DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! These people are either scam artists supreme or completely incompetent. I had to call several times before they finally came almost an hour late for my appointment. After waiting two weeks for results I find my fingerprints were never submitted. It took many callS texts and emails to only get the run around about some system upgrade mistake and an offer to come back and redo the fingerprinting. Unfortunately they did not show up for that. I have called, texted and emailed and still have no response. Im currently disputing the payment just to get my money back. They basically ripped me off, delayed my ability to work, took my money and kept me from making money. I never take the time to write a bad review THIS IS A WARNING TO OTHERS

A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! Paid $85 on JULY 6th ITS BEEN SIX WEEKS AND HAS NOT SENT ANYTHING OVER TO THE DBPR AND STILL HAS MY MONEY!!!!!Save yourself the time and money. This guy is a total POS. I had to actually go to the police station and press charges since he doesnt have the DECENCY of returning any calls, texts, emails, or voicemails.P.S. I had to give at least one star to write a review, because trust me he doesnt even deserve that.

Came out for a SAME DAY mobile appointment. Helped us get 15 employees compliant and out of trouble for a convenient price. Honestly I have no complaints and will definitely be using them again. The rep Luther was knowledgeable and VERY helpful.

These guys are freaking incredible. They just came to our office and did everyones finger prints and save us a lot of time! Normally I would have had to take time off or use my lunch hour. Highly recommend

I went somewhere to get finger prints done and ran into a whole heap of trouble. I came here or rather they came to me straight to my house and not only was it pleasant, friendly and efficient, they showed me what went wrong with my previous experience and I now have my real estate license. I love this place.

This guy is a scammer! Be aware, He pretends that he is for the people but no he is not. He over charge on top of it he didnt even put my fingerprints through but he still has my money and wont answer my calls or text. I am reporting his crooked business Hes pathetic and low.

This company does not exist. I made 2 appointments and they did not show up either time. Do not waste your time, but I made an appointment at DocuNow same day in Delray and they did the background check right away.

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I knew I needed to submit fingerprints but I didnt know where I needed to send them to or any of the numbers that I needed to use. They looked up all the numbers, did everything for me and all I need it was my drivers license. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done correctly too.

I tried calling the number and texted many times but there was no response. I also booked an appointment for today at 10am and I recieved a confirmation email. They were a no show. I am very disappointed because I expected better with all the written reviews. This company is not legit.

Went to have my finger printing done for my Florida Real Estate license. During my appointment the agent was heavily trying to sell me on merchant credit card processing (nothing to do with finger printing). Never uploaded my fingerprints to FDLE or to DBPR. I have made numerous attempts to contact and once they see my number on caller ID they decline the call. I have left numerous voicemails and emails and never received a response. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I needed fingerprinting for FDLE to seal my record, he initially told me he was going to take down my name and information just in case FDLE reach out to him to verify the fingerprint was legit, I reminded him at the end to take my information and he insisted it wasn’t necessary. My paperwork was sent off to FDLE with the fingerprint done but then returned due to “ORI” field not being filled out to identify who did my finderprint. There was no indication a licensed fringerprinter did the necessary work, no signature, no stamp and no ORI was inputted, causing my paperwork to be returned from FDLE, stating the fingerprint was fraud and voided my money order. I contacted the guy and he told me to get with the courthouse to find out what to input in the “ORI” field, I informed him, both, my lawyer and FDLE informed me the “ORI” works as a identification number of the person fingerprinting me. He constantly blamed my lawyer and said he had no clue what he was doing, the worst service ever and on top of that I had to wait 2 hours for the guy outside his office when I made an appointment the week prior. I will NEVER NEVER recommend this fraudulent guy to anymore and I feel bad for all the others that uses his service, he will steal your money and blame everyone but himself.

This office is mobile only, there is no actual office anymore. You need to call and make an appointment.
