Came to this office after seeing multiple dermatologists for this strange rash I had all over my body. Nobody else seemed to care or know anything about my condition but as soon as I came in I felt welcome. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and the staff was very kind and courteous. The doctor was was very generous and provided me with a sample of medication. After using the sample twice a day for two weeks everything cleared up and I felt great! My family and I now use this office for all of our dermatological needs.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my child twice and both times he was misdiagnosed. I was better off going to the general pediatrician to begin with. I am sick of paying them money and then having to pay a second doctor to correctly diagnose the problem. When you tell them they misdiagnosed the patient, they come up with every excuse in the book. This most recent visit, they never even touched my son’s infected area to feel the amount of heat coming off of it. However, she spent the time telling me about her 2 children. Instead of talking about your uninteresting home life, why don’t you complete an actual exam on my kid? Maybe then he wouldn’t have walked out of the office with an eczema diagnosis and would have gotten the antibiotics he needed.

I have been seeing Dr. Sarro for several years now. I can honestly say that he is one of the kindest and most knowledgeable doctors that I have ever seen. He has great bedside manner, walks you through every step of your visit, and tells you what he is going to do before he does it. I would highly recommend this doctor if you are looking for a dermatologist with your best interest at hand.

I was a new patient going to Dr. Sarros office so I was a little nervous. His practice is in a modern and easy to find building. I was greeted immediately and given a few minutes to fill out paperwork. I waited 10 minutes and was called in by his assistant. He did a brief history and stepped out. Now, weve all been left to sit in the exam room, maybe in a gown, for ages after being told The doctor will be right with you. Lo and behold it was maybe 5 minutes at the most. He was pleasant and cordial. He did a thorough skin screening exam and took my input earnestly. He pointed out several areas he wanted me to keep an eye on but there was no urgency to find areas to biopsy or treat despite a long history of outdoor activities . Very happy to have found a dermatologist Im comfortable with. Definitely recommend.

Dr Sarro has been my Dermatologist for the last several years. The office is very inviting and the staff is very courteous and professional. Most of the office staff has been there for a long time and that speaks volumes about a practice! There is never a long wait time. Dr Sarro has always been very informative and educates his patients on proper sun protection and skin care. Ive recommended Dr Sarro to several of my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Dr. Sarro is an excellent dermatologist. He took time out of his busy schedule to make sure I got his full attention and best care at the last minute as I was leaving town. After 4 months of misdiagnoses, my mother was referred to Dr. Sarro who we have found to be an excellent practitioner. He has great bedside manner, hes an excellent listener, he does his research to assess and diagnose, he explains the condition, the possibilities (both good and bad) and the proper course of treatment. He genuinely cares about the patient. He has gone above and beyond and for that we are very grateful. Multiple times he contacted her primary care physician, other specialists, and me - to assess, discuss and direct my mothers care. My mother has found his team of receptionists, technicians and physicians assistants to be excellent, too. In her words, she feels comfortable and at ease in his office. I live out of state. It is tremendously reassuring to know that my mother is under Dr. Sarros care and that he has her situation under control.

I was able to make my fist appointment within days of calling. My current Dermatologist was booking appointments 6 weeks out. I found Dr. Sarro to be very thorough and courteous. I had a 9:35 appointment and was with the doctor by 9:45. I did not feel rushed at all. I am happy to have found Dr. Sarro and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

This doctor doesnt like to do simple procedures. I was told I needed to go to a plastic surgeon for what I had. It could have easily been done, according to the plastic surgeon. Obviously Dr Sarro has no experience. Plus he misdiagnosed what I had.

During that time I have found Dr Sarro, as well as his staff (includingToni - Nurse Practitioner, Phillip - Nurse Practitioner, Chuck - Nurse, and all the front end staff) to be unfailingly professional, caring & comprehensive in their treatment. They offer truly individualized treatment, which is all too rare in the medical world today. Dr Sarro is an expert at accurately diagnosing a condition, and not only takes the time to fully explain the condition, but also spends time in teaching you how to properly care for it. The front office staff are efficient but friendly. Appointments are normally easy to obtain, and they even offer Saturday appointments.

There is no better dermatologist in Palm Beach County to see than Dr.Sarro. I have been seeing Dr.Sarro for many years as a patient and find his dermatological acumen to be unparalleled. Very few physicians out there have taken the time to explain to me my dermatological conditions in a way that is educational and easy to understand. So I went to this doctor to get cherry angiomas removed, which is probably one of the simplest procedures for a dermatologist. It was a bad experience from the beginning. First they didnt take me into the room till 40 min after my appointment, but thats most doctors. Then I explained to the millennial woman doctor that I simply needed her to zap like 30 or so angiomas around my chest and arms. First thing she did was take a sample of one of the bumps which I didnt ask her to do. That was the first $50 bill. Then she proceeded to zap the ones she could clearly see which took two minutes. I pointed out like 10 more around my chest area and she sighed like she was doing me a favor. Did the ones I pointed out and rushed me out of the office. She said I could come back for the rest another day. Left the office and a couple weeks later got a $350 bill for literally 5 min of this doctors time. I called the office to complain but they basically just told me thats the price and you need to pay. The funny part about it was her telling me to come back like its a $100 procedure. Ummm no I dont have $350 laying around for you to work 5 min. Lazy millennial doctor, and Im a millennial, next time Ill find an old smelly doctor who wants to work and take his job serious.

