Went in to get a PCR COVID test for travel back to Canada. I needed results ASAP to fly back to Canada same day. So thankful the lady at the front desk gave frank advise - informed of the process & realistic expectations & suggested where I can get what I was looking for. Very professional and considerate. If that’s anything to go by on the caliber of people working there, very impressed, so highly recommended!Unfortunately didn’t catch her name - in a mad rush.

I felt listened to, respected and heard after just coming out of quarantine for Covid. Everywhere else I tried to go for help treated me like a parasite. Angela, the nurse practitioner who took care of me, really listened to my concerns and involved me in my care decisions. Great experience today. Im so thankful for all who helped me.

All the staff were very courteous and instructive as needed. Nice to have such kind persons to deal with, especially when I wasnt feeling well! Thanks to all who were there on my visit day!

Couldnt enter information about my pharmacy online. It wouldnt accept it. Was texted to come into the building. Waited along time after that to see the doctor. Doctor was very nice and helpful. It was just the wait after I got there that was confusing. I though registering online would be quicker.

Giving 5 stars ONLY because the wait time was minimal, the nurse was exceptional (and was also the radiology tech for my X-ray), my results were available immediately (only had to wait for the Radiologist to verify), and the NP I saw was so kind and actually took time with me. Not what I expected for Urgent Care! It was quick and the flow was wonderful!The ONLY negative was the front staff on check-in. They, in no way, would lift a finger to assist me in gathering the paperwork/clipboard/pen etc. Having a hand injury and being unable to use my left hand, the 2 girls sat and watched me struggle to gather and balance the items. Did not offer, did not move. They sat and stared at me like I had a 3rd eye. I am a nurse, and apparently my expectations are too high? If I witnessed someone struggling, dropping several things, I would most definitely ask if I could assist them to the seating area by carrying things for them. Again, maybe my standards and expectations are set at an unattainable level, but to me, that is customer service 101.Other than that, I had a GREAT experience and would highly recommend this urgent care center. (Just make sure you don’t need assistance in check-in…ya won’t get it🤣)

My first time here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I feel I got really good care.

A few months ago I had a telehealth appointment with this urgent care. It lasted about 2 minutes, and the doctor prescribed an antibiotic. They billed me $324, of which $166 I still owe after insurance. Thats right, $324 for a phone call that lasted no more than a couple minutes. I would go to an urgent care that is more honest with their billing.

Staff was super friendly, but the wait time had me walk out without treatment after waiting over 2 hours.I checked in online at 9 a.m. At 12:20 p.m. I received a text saying they were ready for me. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before I saw the triage nurse. I finally walked out without treatment at 2:30 after being told the doctor was delayed and that 2 more people were ahead of me. I went in for a migraine and burning pain in my back. I get that people with worse conditions needed priority, but I just couldnt sit in that awful room anymore. Not when everything hurt so much.

Quick, Clean and friendly. Very kind staff and comfy environment if you do need to hang out and wait a bit. And the receptionist behind the desk stays on top of people and their masks, which I appreciate!! I myself am a nurse and my husband is in stage 5 kidney failure . We do our part to stay safe and healthy and really are appreciative when others do their part as well !

The on call Doctor was very thorough. She was kind and cheerful as well.

I was not happy about the fact that my husband was not allowed to go back with me. Sometimes it helps that he is there, because he thinks of things to ask or remembers things that I forget.

This place is a Joke!!! Too lazy to call your insurance just to get a covid test!!! Told me to leave because too lazy. This place does not care about you or your health

Went here for a COVID test. They said they were at capacity for the day, but could see me for a “sore throat” and could administer a test if I agreed to do that. What a shameful scam.

The two times I been there has not been a great experience. Here recently the nurse practitioner tries to convince me that nothing was wrong with me, when I insisted that it was. I had to literally convince her to give me a test, that literally came back positive.She act like she had a whole attitude because I made her give me a test. She should not practice anything else! The other incident the provider called in the wrong prescription in and I opened the box and couldn’t return it. Need to say I had to pay for two prescriptions. One I did not need and the other I needed. The staff is always polite. That’s the only reason I came back.

