Dr. Liu removed a gummy bear sized tonsil stone that had been previously misdiagnosed by my primary care physician in a matter of seconds in the office. Recently visited this office to have wax removed from the ears.I was given a hearing test and hearing aids were recommended. I agreed to test a set of hearing aids for $6200 from Audiologist Dr. Gracey on the basis that I would get a full refund if I did not want to keep them.. A few days later I returned to have the hearing aids fitted. Dr. Liu examined my ears and said that I had an infection in my right ear. She prescribed drops which cost $ 200 suggested we fit 1 Hearing Aid and come back in a week for the other. During that week I discovered that the same hearing aids were available for $4800 from other vendors. So, I asked to return mine for a refund.Another Audiologist (Dr. Gracey was busy) reluctantly processed my refund while disparaging other vendors. She also tried to charge me a $200 cancellation fee even though one aid had never been fitted or used. She was argumentative and disrespectful but did eventually agree to waive the $200 fee claiming that nobody else would do that.

I went to an Ent in West Boca, he inserted a tube (camera) and was told i had an infection, i was given a medrol pac and some antibotics, after i was done, I felt the same, I was given another round of these meds to no avail, I sought out a 2nd opinion which was Dr Liu, She examined me and showed me on the screen, that I was suffering from allergies, I was given flonase and singular and started to feel better in 24hrs. 2 Months later, I was suffering what i thought were sinus headaches, due the the nature of my schedule, I was unable to see Dr Liu, and went to a Dr in Boynton Bch who told me to have my oral surgeon look at it since it was near that sinus area, So, My Dr had me come in on Sat an took a Dental Ct Scan NOTHING. I decided to take the time and see Dr Liu, during the exam, she suggested I get a Brain Scan, which I was scared to do, and tried negotiate getting one without the IV DYE. And her response was. Dont You Want To Get To Thr F------g bottom of this. She referred me to an Neuro who is helping me tremendously, and today, I get a call from her offfice, enquiring if I had sought help. If you dont want to hear the Truth, then seek someone else, but if you want a Great Dr with No BS This is the ONE
