I couldnt even schedule an appointment without the office staff literally screaming at me over the phone. Its so embarrassing to know that there are still unprofessional and disrespectful receptionists working in doctors offices to this day. You would expect more from a place with a 5-star review. Please speak with your staff about proper phone etiquette and basic human decency, they definitely have no knowledge of either and it shows.
