The care and concern was great! 5 stars to the staff. But the wait… 5 hrs. Not the staff’s fault, but it’s kind of ridiculous when folks are sick, don’t want to even be up and have to go home and come back. The front staff are courteous and friendly. The staff in the back are caring and knowledgeable. The Dr. has always been very attentive and makes sure that your medical concerns are addressed and taken care of. I have never had to wait for more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. They even call the next day to check on how I am doing.

They are very knowledgeable. They took time to answer all my questions and I got excellent care. There was a wait due to high volumes of people needing to be seen but they were very efficient. I was able to see how many people were in line front of me at all times by using their app. Thank you Rapid Urgent Care of Bogalusa!

I had a total of a five hour wait. Four hours to be seen and one hour setting vs the room. But it wasn’t that bad when you know what they are so backed up and have so many patients to see.The physician on staff was super friendly and explained everything thoroughly

The staff and Doctors are all awesome, Id chose going here before my regular Doctor for a quick visit!! They take care of me so fast, I have severe asthma so sometimes all I need is a steroid shot. They always get me in and out so I can go back to my very busy life!! ♥️♥️

Friendly staff. Clean environment. Was able to assist me with getting a Covid test done and getting the results within an hour of the test. The Doctor was friendly and went over Covid precautions, and showed interest in why I needed a test, (for upcoming neck surgery), and about my upcoming surgery. I really wanted to leave a ( 3 1/2 ) ⭐️ Star! The only thing keeping them from a five is as follows:1) the wait is about 3 hours ( but they do tell you a head of time, and they call you on your phone when they are ready. They are very courteous and friendly.2)No waiting room. You have to wait in your vehicle. Covid may have some play in this, I don’t know. It may be to keep infections down.3)Personal preference, I think the staff (nursing personnel, aides, receptionist, should all wear scrubs and have a dress code, including how their hair is fixed . It’s more sanitary and professional looking.Well heck , after rationalizing why these areas of fault were the way they were, I realize they deserve a(4 1/2 )⭐️. It’s my military background that prefers a dress code. The staff are great 👍.

Several days ago the ache in my shoulder began getting worse day after day. I was concerned that whatever was wrong would become debilitating and would prevent me from working. I called RUC in Bogalusa for the first time. From that first phone call, each of the ladies I encountered were professional, empathetic, and kind. In fact, the next day while I was AT work, one called to check on me! THAT went above and beyond what I expected! However, I was supposed to get a prescription for a topical lidocaine patch which I thought was prescription grade. When I got to the pharmacy, they said it was an over-the-counter product. I had already told Dr. Halparin that I had several at home! She also seemed to understand my aversion to pharmaceuticals, especially narcotics, and told me that she was going to call in a very gentle muscle relaxer which she never did! That was very disappointing! Perhaps it was for the best.

Called at 4:50, they close at 5pm and the dr still saw me when i got there just before 5. very friendly and super knowledgeable. highly recommendedits $120 to see the dr without insurance

I showed up before they opened possible needing stitches. They opened right on time at 7am. The ladies working were incredibly polite and helpful. The DR also polite and helpful. Instead of just throwing in a couple stitches and collecting her money, She took a good look at it and due to the location (my finger) advise me I should probably see a specialist. She could have just stitched it and it ended up healing in properly and I would ahead issues out of my finger but she took care of it and gave me the information I needed for the specialist

BOGALUSA location. The female doctor was very nice and thorough, got a RAPID Covid test. I admit I was dreading, but this test was not painful at all, if this is your drawback, dont let that stop you.No waiting , and my results was given to me in 15 minutes. Also with written results to bring home in hand. Thank you , Jesus, it was negative, Sinus . with prescription medications. I was in and out in less than an hour. Courteous front desk, and Nurse as well.

As far as trips to the Dr. go, this was a wonderful experience. The staff is courteous, caring, and efficient and the Dr was great. She didnt rush me through the visit and she took the time to explain her diagnosis and treatment plan and she made sure I understood it before I left. The whole visit, including filling out the new patient paperwork, from sign in until I got back in my truck took 45 minutes. They made me feel like they cared about me unlike some other Drs Ive seen, who made me feel like they just wanted to get me out of the office as fast as possible so they could run the next person through. I will definitely return in the future.

I really did not want to take the time but they reminded me to take car of myself and I am glad I listened.Very Patient when checking the screaming little ones for Flu and Strep. I really appreciated kind and gentle way. The DR came in was also very patient with them. She took the time to explain everything on their level first before following up with me.THANK YOU ALL!!!!

Longer wait than normal, but was ok. Front staff and nurses were courteous as always. Ive never seen the male doctor that I saw yesterday. Usually the doctors there are friendly and act concerned. This doctor was not friendly and I felt he rushed in, and rushed out without any bed side manners at all.

The staff was awesome. That was the fastest i have ever bern seen. And they were super nice.

There is not a better urgent car in the area. Everyone is very attentive to each patients needs.
