Im my personal opinion this place of business is very disorganized and a little unprofessional appearance wise. I feel that there may be some decent attorneys employed by this business however, I havent personally met any of them. Out of the two times I had went there I only went inside once. The first time I went there for a scheduled meeting with one of the attorneys employed by Justice Unlocked, there wasnt anyone there. As for the second time I visited this place of business the attorney was there and we held our meeting as planned. I wouldnt recommend the attorney that I met with for anyone if asked although as I stated above I havent met all of the attorneys employed by Justice Unlocked. With that being said, there may be some decent attorneys who work out of that office and if anyone feels like they would like to see what those attorneys are like good Luck to you, I personally will look elsewhere for council if ever in need of an attorney. I dont feel like the attorney I met with had my best interest in mind nor did I feel like he/she actually cared about the outcome of the case let alone the clients he/she was representing. I wouldnt want someone representing me (especially if my life were on the line/my reputation in society were on the line) who doesnt care what happens to their clients as well as appearing to only be in this occupation for the paychecks he/she will receive. My husband and I are still somewhat in a case and using one of your lawyers, Ash, and hes been nothing but amazing since the start!! We were amazed at how great he was and how much he stood his ground and fought for us with our hearing. With all the covid stuff going on, people have been quick to judge and be rude and negative and we just wanna leave some positivity! Thank you so much for all you have done ash!!! This is such a wonderful business and the people here really do some amazing work. They are responsive to emails and calls and quick to answer questions thoroughly. They work with you on payment options and all around were great to work with. Would highly recommend for any legal help you may need.

There is a real need for legal assistance for folks who cannot afford an attorney, but do not meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines, qualifying them for Pro Bono representation. Justice Unlocked meets folks who find themselves in the middle, and helps them have a chance in the legal system. Thank you for what you do.

Poor customer service. Talk to the lawyers they tell one thing bout prices and billing, then they do the opposite of what they say they Will. Seems very shady.