The day was going well until I cut the inside of my left ring finger on a sharp bolt that I was cutting off and left a sharp edge on the end.I cleaned up the best I could and went to CaraNow and they were very good at cleaning the wound up more and stitching me up.I am glad that I didnt do my first intention of just taping it up.After I saw how professional they were with this cut. Great job..

My daughter has been here twice. I had to go for COVID test. The facility is very clean Covid oriented.The staff is very courteous polite and professional.If you need urgent care I highly recommend.Amazing people!

Online scheduling tool was easy to use and I got a text back within a few minutes of them opening confirming my appointment time. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful and medical staff was kind, caring and got me evaluated quickly.

Easy online check in, I got to wait at home till it was my turn! I did all my paper and insurance online and I only waited 30 mins once I arrived! Super friendly staff and the office was very clean!

Horrible experience. Arrived at time of opening for a simple drug test. There was no customer service. 1.5 hrs later still waiting to get in. There were 2 people also there at 8am. They have gotten in and left.. Also schedule appointment for that day. Would not recommend this place to anyone

The staff here is very thorough. They make sure the patient is well taken care of. The facilities were clean, and they do their best to accommodate everyone. We did have a long wait, but it was understandable with how busy they were.

Went in to be seen for the flu and was told if we did not take the “new” flu nasal swab they would not be able to give us medication. I just paid money to bring my family in and to be refused medication is out of this world!

The staff (everyone I dealt with) was really friendly. I was in and out and my issue/ needs were addressed. I really appreciate how caring my nurse was. Usually I come here and they help me so much, the nurse fell short in every way. I waited two hours to be rushed out of my room within 10 minutes. She was unfriendly, didn’t read my chart or chronic conditions and gave me no care. I have severe asthma and I came in with chest pain and really bad wheezing, my action inhaler wasn’t working and I wasn’t taken care of properly in the slightest. I never saw a doctor and I was misdiagnosed. She wrote unspecified asthma on my chart…. I had to go somewhere else just to receive a chest X-ray and I was properly diagnosed with pneumonia.

Staff is overwhelmed with patients right now due to Covid.But they were so kind and sympathetic to me. I very much appreciate the care I received. I really was thankful to be seen amidst this pandemic. Great staff very friendly and very kind. Thank you to all the staff there on 7/27/21.

Great NP, but it shouldn’t take over 2 hours to be seen at 3 pm on a Thurs for sinusitis. Receptionist was rude, acted annoyed I didn’t bring my own mask and handed one without saying a word. She was eating a fudge ice cream and Cheetos at the front desk... not professional or sanitary. They were mixing up who was already called back and at one point the NP came into my room so I got excited, but nope, wrong patient. I also had vitals taken twice so I think they mixed that up with another person too. I was swatting away gnats the entire time in the treatment room. They were swamped with COVID testing and the NP couldn’t keep up. Shame on whoever manages this location. TERRIBLE experience. This is under my husbands account since I can’t figure out how to switch to mine.

The medical assistant and NP I saw today were fantastic. Had to go here over my regular provider because it was a holiday, but I honestly felt like they listened to me and provided better care than I would have gotten at my regular clinic. So thankful they were available to help me today.

The Blue Springs location was amazing! I couldn’t get into the Lees Summit location because they had a 3 hour wait. I drove over to this location and it was worth the drive. They got me right in. The tech and Doctor Amy were the Best! The front staff had great customer service. For not feeling well, I left very happy. Overall fantastic experience and exceptional care!

The FNP, MAs, front desk, they are all wonderful but their billing leaves something to be desired. They turned me into collections after I addressedtheir issue at least 3 times. Have them insurance pymt amount, the date or was paid with the eft#, write off and such... but its going to take 60 days to resolve? I think not. Again the staff in the clinics are absolutely wonderful.

Very polite and professional. Visit was quick and easy. Did not have to wait more than 5 minutes between check in and seeing the P.A. Will use them again if any other issues arise while I’m still in the area.

I would suggest Webcheck in only. They are awesome I’ve been having hard time finding doctors offices to see me with a fever, they don’t care and they will treat you as a you should be treated.

