My grandpa got placed on hospice care and was sent here. I had to make an appointment to even see him because of covid. Understandable. They told me that my grandmother his wife wouldn’t even be able to touch him or kiss him. Even on hospice care knowing he didn’t have long left to live. I had made and appointment for a Saturday. A nurse called back and said he wasn’t out of his 14 day quarantine hold and all new patients were placed on one when first coming in. So I had reschedule for the next day because that was the 14th day. On Sunday. Saturday evening a friend of his stopped by and they let him in to see my grandpa, even took him directly to his bedside.( Also, they told us when that time came family would be called so we could all come in!) the next day (Sunday) was mine and my grandmothers visit. He had passed away earlier that morning. All’s they called and said was that he has passed away and we would have to get with the funeral home for arrangements. Knowing all of his belongings were there including his wedding ring of 56 years! Not once did we receive a phone call saying he’s not doing well everyone needs to come see him. Nothing! Until he passed and then they didn’t even mention his belongings. I had to reach out to them about it and had to call for 3 days in a row just to finally have someone give me answers about it! I absolutely do not feel satisfied with the care he received while being there or with the care and respect I feel the families deserve either being on the other side! I absolutely do not recommend this facility to anyone’s loved ones!

Amazing Staff! They go above and beyond to make sure their residents are taken care of and their needs are met. Very Friendly environment and even better place to work at!

Andrea just always has a smile on her face and is always happy to help anyone. she is very kind, she makes the working environment enjoyable.

While most of the staff go above and beyond, Andrea is truly impressive with her attention, enthusiasm, and attitude toward the residents.

The nursing home I would rate a 3 most of the staff I would rate a 5 and one CNA Andrian is all ways smiling and bring smiles to the residents and their families and is always ready to help you even if shes not your CNA

Great place to be help to those who can no longer help themselves.

Seniors looked uplifting and look well taken care of.

Kinda smelly today, not usually this bad.
