I have had nothing but excellent advice and treatment when needed from Dr. Berck. I have recommended her to a number of friends who feel the same way I do. I find Dr. Berck to be compassionate, caring, and non judgmental.

Im new in this town and I tried to get an appointment with this Dr but apparently she instructs her staff to get information from the patient for her to read about before she accepts you as a patient. I called the office on a Monday and spoke with the front desk staff who told me she would give my information to the Dr and they will get back to me in a couple days. Well today is Friday and I have yet to hear from this clinic. I wasnt even asked if I was sick now and needed to see the Dr. right away or anything like that. Well needless to say, I gave up on receiving a call back from this Dr. I called another clinic and was given an appointment without this pre-screening. So, of course, I wouldnt recommend this Dr. to anyone.