I have been here on a few occasions and they have been consistently slow. Better look elsewhere if you need attention quick

We go here for urgent care as it usually is quick, and they understand what is going on medically. Had quite a wait yesterday, bit that happens. Liked that we could wait at home and they then tell u when to come in..

This was not a very good experience. I made a telehealth visit and was left in the portal for nearly 2 hours because the internet wasnt working for them and I called numerous times trying to figure it out what was going on. After 6 calls inquiring about the status of my appointment, I called and they said oh the system is down.... Seriously? I feel like they should have told me sooner! And then they told me they could have me go in and I would be able to just get right in. That was a lie. When I got to the location closest to me, the front desk woman was incredibly rude and short and even rolled her eyes. I explained to her the situation and she didnt seem too happy to help me. I waited almost 2 hours before being seen. I will say John who was the nurse, I believe...was absolutely amazing and kind. I wouldnt go back, but John deserves a raise!

The staff was very helpful and attentive. I appreciate the ladies that took care of me. Very clean place . Alot more affordable than going to the emergency room . Glad that these services are available. Thank you.

Easily one of the worst experiences Ive had at a clinical facility.I was sent to this clinic to receive a standard hiring physical to ensure I was capable of my new jobs tasks. The location is beautiful and clean; but I waited over an hour to be seen- watching other patients, come and go from their appointments. The individuals managing the front desk were rude and impersonal.The two women working the front desk discussed a domestic abuse cases they had seen, involving a young child. Each of them chattering back and forth their opinions, quite loudly. One had identified the situation; saying that the parent claimed the injuries were caused by another child in the home, and the woman commented how the marks were quite impossible to come from a young child, and not an adult.Additionally, one of the women boasted of their side realty hustle, and how they had just gotten an in with their firms manager through her brothers acquaintances. She seemed unsatisfied with her current role in the clinic and showed obvious signs of dissatisfaction, as she sat on her phone for a significant amount of time. Not only did I find that appalling, from a grown woman- but I continued to patiently wait.My *actual* visit was about a quarter of the time I had waited; and the cherry on top of the entire situation is the front desk accidentally kept my drivers license- so I will have to trek the hour drive back to get it.

Providers were very nice but waited 5 hours after they called me and told me to come in.

One star is for friendly staff who checked me in. Zero star for the nurse practitioner I saw today. I told her I’ve got unknown bug bites for a week with cd-sized rashes on my legs. And I’ve been having body aches and difficulties of breathing in the last couple of days. Her response was “Do you think they are related?”I expect a trained medical professional to answer that question, instead of asking me.

I had a non-appointment appointment at 3pm for a covid test. I showed up when they texted me and was sent on my way at 5:50PM. They were busy, but that is a bit much considering they texted and said come in now were ready for you. The staff was very friendly otherwise.

Walked in with no appointment and even with not the best insurance, was reasonably priced.

Long wait but they were fully booked. Once I was able to get in my appointment was speedy and efficient.

Came in at 2 pm for a sore throat and nausea. Took 3 hours to get in. Was given 2 test that would take 20 minutes. I am stillsitting here at 6 pm waiting for results. 4 hours for a short test? Kind staff, but urgent is not what I would call this place. Unacceptable.

We are trying to get tested to be on the same side with the COVID-19 virus even though we have been vaccinated and a few of us having been exposed to the virus no body in stores or places are letting you schedule appointment to get it tested we are just being safe to get it done but because we have been exposed everyone is being rude or hateful , like we are a disease, we are not pleased with all this attitude , and wish people would just be compassionate and helpful not rude, which is what we got from a Walgreens employee at a town in Oakgrove Mo she was very rude and snappy I hope this place doesnt do the same thing because we didnt know where you needed to go to get tested its ok when its not them that needs it but they expect others to be , so they really need to understand people dont know when its a possibility of being exposed to the virus and they need to be more nicer under the circumstances.

The staff was very considerate in welcoming when they already had a room full of people. They let me know the wait time and allowed me the choice to wait in my car. When they saw me they were very quick and efficient but listened to my concerns. They are my place of choice to go when I need help.

