This is a lovely place. The people are exceptional. I went for an eyelash tint and for whatever reason the tint didnt take. I was disappointed because I was unaware that the service might not work. Also I was unaware that they charge a fee for using your credit card. I was thankful my service was inexpensive because 1) it didnt work and 2) I had to pay the card service fee. However the atmosphere and people are wonderful. My lash tech was lovely and we had good conversation during the appointment. I most likely will see her for other services but I will bring cash. I took off 1 star for each of my concerns.

This was my first experience of floating and using the the cryo tank. It was absolutely amazing. The place was very clean and everything was very well explained. This was the most relaxing thing I have ever experienced.

Just experienced my second float and it was just as great as the first! Ive tried both the pod and the pool now. It was not only relaxing, but helpful on sore muscles. The staff is super friendly, and the massage chair is pretty fabulous, too. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to others!

Ive had 2 experiences here. The first, I was greeted by a man, super kind, super informative, super calm voice. He showed me around the whole place. Told me everything up front and then let me be as I enjoyed the sauna and then over to my floating pod and then to the dressing room as I pleased. I loved being left alone after the initial greeting. Allowed me to feel at home. Relaxed. Although my first floating experience was far from relaxed lol.This second time I took my mother. We were greeted by a woman. She only told you bit by bit. So you had info on the sauna. Then after you finished, you had to wait around while she took care of other guests, answered the phone and then shed come around to tell you where to go and give info on the pod. Less pleasant. Now I felt as if I were in a waiting room at a doctors office or something. She didnt provide much information to my mom as it was her first time. ( I wish I wouldve provided more.) It was a surprise from me for her birthday, so I didnt want to divulge anything. I wanted and expected all details to unfold at the center. Unfortunately, they didnt. My mother felt out of the know and uncomfortable because she didnt know what she was supposed to do, nor how it worked. (I partially blame myself for this.) But she didnt even know about the changing room or the lotion! Which is a bummer, because the lotion is super nice.The worst part I believe, was the stresful feeling I got from the receptionist. She was very kind, but her aura was not relaxing. In the sauna I could hear her talking loudly to someone at the center. Chatting and having conversation for about half my time in the sauna. Then every time the phone rang, I heard that conversation as well. Hard to be with myself and relax there. And having to wait on her to show you your next move and encountering that energy each time, really made the experience choppy and not very relaxing in between. Like I said, super nice person, just not a quiet, gentle energy that has just welcomed you to make yourself home.

Just book an appointment already!! Not only is floating an amazing way to disconnect and find peace within but the facilities are just as serene. The staff genuinely care about their guests and go out of their way to make sure you get the best experience and are comfortable. Whether it’s the float tanks, saunas or other offerings we are lucky to have such great facilities available to us here in Bloomington. Treat yourself it’ll be worth it I promise!

Tranquility! From the moment you walk in , peaceful. Every staff member has been warm and helpful. I had an amazing massage by Victoria today.

Super amazing experience! Definitely recommend anyone who needs a quite, relaxing time to themselves to book an appointment. Its worth every second. The staff is super comforting and attentive. The location is renovated and super modern. Their massage chairs are one of a kind! I did the float. There was relaxing meditative music to accompany the experience! Will definitely come again!

I really enjoyed my experience at Serenus!! The staff was very friendly, showed us around, and made us feel at home. The facility is very clean and has a welcoming zen vibe. I would highly recommend doing a float tank if you have never tried one before - it is extremely relaxing, and I could have spent at least another hour in there. And to top it all off, the free massage chair after the float was divine. I walked out feeling like a whole new person!

The workers were so kind and gave me a complete tour and answered all my questions. That session was the best thing I have ever experienced and I will definitely be back. The massage chair after the session was amazing. It is so clean inside and I felt 100% comfortable the whole time.

My recent visit was extremely pleasant and this group is taking COVID precautions very seriously. I am grateful for their intentional instructions and considerate communication.

Overall a great session and I received excellent service the whole time. Everything went very smoothly and I have nothing to complain about. The floating was such a unique and relaxing experience, I highly recommend for everyone to give it a shot. I really enjoyed the session and will be visiting again in the future.

