Excellent staff and doctor, I have never had a physician spend as much time with me as Dr. Sortino does. He truly values, respects and cares about the patients. I highly recommend this office!

After changing insurance companies in 2017 I needed to find a new internist, thankfully I found Dr. John Sortino. The office staff is exceptional; kind, understanding and attentive. Dr. Sortino is an old fashion doc, you will not feel rushed. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very congenial. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful doctor.

I went to Dr. Sortino for the first time for my annual wellness exam and he was fantastic. He spent far more time than I had expected and showed that he truly cares about his patients.He was knowledgeable and thorough.The staff at this office is excellent as well; courteous and professional.No hesitation to recommend him

I saw the PA Samantha at this office and she was incredible. It is so hard to find a primary care doctor and I will be going to her from now on. She is fantastic and her assistant Jordan was a big help too. Samantha has my highest recommendation.

I had to wait a month for an appointment with this doctor. I arrived on time for my appointment only to wait over an hour in the waiting room. I never actually met Dr. Sortino as a nurse and a PA handled my visit. I barely had my vitals taken before they sent me on my way. It was incredibly disappointing.

Dr. Sortino is very knowleadgeble. He takes time to listen to your complaints and never makes you feel rushed. He’s a great physician and a wonderful person. I highly recommmend him.

They don’t respect the appointment hours, apparently overbooking and not informimg and irriyating the waiting patients of realistic wait times. They offer a “concierge” service which, at a cost, allows the patient immediate service while regular parients come second.

I am a new patient in the office of Dr. Sortino. The staff was friendly, helpful and competent... I highly recommend Dr. Sortino!

Worst Dr. visit Of my life a few months back I came in to get a regular check up, upon walking into the office George Sorontino asked me to pay 170$ owed from previous visit I asked why and he stated the insurance I had they didn’t take then he went on to say it’s my fault they don’t know what insurance companies they do and don’t accept then demanded the 170$ again, I then told him I wouldn’t lu it and that’s when he started getting nasty. Don’t recommend this dr. Office to anyone. Also the results were not ever given to me from earlier visit that they were asking to be paid for.

The office staff is very professional, friendly and caring.. I highly recommend Dr Sortino and his PA staff.

Horrible service. For a long time, the physicians assistant acted like the doctor. Rarely, did a patient see a doctor. Dr. Sortino quit and there is a new doctor - however, it is impossible to get an appointment - rather they refer you to urgent care or the ER. If you do get in, clear your calendar as you will be waiting all day.

Very friendly staff. Clean office. Good doctor.
