Took a week to get husbands DOT physical papers in order to link to his license, because of a test Dr. Splitter wanted that he has never needed in the past. Then it should have been read right away Tuesday following 4th of july weekend. Needless to say called Thursday and still in pile. Upon doing errands we stopped there husband went in to demand getting paperwork needed so he can link license tomorrow before returning to work Monday. Hes been in there half hour already! Needs better doctors.

Very friendly staff from the moment you walk in the door to get temp checked and receptionist is way helpful and efficient and finally the staff which includes the nurses and doctors and drug techs in back are very friendly and efficient. The rates if you need to go to occ health if for a drug test to a DOT are way way reasonable😉 The volunteer that helps out is way super nice and goes out of his way and so friendly and personable and will help you also whatever he can do to make you comfortable. Just awesome top notch service and volunteer👍 I just cant speak highly enough!!

Update:I am familiar how a complaint process works as I work for a big corporation myself. I know there will not be a resolution to our satisfaction. I had to call this facility this morning for assistance and for the second time the experience was not top notch as you described. I will describe it as unprofessional and not customer friendly by the staff and not to mention the experience with Dr. Yee Chow that was not pleasant either. All in all a second opinion we will be seeking and hopefully better customer service somewhere else also.I do not recommend this facility. Go somewhere else.
