Dr. Diamond is GREAT! I am so happy I found him. I was very hopeless with a complicated set of symptoms spanning over a long period of time and I had had a couple of bad experiences in other places trying to find a doctor before that would put me in the right path to figuring out what was causing me pain but no luck until I found him. Dr. Diamond was really competent, methodical, thorough. He was knowledgeable about my dietary choices too (as a vegan) and he is also very empathetic and funny, so the whole thing really made me feel like I am going to get this sorted out in no time. From what I understand and feel, his diagnosis could not have been more accurate and his recommendations are both helping me move forwards towards a solution and mitigate the current pain while we do so. I am just so glad I decided to come here. If you are looking for a really good PCP, I could not recommend anyone more than Dr. Diamond.

Dr. Diamond was my primary physician for about two years. I saw him twice a year so that he could monitor my cholesterol. At first, I experienced the typical frustrations, such as long waits in the waiting room followed by slightly less lengthy waits in the exam room. Then recently I needed to renew my prescription prior to my next appointment with the doctor. I have never experienced a worse functioning office in my life. I called the office more than a half dozen times. I often was on hold for more than 20 minutes. When I did get through, I had to leave a voicemail message that was never returned. I wound up switching to a much more professional office. The new office faxed two requests for medical records to Dr. Diamonds office over a week ago. They still have not sent my records. I had to take the day off from work today to go to Dr. Diamonds office to request my records in person. While there, I had the displeasure of dealing with a woman at the greeting window (I think her name is Ashley). She was so rude. Clearly, she took offense to my frustration. I believe her exact words were, if you dont show me respect, I wont show you respect. How unprofessional! Clearly she knows nothing about customer service. I am so glad that I have moved on from this horribly run office.

Dr. Diamond is great!! It upsets me that people are rude to staff (they’re only doing their job) and leave bad reviews which make the doctor look bad. But must be new staff because everyone was so kind and happy and helpful!

Im picky - very picky - about my doctors and had yet to find a primary care that listened, trusted the information I supplied and asked the appropriate questions to address my concerns. That all changed with Dr. Diamond. He is engaging, acknowledges that patients can be knowledgeable and suggested the testing I would have chosen for myself. His examine was thorough and efficient. To address his poor reviews, I have to agree with another reviewer - his support staff is awful or at best, overwhelmed and lack training . I work in a hospital setting myself and recognized this to be the case immediately. I literally had to wait 2 hours beyond my appointment time to be seen. The receiving/administrative team is a disaster so keep that in mind. However, for a doctor such as Dr. Diamond Im happy to wait.

Dr. Diamond may very well be a very good Doctor, however I will never know because I was not willing to wait over an hour and 15 minutes to see him. I had an 11:00 appointment and at 12 I asked if it was going to be much longer and was told only 15, 20 minutes, the Doctor was running behind.Im not sure why a Doctor thinks my time is less valuable than his. I can accept 30 minutes but beyond that at least let a patient know. Would a Doctor wait over an hour for me?

I really have been trying to stay with this office because I like Dr. Diamond and my entire family has been going to him for at least 5 years. However, it is still very difficult to get through to the office. Very difficult to schedule an appt. Pretty much impossible to get a call back from his nurse practitioner. If I didnt live across the street I wouldnt stay with this practice. Now my new insurance is not taken with Dr. Diamonds practice so its time to leave. Hes a nice guy, getting older, is out a lot. Ive had to go to walk in clinics because he was not available. Id give the office 1 star because of the difficulty in connecting to make appts or request a call back.

My wife and I were Dr. Diamonds patients for 16 (SIXTEEN!!!) years but... I just left for good. My wife has much higher tolerance threshold, so she decided to give it another few months.Dr. Diamond himself is an outstanding professional and just a wonderful caring human being. He has many decades of experience as a physician and always gave us his full attention and sympathy. He never rushed the appointment (maybe thats why sometimes he is behind the schedule) patiently listening to all our health issues - isnt just to be listened to the beginning of healing? But his staff...In the last few years it was getting worse and worse. First, the telephone system quite often neither got me to a human being, nor allowed to leave the message. Sometimes it took a day or two of frequent tries to set, change, or cancel appointment. Then, at the office receptionists usually were OK (by no means better than that), while the worst part were the nurses...Changing faces every few months, like in rotating door, they behave exactly as temps who know that tomorrow they wont be here and thus, dont even need to remember your name when youre in the room with them. Elementary things like taking blood pressure and drawing blood were done very unprofessionally: every time doctor himself had to take correct reading for the former and they crushed my wifes clearly visible veins while doing the latter. Any question was answered: Ask doctor about that. Cold and indifferent at best, rude and condescending at worst. If healing starts from listening, every time Dr. Dimond entered the room after his nurses he had to plow the virgin soil.

