I have chronic migraines. It was my first time going and Dr. Pogue seemed very judgmental of me. Then they filed my information incorrectly and wouldn’t submit it correctly. Once talking to someone to switch to a different doctor in that facility they just told me to go somewhere else without offering help.

First of all I want to thank my great family Doctor Dr. Pouge for recommending me such great physicians as Dr. Riskin and Dr. Immen. Theyve been a life saver. Also, I want to really commend Dr. Immens nurse Stephanie. She is so awesome. She calls me when she says she is going to call me and answers her phone almost always. She always willing to listen and take my questions. She is truly a keeper! Thanks to all of you and may God bless you!

Hancocks nurse Jessica is my favorite person in the world. She knows what she’s doing and keeps things very down to earth with her patients. Follow her medical instructions and go with the protocol. She’s the best.

Ive read a lot of these BS reviews and just want to say if your looking for one of the best primary medical doctors in the area this place has almost all of them within the doors of this brick and mortar location.Dr. Kim is by far one of the greatest doctors who has a compassionate heart and a knowledge that is unbelievable

This is solely directed at the Radiology Dept., specifically Julie, one of the X-ray techs. My husbands dr ordered an X-ray, then immediately referred him to a specialist. At my husbands appt with the specialist, they said they did not get the X-rays. Since there was a rush to the specialist, the office didn’t have time to send the xrays. So, our choice was to either pay out-of-pocket for new xrays or drive over and get a copy of the xrays from Medical Hills Radiology Dept. We had a very small window of time to see the specialist that day. So, I tried calling and of course no one ever answers their phones anymore, so after calling back the 4th time I let it go to appointments. I explained our situation to the lady who answered and she said she would call Radiology, so to just go there. We walked in and were told that Julie was with someone. She came out, told us to sit down, that she had a patient. I tried asking how long it would take to make a copy of the xrays; I wanted her to know we had just a short window of time. Instead, she talked over me, saying we had to wait that she had a patient, then told us that we should have phoned ahead (ugh!!!). Then, she asks the lady sitting down next to me to come on back. So, she did not have a patient when we came in! She could have easily made that by the time we got there.We all have a choice when we wake up each morning. We can either try to be kind or not. Julie needs a kick in the pants. She was either having a really bad day and decided to take it out on us or she just should not be in a job where she deals with the public.I am still very upset by the way Julie treated us. My husbands X-ray was not good news. We were nervous and scared and Julie just made it even worse.

Dr. Kindred is the best MD I know. Saved my life and kept me healthy for over thirty years. Exceptional Talent and professionalism.

I needed to find a new Family Practitioner when my regular doctor left her practice, and Dr. Lilla Berck was recommended to me. Ive seen her 3 times now, and wish I had have found her earlier!Dr. Berck and her nurse have that patient/professional relationship just right! They take time to listen to your concerns and health issues, and then take time to explain treatment and maintenance options.I was referred to their in-house physical therapy department, and have received excellent care there also.I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone looking for a new medical team.

I would give no stars but that is not an option. They were sent a referral for an early ra diagnosis. But after a week of waiting for the dr to review the file to see if she wanted to take the case I still have not heard anything back. We have even called them on a regular basis. So they dont care if you are in pain. It seems like they pick and chose the patients they want to see and dont want to help those that dont meet their standards.

Staff is responsive and helpful, handling appointments and referrals efficiently. Physicians and nurse practitioners are experienced and capable.

I have always received the best of care here
