Awesome shop. We are new to Florida and I bought glasses elsewhere and they were not fit well and I was never happy with them. While my husband was in buying glasses this week James took the time with me to double check the fitting, RX and measurements. It turns out they werent made right by my shop. James figured out what 2 people at my doctor couldnt inside of 5 minutes. Now I know where to go! Beautiful store and selection.

We’ve now bought two pairs of glasses from Visual Eyes, and it was a great experience with each purchase. We’ve deal with James both times, and from the first contact, he’s been honest and professional. He thoroughly explained the options available, lens tints, coatings, materials, and all the costs associated with them. Their selection of frames is also terrific, with options across all budgets. Shaun is a professional who made the extra efforts-(investing much time and concern) to create an outstanding outcome!!!Also- Fiorella and Vanessa must be commended for their kind and caring attitudes and helpfulness-( as well as Marietta and Kevin in the past!).

I absolutely love coming here for my glasses and exams. The doctors and other staff are friendly and professional. Nico specifically helped me pick out two pairs of glasses and helped me make some custom adjustments on my prescription sunglasses that I love. Doctors are very attentive and knowledgeable. They do their job well and efficiently. I definitely recommend visiting here for regular visual checkups. When it comes to glasses, they a lot of great brands on the floor, and modelers are attentive. Keep in mind, however, that a lot of the brands they house can be very pricy and require manufacture and shipping delays.

If you really want five star service this is the place to go. Their store is shinny & clean, the exam equipment is new and its the latest technology so you can be assured you are getting accurate advice from the Doctors. I would also highly recommend seeking out Fiorella the Optometric Tech at the Mizner store who will go out of her way to make your life easier.

I met Emmy in February and came back to see her today for two sets of prescription frames. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Picking the right frames is not easy and she really went out of her way with both suggestions and honest feedback (which I asked for). I never felt rushed and its obvious she believes in building relationships with customers...which is what brought me back today.Overall, the entire staff is very welcoming (and clean!), and I would highly recommend this location.

The only Lindberg dealer around and they have all of the frames right there to try on. They were extremely helpful and detail oriented. They were able to do things that no other glasses maker has ever offered such as: customize the shape of my lenses, do a two-step progressive which has less of the middle vision, insert magnets for add-on sunglasses and computer lenses. Also instructed me had a clean glasses without scratching them.

This is my second year of going to Visual Eyes at Mizner Park for my annual eye exam and again I was truly impressed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Chris, who was very personable and you felt like you were an old friend then simply just another client. With all the latest technology and thorough eye exam by Dr. Radice, I knew my eyes were well taken care of. I would highly recommend to others.

I have been a customer at the Mizner Park location for well over 10 years.While Visual Eyes has never been the least expensive place to purchase eye glasses, they have now become out of the universe insane!I went there today to replace the scratched lenses in my reading glasses and was quoted $288.00 for READING LENSES ONLY. The sales woman seemed to think I should be excited and pleased because the $288.00 price was a 40% discount from the “list price of $ $450.00”.If you believe plain vanilla reading lenses list for $450.00 I have a nice bridge that goes from Manhattan to Brooklyn to sell you.What’s happened to this place?

I came into Visualeyes because they took my insurance. I brought in a prescription from a local opthalmologist and his prescription was incorrect. James helped me. He went above and beyond and spent plenty of time with me to diagnose my issues and get my eyewear working perfectly when my doctor couldnt. I will be handling all my eye exam and glasses needs at Visualeyes in the future.

Alright lets start with the fact this wonderful establishment has been taking care of my prescription glasses needs for 10+ years now. I am writing this review after it has been long due and along with the great care Shaun has been providing me for what feels like has been forever. I am currently still with my favorite pair of prescription Persol frames with the blue reflective coated lenses which also transitions for sun protection and blue light protection from screens recommended by him. Shaun has been a real guy and friend over these years, have ran into him many times in public and its always been a pleasure. I recommend anyone who needs to step their glasses game up to come find Shaun who is nothing but a relaxed professional ready to get you the best. Much love.