The website is a bit disingenuous, you can no longer just come in for a simple Covid test. You have to go through a full blown visit…even though I’ve already seen my doctor and they requested a C19 test as a precaution. It would have been much less money and far faster just to run to a Hy Vee testing site.

They were great except for time. We were there for 2 hours just to get my finger glued from a cut. We got through the paperwork and taken back pretty quick, but we were back in the room for a while. They were super great and friendly with me (I can’t handle blood at all). Gave me ice for my neck and something to eat because my blood sugar dropped and sat there with me while I recovered and gained color back to my face.

Everything went very well. The wait time was short and the staff was very nice, professional, and competent; even more competent than my former primary care provider.

0 STARS!!!After waiting 2 hours to be called back we then waited almost an entire hour to be seen by a physician... no apology for the wait not even acknowledged. I’ve never been so unimpressed by an Urgent Care facility in my entire life. Get it together CareNow 😒

I have been fortunate enough not to have to use these services til today. I am glad I went when I did! Dr. Leslie was able to diagnose my issue, talk to me on a personal level, to make me feel like me being there mattered to her and to leave with a care plan to get me back to my normal. If I ever find myself in a situation where my normal Drs office is closed, I will definitely make this my first stop!

Visited care now as an urgent care patient 05-13-21 and I recommend them. Very nice folks. Was seen by Sandra hope n.p. received excellent service from front desk to check out. 😊

I was also told it would be a few hours, and instead it was like 20 minutes. Not a huge thing to complain about but it happens to my dad a few days ago. I got an appointment and COVID test, but instead of the 15 minutes it took closer to 40. After giving me results, the doctor was really confused and didn’t seem to have communicated with the nurse. Her advice wasn’t communicated well and with questions still didn’t make a lot of sense. They fit the need, but I wouldn’t go back for anything that wasn’t a basic medical test (like COVID or strep).

In and out really quick. Efficient. Straight to the point with a very good idea of what could be going on. A bunch of other specialists to go see on the ready as well.

I only put 1 star cause it wouldnt let me post my review. My husband and I have been going here for 2 years. There been times were we ask for them to bill us our Co pay and they have. Today the lady at the front desk refused to see my son due to not being able to pay his copay. They wouldnt even bill us for it.

The doctor was rude! The radiologist had an attitude and they treat you like you are lying about your symptoms. The reason you came is for help! Not every black person is lying or doing drugs. Dont go here an awkward and rude experience! Then as I left I heard the medical assistant saying how gross she thought I was. If you dont like certain types of people get out of health care!

I have always had previous good experiences here but now that I don’t have insurance I feel this has changed. I was charged $100 for a covid test that I didn’t need. I have had covid this past December and not a mild case, I was sick for 21 days so I know what covid feels like. I get sinus infections every year, I know that’s what I have. So even though I have had covid and the vaccine and barely any covid symptoms I was still given a covid test. I wish it would have been an option instead, especially since I don’t have insurance to pay for it.

Great Urgent Care facility! I checked in online, got a text when I should start driving to the location. My wait was minimal, my exam was thorough and I was listened to and my symptoms were not dismissed as insignificant. This will be our new go-to urgent care.

We came into Urgent Care for foot injury the office staff was very kind but as we went to the room the nurse practitioner was very short and non friendly didnt even allow us time for questions and was very harsh . Its upsetting as you go to urgent care because u are in pain or feel awful so to have a little compassion would be nice .

Will code Covid testing as a doctors visit, charge you $60 without sending a bill, and turn it into collections without attempting to contact you

Personnel were great to me with my short notice visit . I loved that they are open on Sundays to be able to remove an embedded tick that my husband was not able to get out. They even called an antibiotic prescription into my local pharmacy.

