Dr. Rusche is truly one of the most compassionate Dr.s I have ever had. He care, and he cares a lot about his patients. He listens and will do whatever it takes to figure out an illness. He has made a huge impact on the course of my health, by trying to figure things out...when other Dr.s simply given up. Im very grateful for him, and his staff! From the minute you walk in the door, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. They are the best, and I would not go anywhere else, but to them.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rusche for about 12 years. He is a very good, caring doctor. He takes the time to listen and go over any concerns you have. Wait times can sometimes be a little bit long however I don’t mind. The time you’re waiting just know when it’s your turn you’ll get that same undivided time spent with you. Fair trade in my opinion:) Bloomington is blessed to have Dr. Rusche there to treat all of us rheumatology Patients.

I have been seeing Dr Rusche for 11 years and would not see anyone else. Sometimes he may be running behind and you have to wait a bit but thats because he is more concerned about his patients than his schedule. I dont mind the delay because I know when my appointment needed more time Ive always gotten it. He is very kind and always a true gentleman. He is very good at what he does and certainly has made a difference in my life.

Dr Rusche was so helpful and willing to try different testing and treatment methods with me that other doctors were not interested in doing. He was the first doctor to not blow off my concerns and expressed a genuine interest in helping me feel better. I would still be seeing him if we hadn’t moved out of state. The office staff was always kind and helpful as well, and it’s very convenient that the hospital is so close and they have a lab right next to the office for blood work, etc. I highly recommend him and this practice!Update— I just read one of the few negative reviews and I had actually forgotten about the long wait times! Dr Rusche is so great that even though, yes, I had to sometimes sit in the waiting room an incredible amount of time before being seen, that’s just because Dr Rusche is actually working with his patients and not racing through them like so many other drs. If I can enjoy his extra attention then of course his other patients deserve it, too, which means longer wait times. As long as it’s not a surprise and keeps you from another appt, the wait times are completely acceptable for the service you get once you’re seen. It’s not like you’ll wait 2 hrs for a cursory 5 min face to face, which of course would be unacceptable.

Dr. Rusche is a fantastic physician. He is kind, caring, and he listens to patient concerns. He prints out information so that you always leave well informed. I would definitely reccomend him.

I really like having a caring compassionate doctor that doesnt make you feel rushed. He gets kuddos in my book. Top notch.

Ive been seeing Dr Rusche probably for 13 yrs or more. He is very kind and takes the time to listen to his patients and explains things as necessary. I would highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Rusche for 12 years or so and he is a kind dr he listens to you and will order any test to find out what is wrong with you. Most the nurses are nice.

Dr.Rusche is the most caring and detailed Doctor Ive ever been to. I have seen over 15 different Doctors in the past that could not diagnois or treat my conditions. Dr.Rusche saved me... He has been my only Doctor for over 10 years. He always takes the time to listen and has awesomevbed side manners.. I will never go anywhere else...

Jayson. Yes Waite times are bad. But not all the time. And the reason is because he is the best rheumatologist in Bloomington!! So he has lots of patients he deals with. There is another one in Bloomington. I went to him once. And never again will I go back. U may not Waite as long but the care u get. Is really. Him coming in and going out. He does not listen and he does not give the same care. So that is up to you what you choose. But as for me. I have been seeing Dr. Ruschie for I think almost 6 years. And he is the best Dr. I have came across that cares about his patients. And trys to help them with out over medicating.So I give 5 stars. Because I cant think Dr Ruschie enough for everything he has done for me. Thank you Dr. Ruschie. And your staff!!!