Went to Dr. Sarro several times within the past few years and was quite impressed with his thoroughness when checking for cancerous moles. There was not a spot he missed!!I was very nervous visiting the doctor several weeks ago, for fear that my keratosis moles might be malignant since they look so much like melanoma. Dr. Sarro immediately put me at ease and took away my fears by letting me know that keratosis moles are common and that I had nothing to be alarmed about. Biopsy was routine. He then proceeded to remove the large ones that healed well and hopefully wont return.I am very satisfied with Dr. Sarro and have recommended him to friends and family. He is not an alarmist, has a very warm personality, and took his time with my visit. He is very thorough in examination and has very impressive qualifications; meaningful to me. So glad I found this wonderful, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.

I have been a patient for about 14 years, one of the best if not the best doctors that I have ever had. Love his patients and shows it.

I should have read the other review before going. It is spot on. He rushed the appointment even though I had to wait 30 minutes past the scheduled time. I asked that he freeze off some warts and he did not spray them enough to remove them. I knew this and asked that he do more and he said I should come back if they dont go away. I wanted to take the liquid nitrogen and spray them myself... What a joke. What ever university provided this man with a medical degree should loose accreditation. Then an incorrect prescription was given to me and was only for a short time. I had to correct the medication type and they still would not provide a longer duration of refills so I would have to come back. I took time off of work to see this doctor and was completely disapointed. I now have to take out more time to see another doctor. Very unsatisfied with the unprofessional demeanor of the staff and the frankly poor performance of the doctor.

Dr. Sarro and staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I only waited for a few minutes and office seem very clean.

Ive been Dr. Sarros patient for almost a year and could not recommend a more knowledgeable, professional, and friendly dermatologist. The staff is excellent and very friendly as well. When making appointments they always accommodate my own busy schedule. They are always on time and very limited time is spent in the waiting room waiting to be seen. Ive been to the offices in Boca Raton and Delray Beach and they are all clean and modern and comfortable environments.

Bad experiencestaff is always in a hurry and almost pushing you out the door. I started going to this practice and seen twice there, I required a late appointment because of my work schedule but makes me uncomfortable that staff acts like they are doing a favor giving you that spot, today I called to confirm my 4:00 pm follow up appointment and I was told I was not on the scheduled when I have a card with date and time, also I was told that office does not scheduled at that time when my last 2 visits were at 4: 00pm and 4:15 pm. Went to him as first time patient. Charged me fees for first time and never saw him. Had his assistant removed a mole. 8 weeks later came back. If you make an appointment to see him shouldn’t you see him. Beware

Newly relocated to the Boca Raton, FL area and with a new and unknown skin condition, I found myself in need of a Dermatologist for the first time in my life.The area has a high number of Dermatologists that specialize in cosmetics. I was concerned, as I needed a doctor that was specialized in skin conditions and treatments not enhancements. From the very first appointment I found Dr. Sarro to be informative and compassionate.After a biopsy, Dr. Sarro delivered some unfortunate and disappointing news, I had psoriasis, a chronic condition that is very stubborn to treatment. He told me that his specialty was psoriasis and reviewed all the options available to me. He respected my desires to try some holistic approaches and recommended Xtrac laser sessions. The laser helped a great deal. Andre is the medical assistant at Dr. Sarros office that handles the laser treatments. I was filled with fear at my first session. My hands were raw with blisters. Andre listened to my concerns and was reassuring. The laser treatment was painless and Andre’s kindness to me was comforting in a time that was otherwise wrought with anxiety. The entire office staff is pleasant, courteous and efficient. There is no waiting for months for an appointment.Throughout the past year I have had a monthly visit to track progress and improvements on my condition. At each visit Dr. Sarro would suggest another topical to try, always offering up something new along with a dose of HOPE. I am just coming up on a year and while the condition would cycle better and worse, I never got remission. At my last visit Dr. Sarro suggested a very new topical, Eucrisa, so new in fact that it had just been approved by the FDA in January. Here we were in March and already the Dr. is aware and prescribing. This topical is revolutionary and has worked wonders for me. I only fully realize now, how fortunate I am to be a patient of Dr. Sarro. I was lucky enough to experience the benefits of Eucrisa while others out there still suffer.I wish to extend my gratitude to Dr. Sarro, Andre and the entire staff. I developed a bothersome skin condition a few months ago and went to a local dermatologist seeking relief This person did not solve my problem and neither did the next two dermatologists that I went to. I was finally referred to Dr Sarro and Im sure glad that I was. The moment that I walked into the office, I knew that I was in the right place I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who helped me fill out my forms. I was then called back, at the time of my appointment by a medical assistant who asked about the reason for my visit plus some other information and who was genuinely concerned about my condition. Shortly after, Dr Sarro came in and I told him why I was there and my experience with the previous dermatologists. Dr Sarro went on to examine me and said that I had been misdiagnosed and wrongly treated . He told me what he felt I had, confirmed it with a biopsy and started me on a different course of treatment . My condition is improving and I wish that I had gone to see Dr Sarro first. With his medical knowledge plus the support of a wonderful caring staff, I would recommend Dr Sarro to anyone looking for a dermatolgist

100% SATISFIED!!!I picked Dr Sarro because of the good reviews online even though it was not close to my house. So I drove all the way to Boca Raton with high expectations. The girls at the front were nice and the wait time was decent.Dr Sarro came into the room smiling and making jokes (great energy). After a few minutes, I was able to see that he loves what he does. He tooked the time to check my whole body and removed a few moles with the help of his assistant Sarah who is just wonderful. THEY MADE ME FEEL THAT I WAS VERY IMPORTANT AND NOT JUST A NUMBER. I could feel the dedication and love in each of them; Dr Sarro and Sarah.I would recommend them to everyone!PS: Dr Sarro loves burgers.
