Do not go here. They are not an urgent care facility. They lie and list themselves as an urgent care facility but they will bill you for an office visit. Extremely expensive even when covered by insurance.

This place is falsely advertised as an urgent care when it is not actually one. Expect to see a doctor for 3 minutes and then be charged hundreds of dollars since they dont bill it as an urgent care visit.

The care Ive received at Tria is second to none. Ive had 2 surgeries with excellent outcomes. I have also used their rehab facilities and their staff is also excellent. The administration brings them down. Ive had to wait on the phone for 15 minutes to make an appointment and once got cut off. I received a threatening Past Due letter before the bill was due! The clinical staff here deserve a more competent support staff.

Excellent care by all staff involved! Even got help with a non-orthopaedic problem. A very efficient and effective as well as pleasant experience!!

Excellent care without an appointment.

Walked in after injuring my shoulder, within an hour I had X-rays and was seen by a doctor. They were even able to schedule a PT session the same day. Good care and very efficient.

I just learned from their billing department that Tria Orthopedic Urgent Care, is not an urgent care facility, even though they clearly promoted it as one. This is extremely misleading. Your insurance company is billed for an office visit vs an urgent care visit. This is false advertising!! Be careful, your insurance may not cover your urgent care visit because its billed as an office visit.
