I cant say enough about this place. I started doing crossfit about 7 years ago as a supplement to my Martial Arts training, but this gym has become a much bigger part of my life since then, especially this year. I can honestly say that at the age of 45, I am in the best shape of my life, and this is after having had a major knee surgery less than a year ago. The coaches here have been a huge part of my rehabilitation as they have helped me carefully modify the workouts to be sure I was always improving without having any setbacks. The owner and coaches are constantly evaluating their fitness model to be sure that their programming is suitable for all types of people, whether they have been working out for years or walking in the door for the first time. The members are all amazing people, super supportive of one another, and will always cheer each other on. There is no intimidation here. Sweat and smiles, always!

Mike and Joey and the entire Undivided staff genuinely care. They are patient, welcoming and utterly devoted to helping you set goals at a pace that is attainable for wherever you are at in you fitness journey! They keep each class fresh and unique, so you will never become complacent. And lastly, I would be remiss if I failed to mention Dash, the emotional support dog on-site who will keep you on your toes! He is a very thorough, Level 1, board certified, belly scratching technician who will help you work on special belly scratching techniques to take home to your own pup, at no additional cost to you!

I look forward to doing the work outs and learning the skills. The coaches are awesome and so knowledgeable!! My son does the Kids class and I never have to drag him there!!! He actually WANTS TO GO!!! LOL Try this place, you can thank me later!!;)))

I love Undivided Athletics. When I was first getting into CrossFit and functional fitness around two years ago I needed a gym to fuel my growth and fitness journey overall. Thank god I have found Undivided. This gym is nothing short of amazing. The trainers have all absolutely helped me progress and have fun in just a few years while turning into a savage. I can confidently say that not only does this jump help me grow physically, but mentally it is so, so helpful to come here after work/school and talk to some of the really kind classmates and/or wise trainers. All of the coaches here are top of the line each always having something to teach or say which can help you both under a barbell or in day to day life. I am absolutely thankful for this gym and plan to continue my fitness journey here for years to come.

This facility has the best coaches and members I have ever met. The coaches are so educated in both athletics and nutrition. Everyone is always encouraging and supportive. We are family, and it doesn’t matter if you’re an elite athlete or a beginner or if you’re 20 years old or 70. There is a place for you at this gym! Join, you definitely won’t regret it!,,

Undivided athletics is a place I have called home for a little over a year now. Iv been doing CrossFit for years and found their programming and coaches are excellent. The owner is very kind, very down to earth and very good at what he does. The other coaches are excellent as well, it’s good vibes there. I recommend them whether you’re just learning or have been training for years.

This gym draws you in from the very first day. The coaches are so encouraging and the members are very welcoming. It truly feels like one big family. I have never been so devoted to a gym in all my life.

Ive moved around a lot over the last few years and been to numerous crossfit gyms. Undivided is top notch. Sometimes its uncomfortable walking into a new gym but the staff and members there are very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The coaching is excellent, the equipment and space is fantastic. Love it there, I would recommend it to anyone who is experienced in crossfit or is just getting started.

I have been to many gyms across the country. This place has the best staff, best site and most friendly members. Its actually fun to go there.

Mike and the whole team fo above and beyond to make fitness fun, accessible to those of all ability levels, and challenging for everyone; tailoring fitness to each individual’s needs. Wonderful place to workout, with an even better community behind it!

Been working out here for about 3 months and cannot say enough good things about Coach Mike and the team at UA... they helped me go from absolutely no knowledge of CrossFit to being able to successfully complete fantastic workouts. The coaching staff cares about making sure my form is correct, pushing me to my limit but not beyond and most importantly, they are taking all precautions to keep everyone safe during COVID.Also, the members that work out here are good people and its a positive and encouraging environment to workout in. If you are considering an option to a traditional gym or CrossFit in general, look no further than Undivided!

Great gym where people learn the sport and life of CrossFit. Trainers are well trained and help modify anything you need to help fit your ability Trainers also dont make you do anything your not comfortable with at any time. Always fun workouts and a ton of class options. Overall a safe fun community to be in and to make your life better
