I give it a 4 because I have not received a response in two months after I donated my car. When you donate your car, make sure to record the lot number they provided you, ask for the receipt from the tow-truck driver, and call them after ten or whatever days they said theyll send your tax receipt by mail. Other than one minor problem the organization did a pretty nice job taking away my old car do keep a good record of the information they provided.

It was easy to fill out a form or two. I want to help children since I have a soft spot for them.
