His location was easy to find, especially with his initial greetings as soon as I made the appointment. Communication was fantastic right from the start, and he put me at very much at ease. Keith found out more about me, what kind of activities I liked, where I was needing focus, and what the best way was for him to assist me. He was very responsive throughout the appointment, from level of light and amount of communication during the session to desired pressure levels and after-care questions. Great experience! Took time to help me understand problem areas of my back pain and showed me examples of stretches I can do at home. Very patient in answering questions about back pain. Also, great to see that he takes COVID precautions, which was the main reason I came here, and felt safe that proper precautions had been taken.
