This dentist is the best. Dr A., extracted my broken tooth with ease in one piece, I did not feel anything. I had minimal swelling and almost no bleeding.

Dr. A was kind and patiently explained the whys and hows of the work he did on my teeth. I knew going in that he might perform a root canal but he was able to find another option based on the information I shared with him. I came to this office in 1998 and trusted Dr. Kagans sincere and conservative care for many years. Now I am happy to see that he has found a new generation of dentists who share his philosophy.

Everybody was super nice and very competent. It was very convenient that I was able to be seen at 7am before I had to be at work. My hygenist was very thorough but gentle. Dr. Rosales took time to explain everything.

I got appointments within the same week of my first visit. The dentist was very professional and told me what needed to be done to bring my teeth back up to healthy after covid 19.

A trip to the dentist is not typically thought in terms of a unique experience. But this practice is not your typical practice. We all grew up with certain mindset of what going to the dentist is. Generally not thought of in terms of a positive or unique experience. For starters, the practice business model is crafted around the needs of the patient. Open 7 days a week makes it easy for working patients to have convenient access. Many at one point or another have experienced a dental emergency and generally they are never during normal hours. Access to a Dentist 7 days a week is comforting, even if never needed.I have been a patient since 2016 and have always experienced a high level of care with all of their staff. I would highly recommend booking a consult whether for general care or cosmetic and compare for yourself.

I’ve been a patient since 1996 and it’s because they demonstrate a wonderful combination of customer service and skills. I thought Dr. Rosales was superb with rebuilding a challenging crown. I’d add that the entire staff is a delight to be with.

Dentist calls out 5 cavities from a standing point without using his explorer. I found it suspicious and went for a second opinion (zero cavities). 8 months after and still no cavities or pain.. Hmmmm.... 5 cavities?

They are excellent from the customer service when you walk in the door to the dentist! I am terrified of having dental work and this office makes you relax and are comforting every step of the way. Every procedure is explained and given the reason why. When I say this is the BEST dental office! It’s just that the BEST!

I went in because of pain... they did a comprehensive xray n a cleaning. Out of pocket $268. When it was all over... I ask if I had any decaying tooth she said no. Without my knowledge I was then scheduled n price checked for a deep clean in a few days. A cost of $1000 out of pocket. I went home and was called the very next day to schedule this appointment. I f u r going to deep clean so early why was my teeth even cleaned??? Fast forward 2mths later my mouth is on fire. Went to another dentist, an xray was done n I have a hole in my wisdom teeth which was the original reason I went to Dental Care of boca. Do the math. I am livid. Now I have a surgery to get it out.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. I needed a dentist open on the weekends to help with some serious tooth pain. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They really made the appointment a breeze from start to finish. I had a temporary put on but about a week later I was still having pain. I called the office explaining the situation and how I was only able to come in on the weekend or later in the evening. They squeezed me in at the end of the day and even stay late to help me out. 100% would recommend to my family and friends.

Dr. A and his entire staff are incredibly caring, straight forward, and will help you create a plan to keep your teeth healthy. To start off, the receptionists are very polite and professional. They work very efficiently to keep the office germ free and were very attentive. The Dentist (Dr. A.) and assistant work together beautifully. I got a root canal and a filling. Surprisingly, there was hardly any discomfort. The hygienist also did a really good job. I feel blessed to have found such a phenomenal team of professionals who care for my wellbeing, and provide optimal dental care.

My experience with Dental Care of Boca Raton was beyond awful. I would not step foot into this office if someone paid me. I went in for a cleaning and asked the dental hygienist to not clean around my temporaries. By mistake she did, which caused my teeth to loosen. I had just gotten them put in by my other dentist and due to her disturbing them, they are now loose. I am not upset that she made a mistake. I am upset though, that they are now refusing to take any responsibility for what they did. I am now having to spend a tremendous amount of money to have the temporaries redone. Not only are they not taking responsibility to fix my teeth, Deborah (the COO) did not apologize or offer any resolution to this situation. I am so beyond hurt that someone that I trusted with my teeth could treat me the way they did. I am still in shock that I was treated as poorly as I was. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I was so excited to find a dentist that was open 7 days a week to accommodate my busy schedule. I scheduled my apt for a Sunday and was sent a text a few days before letting me know that their was earlier times available if I would like. Then the day of my appointment they texted me specifically telling me to come two hours early. I could not make that time and told them I could only come at my 12pm scheduled appointment. They told me I had to reschedule because the hygienist would not me there and they sent me a text a couple days prior. They never informed me of this- the text was only giving me the option of an earlier time. After scheduling a sitter to come specifically so I can make this appointment they canceled it. The communication is horrible!!!!! I would not recommend this place!

Great customer service and bedside manner. Dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and educated me on some things. My only complaint was length of time. I was there for almost 2 hrs for a cleaning. My x-rays took a very long time which is not the norm at other dentist offices. Have with the service and the people.

Always helpful, professional, and top notch work. I did have a problem with teeth sensitivity as a result of my fillings for quite some time, but they helped me through that too. They reschedule me despite my last second cancellations too. And theyre open on the weekends! Which is honestly the best part because I never get a break with my work.

Worst place I have ever been in my life.The dentist had no idea what he was talking about he did a X-ray, I showed him the tooth that I was having pain And in the end he told me that I had to fix two other teeth.I requested my x-ray and they wanted to charge me extra money to get those and also they called me to go and see a different dentist there because the first one didn’t have the right answers.You can imagine what kind of place is when they don’t even trust their own dentists.Also very dirty ....

We moved from Seattle and were in need of a new dentist for our annual check up and found them online. They were great! My hygienist was AMAZING, she made sure I was comfortable during my visit and my cleaning, she explained everything to me.The Dr was great too. Definitely staying with them while we live in FL.

I woke up on a Saturday morning with an assessed tooth and no dentist. I searched online and found Dental Care of Boca. I WAS SO LUCKY! They got me in within minutes and took wonderful care of me. I’ve seen many dentists in my day since I’ve always had weak teeth and this was one of the best. From front office to hygienist to assistant to dentist, everyone was knowledgeable, kind, funny and non judge mental. I would highly recommend!

I Love this office!! I just finished phase one of three for my Dental implant (literally a few hours ago).I have had 2 teeth that have been an issue for years and I went to 3 different dentist and immediately I knew this office was the one. I was first introduced to German (Herman) who was phenomenal! He immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Informed me all about the procedure and did all my xrays with no discomfort! I always ended up with cuts in my mouth with other dentist from the xray tabs. German showed me a technique to do to to make it so much more comfortable. Dr. Verona was very gentle and professional. He explained everything in detail and really developed a great care plan for some work I will need in the future. The whole office just provided and over great experience and I look forward to working with them!

This place is amazing! I had the best experience here! It was my first time going to the dentist so I was nervous going in there but everyone made me feel comfortable. I had a kind of emergency and the Doctor was 45min minutes late and I was there waiting so I realized that he was in the middle of another job and it would probably take much more time.It was So disrespectful!!! I made an appointment for 1pm and left the clinic after this later 45min without to see the dentist!!!!!
