I had a great experience with Dr. Kissel but grew tired of going through the lab tests she required so I switched to another experienced physician. I am happily returning to Dr. Kissel after a year of uncontrolled bleeding and hormone roller coasters! Dr. Kissel knows what she is doing and I’ll gladly get the labs she orders! I have only the highest recommendation for Dr. Kissel!

I will remove my 2 star review based on the additional information provided.As a cancer survivor and a young woman who medically needs hormone replacement, I called in search of someone who would act as an advocate for me and instead was met with a sales pitch. Bio identical hormone replacement may be a vanity for some women, but for me it is a life saver and I encourage the staff of Dr. Kissel to learn the difference.

I was charged $299.00 and have received no services or refund. I requested a refund and have not heard back. That was months ago. I wouldnt use or trust this company
