Everyone at this office is incredible!! In the staff, hygienist and Dr. Craig are just so kind and genuine care about your kids dental hygiene. The office is so colorful and welcoming for kids while also being so modern and clean. My son had a great experience and we will never go anywhere else.

This is our third visit with Dr.Craig he is amazing! We originally went to him when my daughter had an emergency and hit her front tooth. I was recommended to him from my sister. Him and his staff are super friendly, informative, and beyond amazing with the kids! My daughter enjoys her time there as they have plenty of activities for them to play with while they are waiting. I currently pay out of pocket for my child to return here because we are comfortable and feel safe. They take great care of my daughter and I am happy to find such a dedicated dentist for her. We had a great experience at Kids United Pediatric Dentistry. We went in because my baby was tongue tied and the pediatrician recommended Kids United Pediatric as the best place to have her tongue released. Im glad she did because from the beginning with the intake questionnaire the staff was very informative and patient. When we got to the actual practice, the doctor saw us right away and we were able to understand the procedure without any problems at all. The baby went with Patty, his assistant, who is greatly attentive, and about 5 minutes later my baby was back in my arms. I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Lustman and the way he explained the procedure and aftercare. My baby was feeding right after and was not even crying so I think she felt really comfortable as well. Thank you Dr. Lustman and staff!!

This pediatric dentistry is AMAZING!! I was coming from 2 dental offices where I had had bad experiences and found myself leaving my kids appointment super happy! They are totally SAFE with COVID, place is super clean, the front desk and nurses are extremely nice! And the doctor is such a nice person! Had our first visit with Dr. Craig this morning. My 18 month old daughter had a consult for Tongue and Lip tie. Dr. Craig was patient and explained the procedure for correction and recovery in great detail. He made us feel very comfortable. Everyone was super nice and welcoming!!! Theres arcade games and nice decor and prizes and incentives for the kids to keep up their dental health. Oh and the TVs above the dentist chairs! I love that Dr Lustman uses a head lamp instead of those giant blinding overhead lights. Dr gave personal card for emergencies as well. The sweet hygienist even gave me a warm blanket (rainy day and wet hair for me). I love that Dr Lustman gives back by doing philanthropic things. See you all in 6mos!

I took my 3 year old daughter to Kids United for her first dental visit. To say that the visit was amazing is an understatement. Dr. Craig and his staff are incredibly kind and helpful! Everyone greeted us warmly as we walked in and made my daughter feel so comfortable. It was great seeing my daughter enjoy her first dental visit! She left happy and smiling and wanted to go back after we left! I never imagined my daughter would react so well to the dentist, but after being there it is no wonder they came highly recommended. What is even more special is the message they convey to their child patients: giving back. A portion of your visit gets donated to their mission of helping the less fortunate, which I think is an incredible message pass on to kids. I can not recommend them enough!!!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Lustman was informative and thorough, taking his time to explain the procedure and benefits. Everyone made me feel comfortable with my newborn having a procedure and took the best care of us. Dr. Lustman also followed up with a phone call and text the night of the procedure to make sure everything was going well. You don’t see this type of follow-up and attention to detail in many offices. Very happy with my experience!

We couldn’t be happier that we switched to Kids United. It was our first appointment today where we had my kids’ dental cleaning and also got a glimpse of the office. Afterwards, my little girl declared she wanted to be a dentist when she grows up to help fix people’s teeth! That’s how much of a good experience she had with this dental office. I guess when you and your team love what you do, it shows and everyone around you can feel it - even little kids! All treatment options were thoroughly explained and you won’t feel as if you’re being forced to spend unnecessarily. We still have a long way to go as we will come back for treatments next week but no doubt that we will have an amazing experience with this team. Dr. Lustman is absolutely amazing with Kaleb. He did a procedure on him when he was less than a week old and saw him at 17 months for his first dental appointment. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Lustman and staff are through the roof awesome! I am very thankful to have found this office. They set a high bar of care that every pediatric dentist should strive to achieve.They deserve more than 5 stars for their spectacular service. Dr Craig goes above and beyond for his patients and their parents! My two week old was having trouble latching which was contributed to having a upper lip tie and a tight tongue tie. After researching/searching and calling over 15 pediatric dentists I almost exhausted my search, as no one was educated in this field (even our pediatrician was not.) I am beyond thankful that my lactation consultant recommended this office. Upon my initial phone call I was greeted by Thais who answered all my questions and was able to schedule me right away. Their office is immaculate and every one is very friendly- Dr Craig took his time to answer any questions we had. We decided it was in our son’s best interest to follow up with the procedure. Dr Craig followed up with us the same day, and gave us his cell phone number in case we had any questions or concerns. In our older daughter’s lip tie case, Dr Craig told us he did not feel there was reason to laser her’s. He could have easily recommended the procedure to her as well for monetary gain, but he was honest and focused on giving excellent care, negating unnecessary procedures. This office will take care of all my children’s dental needs going forward. They are worth the 40 minute drive, as you cannot find this kind of care anywhere else.The new protocols after covid19 they implemented once again were above and beyond. I would feel completely safe visiting this office and keeping up with the dental care of my little ones.

I highly recommend Dr. Lustman. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful. We chose him to perform the procedure to release our 3 month old’s lip and tongue ties. Dr. Lustman and his assistants were very thorough in explaining the procedure and showed us how to do the Woundcare exercises. So many people are hesitant to go to dentists and the long term consequences are awful- thanks to Dr C and his team my son has a strong positive Point Of reference and A desire to please his beloved dentist. Consequently he is easily falling into great oral hygiene habits !

Brought my 18 month old son here for his first check up. Dr. Craig and the team were AMAZING. My son didn’t even cry. They Took their time, showed him what they were going to do, had Mickey Mouse playing and gave him goodies when he left. He didn’t want to leave. Making our appointment was easy and the entire team is so friendly. Aside from the wonderful service we received, we LOVE the KidsUnited mission. #playitForward