Took less than an hour from arriving to departure. Very polite

I had to go to urgent care for some swelling of my knee with an unknown cause. I waited about an hour, which was fine. It was a Thursday afternoon. I was taken back by a medical assistant and that’s where it went downhill. She started taking my allergies list and was clearly annoyed by my list. Then she took my medication list down and was even so annoyed that she didn’t even take them all down. One of my medications did not show up in their system which I understand because I have to get this medication from out of country. I am a nurse so I am extremely patient with the medical community. But this med assistant took this medication and instead of putting it in as a note, she said she was going to put it down as methadone because it has the same last 4 letters as my medication. My medication was not anywhere near the same as methadone as my medication is for slow emptying of the stomach. So not only has this lady made me feel like my history was an inconvenience to her but she also labeled me an addict. The nurse practitioner then came in and very quickly diagnosed by swelling, pain and redness as an insect bite, giving me antibiotics for it. It didn’t end there. I didn’t get my antibiotic till the next day, almost 24 hours later because the urgent care misspelled my name and my pharmacy didn’t get it and when they did the insurance didn’t cover it because again it was misspelled. And when I spoke with the nurse practitioner, she of course played it off like what happened was not what I experienced. Never going there again.

Front desk staff seemed nice, but did not check us in because the provider doesnt do faces. This wound remained covered and was never even seen by any of the staff or the provider. It could have been a minor scrape or a gaping head wound but nobody even peeked at it. That seems like a greater liability to me than actually suturing a face. A simple 1cm laceration to the brow on an adult should be managed in an urgent care setting. So we called the Independence CareNow on 39th Street, drove there, got right in to be evaluated, got 2 stitches and a tetanus update. Thank you, Independence!

I love this clinic. My 1st visit. Everyone was so friendly and very caring. Instead of strep throat. I had severe allergies. Was so relieved. Thought I was crazy. They sure put me at ease. Went at 630pm. They still acted like they were not in a hurry to get out of there. Took their time. Felt very important. Will definitely go back!!!!!

These guys are great! My two year old daughter burned her hand tonight and they took excellent care of her here. Everyone was kind, checkin process was easy and fast. The provider we saw was great with her and patient when my older daughter with ASD kept trying to climb onto the rolling chair. My daughter had her wound gently cleaned and dressed with gauze and purple coban. She is referring to it as her “beautiful bandaid”. Thanks to everyone from the front desk, to the tech to the provider!!! I appreciate you guys!!!

I got bit by a dog on my finger. Just went in for a tetanus shot and some antibiotics. Was not a long wait at all, and the doctor got right to me.

I went in for a hopefully quick uti test. After being called and asked if I could come in an hour later than my appointment time so I did. Then when I get there I have to wait 30 minutes just to give a urine sample and then was waiting 45 minutes for someone to tell me the results which I now just takes a few minutes to get results they still hadn’t come and told me the results I had to leave because I was late for a another appointment. So had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to not get any results for something it really should taken 5 minutes. So wasted my time and money.

The nurse and doctor who worked with me were both very kind and patient with me. Dr. Bird explained some options and listened to what I had to say. Fantastic experience!!!

Waited 2 hours all together when I got there was seen waiting on results crazy and I was upset they told me took my insurance yet I got a bill in mail recently for 800.00 not happy about this not sure why was told my insurance was accepted than I got a bill

I was seen there last week. I had been sick since Christmas. I was a walk-in and didn’t wait to long. My nurse was Candy, she was awesome. As bad as I felt, she had compassion. The nurse practitioner was also very nice and figured out quickly what was wrong. We were concerned about Covid, however, it wasn’t that. It was a good ole fashion sinus infection and maybe strep throat. Yep those still exist. Thank you CareNow

I only waited about 45 minutes to be seen which is short time for the average you normally wait ay any UC. The staff are super friendly and genuinely cared about getting me the care I needed. I would definitely come here again :-)

Unfortunately I am having to write a review, first one I have written. Today 04/27/21 I went into CareNow Urgent care for a respitory infection, I get this every year for the last 40 plus years, I know from experience if I do not get on top of it early, I end up in the hospital. A COVID test was performed came back negative, then the nurse practitioner came in and would not give me any medication, like steroids, and z pack, advised me She could not help. I then asked if there was a St. Lukes near by, was told it was not in their network, they dont know. I pray God will come into this clinic and change the hearts of some of the people their, give them a heart to serve and a heart of compassion. Being treated like mindless cattle when you are sick is hard, I will not being going back.

Organized but friendly isnt a word I would use for anyone minus the ladies up front.Lack of bedside manner. Ill go to st lukes for my urgent care needs.
