I’ve been going to Dr. Fiedler for years and I’ve always been very happy with her. She explains everything in terms I can understand, is thorough without wasting time, and has one of the best “bedside manners” of any doctor I’ve ever dealt with. Would highly recommend.

I couldn’t believe it when they called my name. I had just sat down in the waiting room. They didn’t let me wait in the exam room either. Dr Topper came right in. I was in and out in 15 minutes!What an efficient office.

I have been going to Dr. Fiedler since moving to Florida 21 years ago. Shes the best. Makes you feel comfortable, listens to ALL your concerns, makes sure you understand her diagnoses and has her assistant give written instructions so there is no confusion as to what needs to be done. Only had to wait about 10 min to see Dr. WOW! Wish all Dr.s offices were run so efficiently.

Great place to go to. I was a new patient so I had to do the original paperwork stuff but thank goodness it was quick and easy. From the point it was completed I had maybe a 10 minute wait until I was taken to a room and then five minutes until the dr saw me. So timing was fantastic. As for meeting Dr Topper she was super nice as was her nurse. Diagnosed the problem quickly treated it and sent me on my merry way. Wish all Dr’s worked like this short sweet and to the point

My very first visit to this office was the best I’ve ever had. It was quick and easy when walking in. Got brought back very quickly and Dr.Topper was very nice and personable. Sabrina was very good with explaining everything and how to treat my removal after my visit during the healing process. Check out was easy and the ladies were kind and very quick. Love my doc Shari T. and the PA who administers procedures, AJ. Both are proficient and professional as well as having wonderful bedside manner. The light therapy I have to get due to pre-cancers that need to be burned away is a little uncomfortable, and AJ always talks to me and distracts me and is very kind and knowledgeable. This light therapy has spared me from more invasive surgeries and I am so thankful to Dr Shari T. for prescribing it. She always gives me the most thorough skin examinations and has caught several lesions before they turned cancerous.

My experience with Dr. Fiedler and the whole team at Derma Partners have always been exceptional. They are all extremely personable, informative, and easy to work with. In addition to being extremely effective its always a great place to visit, any time someone says they need a dermatologist I always recommend Derma Partners and Dr. Fiedler.

The rudeness of the staff was off the charts. Just trying to make an appointment was a very frustrating experience after giving an inordinate amount of information just to make the appointment I was told that appointment might be considered cosmetic and therefore not covered by insurance. Ludicrous as the appointment was only a consult to find out if something was medially wrong. The receptionist was very hostile and in the end I decided not a place I want to go.

I was taken at my appointment time.Doctor Topper came in almost immediately. She was very kind,, thorough , and Personable. After her evaluation she gave me prescriptions that were ready at my pharmacy within that hour. As of today a day later I am already seeing a difference in my skin. I can tell that she gave me the right medication. I am very happy!

The wait time was somewhat long, but things do happen. Everything else went quickly and very professional. Both the doctor and all other people are very pleasant and thorough I am happy with my choice to have this place, where I get the best care. They stay in contact with me always as I am a snowbird and they follow up with me no matter where I am summer and winter. I definitely recommend this office for anyone having skin problems and need a dermatologist.

My first experience with DermPartners was an extremely positive one. The front desk staff and the staff that brought me to the exam room were kind, helpful and very efficient. Jodi Fielder, my doctor put me at ease immediately. It is wonderful having a doctor who’s well educated and has a wonderful way of treating a patient. I now have a new dermatologist!

If you enjoy long office waits this is the place for you. The past three visits including today have all had 1 hour wait times. Today was enough. We waiting for an hour then left. The nurse was rude. I cant file a complaint about this with the Florida Medical Board but hopefully if you read this you will go elsewhere. I would give zero stars or .5 star if possible. Thanks

I absolutely love working with Dr Topper! I have been working with dermatologists for over 20 years and could never find a solution for my acne. She started me on the perfect treatment for my skin and I have been pretty much cystic acne free for three years. I would highly recommend them!

Staff is always super friendly and they always give me options of the different ways I can accomplish what I’m looking to do for my skin. They explain least invasive to more aggressive therapies so you can chose what results you’d like and what works best for you. Love this place!

I am incredibly disappointed at the treatment I received here. I’ve been taking my son to this office to see Dr. Topper for a few years. I ended up needing to see her and here is my story:About 15 months ago I woke up with a dent in my forehead. I had no idea what had happened and over the course of a few months it got worse. It also appeared to be darker than the rest of my face. The dent was at the top center of my forehead and extended beyond my hairline. I was obsessing over what was happening and kept searching for similar symptoms online. The only thing that matched was linear scleroderma and morphea. I went to my dermatologist first and was completely brushed off. I was told it was my body aging. When I researched a bit more I found out that the disease I thought it might be typically starts at a young age, so I thought “well maybe Dr. Toppler would know more about this since she works with children.” So, she was my next stop. Once again, I was brushed off. She told me it was aging and that I needed Botox. When I showed her a picture of what I’ve been seeing she said “what’s that? You can’t make that face again.” I even pulled back my hairline to show her how the dent extended further back and she said it was just the placement of my capillaries. She didn’t offer an examination or testing or anything. I even expressed that the area had been tingling for a while and she said she had no idea why that would be but that it was irrelevant. She told me I needed to have Botox done and after that I wouldn’t be able to “see it” anymore. I left there feeling so defeated. I was determined to find an answer though because I knew something was wrong. I have since been to a rheumatologist and had to travel to Miami for another dermatologist and I have now been diagnosed with linear scleroderma in the form of En Coup De Sabre. I have to start treatment so it doesn’t continue to get worse. If only Dr. Toppler took the time to listen and care, maybe it would’ve haven’t gotten even worse. So disappointed in the treatment I received.I’m leaving 3 stars because she’s always been very good with my son.

My skin has never looked better. I’m doing Hydra Facials with Tamara and Laser Genesis with Jonelle. They are both very knowledgeable and professional. They truly care about delivering the best results always. They have both invested tremendous time in bringing my skin to its full potential. I am so grateful I have these wonderful ladies on my side.

Did not have to wait long in the main waiting room or the exam room. Dr. and staff are very friendly and engaging. Have tried several Dermatologist offices in south Florida and this one is by far the best.

This day, I found the exam room to be way too cold. I asked the nurse if she could manipulate the thermostat and make me warmer. She said it could not be done, BUT, she can take me to a warmer exam room. ...and that she did. It proved that my comfort was important to her.

It is a pleasure to recommend Dr. Jodie Fiedler as the best dermatologist in Palm Beach County and surroundings. She directs an efficient office staff filled with knowledgeable and caring assistants. However she shines as the star player in the office (with apologies to her partner whom I have never met!) For years her trained eye has impressed me enormously as she inspects my skin for any precancerous or dangerous areas that need attention. I give Dr. Fiedler my highest recommendation in the practice of dermatology.

Absolutely great experience all around. Dr. Topper took the time and care to listen and address my concerns completely. I did not feel the visit was rushed. I,be been seeing Dr Fiedler for over 15 years. I grew up in So Florida where we spent most of our free time out in the sun, so zi have more skin issues. Dr Fiedler and staff take excellent care of me, removing or freezing skin lesions as needed. The staff ate falways riendly and helpful. My only complaint is a not: sometimes I can wait up to an hour or more to see the doctor.4.5 * rating

Visit with Dr. Fiedler was excellent, but the wait before seeing her is much too long. I would hope this could be corrected.