Absolutely loved my experience with Serenus Float and Wellness. I tried the floatation deprivation tank and it was the most relaxing thing that I have ever done. The staff was incredible, the building was well-kept, and they had so many things to offer. Would recommend this to anyone that needs a time to relax!

I just had the most incredible experience at Serenus Float and Wellness. I had a session in their infrared sauna and it exceeded all of my expectations. I spent 30 minutes completely relaxing and unwinding and left the facility feeling renewed and ready for the rest of my day. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and informative and answered any questions I had in a simple and easy to understand way. I felt very welcomed from the minute I walked in the door. After my sauna session I sat in the massage chair for a few minutes before I left and it was a wonderful way to continue the relaxation before I left. It feels like I just got a full body massage. I cannot wait to return to Serenus and try some of the other services that they offer.

First time of floating. This is a beautiful facility, clean and current, and very welcoming. The owners are polite, informative and confident in their services and products.Floating itself is very relaxing and comfortable. Its nice to lay down and relax without any pressure spot pain. The floating pod can be adjusted through sounds and light to your optimal comfort. Each pod room has its own (gorgeous) shower which is fully supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and luxurious towels.After a float or sauna, theres a separate room with full sized mirrors, hair dryers, lotion and plenty of counter space to allow for your make-up and readiness routine.Overall this is a well thought out facility, which provides a most enjoyable relaxation experience.

Such a cool experience! I was 1000% more relaxed upon leaving than I was entering. The center itself is beautiful and clean. The service is excellent, and they provide almost everything you need post-float: just be sure to bring deodorant, facial moisturizer, and a comb.

If you have motion sickness, you may very well get nauseated in the float pool. No one mentioned this to me, and I wasnt offered a pillow/neck thing which apparently can help alleviate motion sickness (bc you basically float on top of the water, your inner ear believes youre upside down with the angle of your head). I floated for 3 minutes, got nauseous, dressed quickly and ran to the bathroom to throw up for about 10 minutes. Was still charged $40.With that said, the place is clean and had a good a number of amenities.

I want to preface this long winded review by saying that the float experience is well worth it and I do reccomend that everyone should try it with Serenus. And I understand that everyone may have an off day, but I think that the staff could have been more professional.I booked my first float tank experience online with serenus. Their website was informative and I recieved an email to come in early for my session to sign a waiver regarding my float and to get a tour of the facilities. On the day of my session I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, but one of the front desk staff was sitting outside smoking a cigarette. which I understand that everyone has their vices, but it really disrupted the sense of wellness that I hoped to experience. Regardless, I got checked in and the staff asked me to have a seat. I asked them about the waiver, since it was my first time there, and they got one for me to sign. Again this is fine I just would have hoped that they would have recognized that I was new and would have provided it to me without being prompted.The customer using the cabin room prior to my appointment was running a little over time so I patiently waited. When she was done the same staff member that was outside smoking ran to refresh the room for me and returned, telling me that the room was ready. I informed her that It was my first session and I didnt know where I was going nor what the protocol was. She passed me along to another staff member who showed me to the room, gave me a quick run down of the experience before she left me to it. This other staff member was more helpful, but I still would have liked a quick tour of the facilities like the email said I would receive. The float itself was very relaxing and I would recommend it to everyone but I would like to have seen a more welcoming and informative staff to explain the process and answer questions.

So impressed with my time at Serenus Float. I felt like all of my needs were anticipated, like royalty. So blessed to have experienced the float tank therapy. Justin is as enthusiastic as he is knowledgeable.

I had a great time here it was very peaceful from the moment I walked in. The staff is very friendly and made sure I was comfortable for my first float! Tho was a unique experience. I am glad my wife didnt let me back out of it. This is something I will be doing again. I did the float in the pool, and was completely relaxed. I have lower back problems and this was the first time in a very long time I was pain free.

Floating was the most amazing feeling ever! I can not even explain how amazing I felt afterwards. I suffer from anxiety and it made me relax enough to actually fall alseep my first time floating then I did not have any anxiety for the rest of the day! Everyone needs to go float!!!