I was first sent to VisualEyes by my Ophthalmologist, knowing that I needed Progressives for the first time, and that fit is ESPECIALLY important with that lens..I had incredible service, with great patience (vanity, you know...)and excellent professional recommendations and attention. That was 2 years ago, and I went to get my next pair (after a year buying elsewhere ..never again!) This time the service was equally superb, even with the COVID-19 safety measures. Nico helped and made the process SO pleasant...I requested having the finished glasses shipped, as Id moved from the area. Not only were the glasses completed quickly, I received them within 2 days of notification!!! No extra charge for shipping service, btw. They arrived and I dont even need a personal adjustment..theyre PERFECT; I love them and I love VisualEyes. I recommend them to anyone...the Boca location is the one I know...but Im sure the Delray shop does a great job, too!

These guys are true professionals that know their business, are able to offer same day service on prescription lenses, and work to make sure that you pick the perfect frames from their wide selection. It should be mentioned that theyre very familiar with VSP Insurance and work to make sure all possible discounts are applied. I scheduled time off work three weeks in advance to get my annual check today, when I arrived at Visual Eyes at Mizner, I was advised that they are not dilating eyes due to Covid-19, and that I had to pay a fee for an optional iWellness Exam to check the health of my eyes. This is understandable and I appreciate the intention, however, I was not advised of any additional fees prior to my visit. The staff was not friendly, and I was told that if I didn’t pay the additional fee, I could not see the doctor. It is the principal of how an optional fee was positioned, Visual Eyes made an optional service a mandatory requirement to conduct an annual check, but why are you charging your clients for it? I was shocked by the poor service experience and the unwillingness to position this practice as an advantage with a discounted rate. Instead, your staff preferred to see my business walk away. I asked to speak with a manager, left a message and I never got a call back. Visual Eyes, right now is not the time to have unfriendly staff and unappealing ways to run your business!!!

The exam was good. The sales department was sketchy. I was assisted by Ty. He told me of the additional fees that would accrue. $18 for this, $30 for that. I usually pay nothing. I have insurance for materials up to $150 and basic lenses. Thats all I need folks. Since I break or lose them once a year anyway. So i leave Visual eyes and go somewhere else. They didnt take my insurance, so I give visual eyes one more chance. To my delight, Ty was not there. Another gentleman helped me. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, and paid what I usually pay. Nothing out of pocket. Those unavoidable fees were magically removed. As someone in sales I can easily tell when Im being up charged or sold on something I dont want or need, but to be blatantly lied to is on another level of deception. This isnt sales its fraud. However small doesnt matter. You can give me the product knowledge and Ill make the decision myself. Get into used car sales Ty. You would do well. . . Update I just received a called from Ty. He tried to explain why the price was different and so forth. Again he me feel extremely uncomfortable. He must have read this and matched my name with his file to pull my number. Shady. This also further proves my point. Guilty people always defend their actions and will go to extreme lengths to prove their innocence. As demonstrated by the random phone I just received. Dont call me again.

I am not usually impressed with businesses. However, Visual Eyes are completely doing it right from the front desk, to every single person you encounter on your visit. The technology used is so advanced that not only they will be able to identify general vision problems... but prevent them from happening on the first place. The optometrist that saw me was so knowledgeable and extremely caring. I received help finding a perfect fit glasses. I was looking for a fun, burgundy frame and the lady who helped me found absolutely the best frame for me. No wonder they have been in business for over 30 years. Was able to have an appointmentat 1.oo PM.Thank God, I went there. The only place I would EVER go for glasses. Shaun and Erin are absolutely amazing. My wife, 2 months after purchasing her glasses, decided she did not like the frames she chose. We came back and told Shaun and he told us, as did Erin, We want you to be happy. An hour later we had new frames and lenses. From my experience, most Optometry stores are pretty much the same, but this one actually went the extra mile to insure that I was completely satisfied with my new glasses. There was a bit of confusion about my correct prescription, so the first two times my glasses were made they were not quite right. Visual Eyes made sure that everything was perfect, and in return they have me as a customer for life. Service is an invaluable part of any business and this place gets and A+. Shopped around town and this is it - hands down. Top of the line experience. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. State of the art equipment/technology. Dr. Evans was very knowledgeable/reassuring and ultimately spot on - I can now see comfortably for the first time in a long time with my new prescription. Also brought my 2 year old in to have a pair of sunglasses made with her strong prescription and they made it happen! Polarized sunglasses for my baby with her prescription built in. Could not be happier with both results.

