Mr Duncan is very nice and knowledgeable, not only about ginseng, but other medicinal plants as well. Have not had any bad experiences there. The other guy that works there is friendly as well, but I forgot to ask him his name.

Been taking root to Duncans for 11 years..i like Brent cause he wont buy just any root...he wants prime ruff textured seng..he wont buy the little stuff which is great..keeps the digging awesome!!!
