Wednesday mat class with Lindsey is the best. I usually have a hard time motivating myself to exercise, but Lindsey makes it much easier. Shes personal and encouraging and a little bit sassy. Its just the right mix to make classes feel both challenging and enjoyable!

After getting breast reduction surgery last summer, I was looking for some form of exercise. A Professor at IU told me to try Lotus Pilates. Since I started taking classes every week, my back pain is zero to none and I feel great in everyday life. I am working on strengthening my core and my back muscles to stabilize and balance my body. I have a newfound respect for my body and I feel the best I ever have in my life. Lotus has made me a new person and given me a whole new outlook on exercise.