Going for my annual eye exam at Visual Eyes is my favorite time of year.The ladies at the front are always helpful with my appts. I’ve never had a problem rescheduling if I need to. The equipment the use is state of the art and the measures they’ve taken to insure health and safety in a “Covid-19/Pademonium” world made me feel completely safe. The rest of the team in the optometrics dept. is professional, well-trained and always put our minds at ease.When you step into the retail store, the specialist there REALLY know and understand their brands. They have the ability to recall products and help guide you to designs you may otherwise not have known. This is helpful because their inventory is great. We have had the pleasure of working with Shaun over the years. Shaun is smart, creative and incredibly resourceful. He is also open and gives honest feedback and lots of personal attention to the details. Last time we were there we also got to work with Emmy. Just had a fantastic first experience at Visual Eyes! I wish I had tried them sooner. I needed to find a doctor on my new insurance plan, and sort of randomly chose them. We had a miscommunication about the appointment time, but they worked both my husband and I into their schedule. We had our two year old in tow, so we were very appreciative that they worked with us. Their technology is top of the line and everyone we dealt with was very nice. Nice to our little one, too! You dont always encounter that in Boca. The doctor is personable and helpful. The optical specialists helped us utilize our insurance to the max. I really couldnt have been happier today. I dont think Ive reviewed anything on Google before...I just really wanted to share my experience!

Two days before a certification exam that I have been preparing for several months, I accidentally broke the frame of my distance glasses. Uncertain that the glasses with my old prescription would be a viable backup, Visual Eyes went above and beyond to find me a compatible frame to temporarily mount the lenses on while the new frame was getting shipped. The services provided by Visual Eyes always exceed my expectation.

I had the BEST optical store experience here. The two gentlemen who helped me today were knowledgeable, and very helpful. I didnt feel rushed to a decision or felt like I was being hovered over. I took my time and had my personal space to try on eyeglasses and every suggestion they made was something that I loved and fit my budget. They also have an amazing collection of eyewear. My eyeglasses were ready in an hour or less and the process went very smooth. I would definitely recommend this place if youre on the hunt for eyeglasses or sunglasses.

I have to say for years I have been coming here. I really love coming here, I get the best service and some of the best eyewear I’ve ever had. But one of the reasons, one of the biggest reasons that I continue to come here is Sean, not only has he pointed me to someone the most fashionable glasses but he always gets the fit right and stays within my budget. I recently went into Visual Eyes to get my glasses adjusted and figured I would look around at new frames while I was in the store. Renee instantly greeted me with a smile and began showing me frames of all shapes and colors that would best suit my face. As I was trying on the frames, Shaun came out and was able to give me some input as well. They had me trying on frames I never thought I would! I was looking to get some new glasses and the staff was very helpful. The glasses were very affordable and they had them ready to use in only 20 minutes. After a bad experience at Lenscrafters I decided to check out this store and I was glad that I did.

Great place for eyeglasses

Tried many different eye doctors in South Florida for quite a few years. Decided to try Visual Eyes. SUCCCESS! Finally, doctors that listen and have the knowledge of perfecting my contacts! Would not go anywhere else! Staff is extremely friendly and experienced. Dont let the location of Mizner Park scare you.... Yesterday, went there to replace my glasses. Not only was Erin knowledgeable but her passion for what she does shows! She is excellent at suggesting the perfect frame for you. Her attention to detail is refreshing! Visual Eyes will do whatever they can to keep within your budget, without compromising the best for your vision.
