corporate environment. Sadly, I have no more trust for the company. They cannot handle negative feedback and they have no respect for personal property.Leadership continually fails its employees. People are afraid to speak up because if someone higher up doesn’t like your input, you get fired immediately. I have repeatedly been told one thing, yet do not get follow-through from management. The pay is a challenge no matter where you go or in what department you work. Employee health is more an inconvenience than a priority. The lack of accountability in all aspects is astounding. Some clinicians are incredible, but I can no longer support the company as a whole, knowing how it treats its employees. They preach integrity and yet the work environment supports anything but. So painful and disappointed.

Please, learn from my mistakes and NEVER pursue services from ATI. I attended two nutrition appointments, the first one for 30 minutes (filled out paperwork, was told to keep a food diary), the second one for less than 15 minutes in which my nutritionist glanced at my food diary and told me he could not help me. I was slapped with a $500 bill for this. I have pursued this frankly fraudulent charge for the past YEAR. Im stuck in outsourced customer service hell-- Ive been told +10 times Ill receive a call from the escalation dep; it never comes. Ill ask to speak to a higher-up; Im transferred to static. ATI truly represents the worst of the American healthcare system.

The Physical therapy and staff are great but the customer service department is horrible they are rude and dont know what theyre doing and instead of sending to someone who could help me after being told this is my second phone call to fix the same problem I was hung up on. This is not professional and definitely not acceptable behavior.

Weve been going to ATI for the last 3, almost 4 years, and up until recently have had good service. We were just notified that they will no longer be offering the pick-up/drop-off service. Like many others, this causes us significant financial and emotional stress. When we called to make a complaint, we were told this is a corporate decision and that we can use a taxi/Uber to get to the appointments. To many seniors who live on fixed incomes, this can become very expensive and is not refundable through insurance. How are we expected to afford this new and unnecessary expense??

DO NOT GO TO ATI!! If I could give no stars, I would. They make you schedule a lot of appointments at once and chastise you if you need to cancel. This place is a rip off! They will pad your bill and charge you for things that you never receive. If you have an issue, please do more than report here, report to Better Business Bureau to stop them from scamming consumers and hold them accountable for their actions. This is theft. PLEASE DO NOT go to ATI; they wont help you, they only want your money. This is why there are so many locations.

Therapy was useful, but $600 for a 1 hour visit is ridiculous. Drained my insurance dry and stuck me with the rest. 2gs for 2 weeks. Sad how shoddy medical facilities can bill medicare/insurance for glorified personal trainers/$25 an hour masseuse at the expense of the average bloke.

The therapy that I received was superb. The staff at the New Lenox East facility is excellent. My recovery results were amazing. That said, the billing department sucks. Almost two year after my last therapy, I received a bill that is double what I originally owed with the reasoning that they were still working with my insurance and fees were missed! I still owe them over 600 bucks for therapy I had almost TWO years ago. The deal they have offered was to pay off half immediately and they would FORGIVE the rest. Well, I am currently on short term disability and back in therapy racking up new bills. (Had this happened sooner, I would have chosen a different therapy place). I cannot afford THE DEAL at this moment so I lose it and they will work out a payment plan with my new bills. SERIOUSLY! I dont truly believe that I owe further for my 2015 therapy, but I cannot have a deal because I cant do it today. Let me get back to work! Then offer me the deal. ATI overcharges, ABSOLUTELY! Now I have to worry that more bills are coming my way in 2019 from my current therapy. Never again! Sorry to my therapists who work so hard and now seem overworked.

The pt was excellent. But they will not work with my insurance company and entered a lein on my credit report. I used ATI at the advise of my health Insurance. ATI wants to bill me more then they bill my health insurance. If they both clearly and stood out to disclose this billing pratice, I would of asked my health insurance if I can shop around if ATI will not honor the agreement with my health insurance.Be aware....ask your ATI rep and your health insurance provider about this before starting your sessions.

Attempted to call corporate to try and resolve issue. Called three times and while the operator function is available when you select that you get message, “no one is available. “Therapy at ati while initially helpful reached a plateau. While one therapist is assigned as your primary that’s not who will treat you all the time. As I progressed in my range of motion for a frozen shoulder I reached a plateau and after receiving treatment from three different therapists I found that one of them manipulated my shoulder differently. This therapist was much more effective in reaching my threshold and I felt improved after I worked with her.I would tell the regular therapists I don’t feel anything with this exercise anymore “I need different exercises.” When the regular therapists would manipulate my shoulder it got to the point we’re i wouldn’t feel I was reaching the maximum point of manipulation. I wouldn’t feel the stress point that tells me the shoulder has been worked. By reaching that point I know an attempt is made to push the limits of my range and doing this consistently will lead to improvement. The regular therapists at ati don’t want to acknowledge this because rather then taking my request constructively they bunker down and defend an approach I’ve outgrown. They don’t think they need to change the approach or don’t like to be told it’s time for a change from the patient. After all what would I the patient know.I wanted the therapist who stretched me to the limit to treat me consistently and after seeing my doctor he acknowledged I needed aggressive manipulation of the shoulder and wrote a script citing, “revise plan of care as follows, and “continue aggressive stretching and manipulation. Hold off resistance training...”When I went back to ati with the script the response was “ this is what we’ve been doing.” I responded, why would the doctor write revise care plan if this is what you’re doing? Perhaps you need to speak with the doctor directly to clarify. I identified the therapist I wanted to work with and that request was ignored.Given I’m the patient/client/payee and I feel the difference between how one therapist handles my shoulder don’t i have a right to participate in my treatment and making decisions about who works better with the shoulder?I’ve worked in health care for over 30 years. Care plans including those fro a physical therapist need to include patient input.

I was overcharged! They padded the bill they sent to insurance for service that I did not receive, When trying to work withCustomer Service the Supervisor could not understand, she kept saying I will send you a copy. I told the service where never done, she kept saying I will send you a copy. I called the Therapist who immediately admitted that she charged for education.I had unattended Therapy, she quickly said she would fix. But corporate still has not sent revised statement, and my insurance already paid them. They overcharge, GO to Athletico

More than 1 YEAR has passed since my final ATI appointment and Im still dealing with unresolved billing issues, conflicting information, and lack of responsiveness from customer service. A representative finally told me that ATI made billing errors and had to resubmit my claims. I call every few weeks and they keep telling me theyll have it all resolved next week. I sincerely regret selecting ATI as my provider, and will never give them my business again.