Dr. Diamond is a great doctor who lacks adequate support staff due to Tenet Florida Physician Services. While there are always politics involved, Tenet Florida Physician Services has decided to use Dr. Diamonds patients as pawn in this game they are playing. In turn, patients are giving Dr. Diamond lousy reviews; albeit most are referring to his lack of support staff. If this is their way of squeezing him out, Tenet should have had a proper game plan in place instead of just allowing Tenet Florida Physician Services to use patients as puppets in this dangerous game they are playing with peoples lives.

I had to wait 2 months for an appointment because I was a new patient. When I finally got to the office I spent over an hour in the waiting room, before being led to another room where I waited over half an hour for the doctor. All in all it took me 3 hours to get a routine wellness exam. The doctor was lousy and so was the staff. Definitely do not go here. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is the absolute worst place ever! I am absolutely disgusted by the service they provide! They really shouldnt even be in business. Its like 2 year olds pick up the phone there. My husband had a fax faxed over there 5 months ago and they still havent gotten to it. Not only are they unprofessional, unorganized and outright rude. They dont care. I have never in my entire existence seen such horrific customer service skills than at this office. Ive been lied to, hung up on and just disrespected.Dont go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the WORST experiences with a doctor in my whole life. He really needs to retire. Bumbles around the computer like a drunk down an ally after last call. I called half dozen times to get an Appt and prescription refill, no answer, no call back, no response, so I gave up and moved on. Now the new doc cant get any response regarding my records after two attempts, no shock really. I guess Ill have to drive in to the office and stand there until I can get those records. If this sounds like the medical service you seek, your health cant be a major concern, it certainly isnt for him.

Missed ordering PSA Tests for my husband for 3 years (even though he previously had been treated for Prostate Cancer). When a PSA test was finally ordered after my husband asked about it, his prostate cancer had come back...and even worse, spread to his bones and liver. Im so pissed that this was something that could have been prevented had Dr. Diamond been more on top of things (and maybe read my husbands chart during his annual physicals to order a PSA). Now my husband has to go see an oncologist and start treatment as the cancer is aggressive. Had he had PSA tests ever 6 months, its possible it could have been caught much sooner.

Dr Diamond is nice enough and seems knowledgable enough, but his staff, although nice, are THE MOST INCOMPETENT I have ever seen. Today was the SECOND TIME I showed up for tests at an outside facility, where my referral and perscription were to have been arranged and pre-approved by Dr Diamonds staff and BOTH times I arrived to find no record of me, my prescription or my referral. And of course, no one at Dr Diamonds office answered the phone...all day... so there was no way to resolve the situation...I lost TWO days of work for nothing! I will be changing to a new Dr, after only 3 months. Hard to trust a Dr who tolerates such a poorly run office.

The most INCOMPETNT Staff you will ever meet. I have Been waiting 4 weeks for an authorization. Left messages, they do not return phone calls. I even to delivered my prescription in person to the receptionist. Been told sevetal times that they will call back and nothing. .... I have talked to Dr. Diamond himself and brought it to his attention that 9 of 10 reviews on his profile are bad. His reply was that he is only an employee of this group. SHAME SHAME SHAME. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you have a choice , choose a different office. So , Dear dr. Diamond, and with all the respect to you and all of your experience , unless you take matter into your hands, and address this issues that your front desk is a total disaster , and clarify your name and make sure your patients receive the service they deserve. from all these bad reviews.... here is another one.luck. if any of you have choice go somewhere else. Shame....

Wow, really disappointed. Went in for my yearly check-up with this doctor, covered by my insurance. While I was there, I needed the doctor to submit a referral for a special mammogram, a prescription previously written by my OB. They billed my insurance company for my yearly check-up and a second office visit, which I got a bill for! They didnt even advise me they would do that ahead of time. I called them to challenge it and it took them 2 days to research. Then, they call me back and basically told me because of the referral they charge me for two office visits. People like this are the reason the healthcare industry is a disaster. Its called double dipping.

I felt like she didnt want to help anyone or WORK and when she helped me, she made it out like it was a huge inconvience on her part. Shes very unpleasant and I feel like its a chore for her to help people..... which is not the way it should be in a doctors office.I waited 2 hours and NOTHING got resolved....Horrible experience!
