The doctors at HRI are very knowledgeable, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. This is THE place to go to in the region for hair loss at any age. They are the only multi-therapeutic clinic in the area, meaning that they have multiple potential treatment options and therapies they can customize to make sure that you achieve the hair you want. Its not a one-size-fits all solution, and the staff will work with you to make sure they come up with the perfect plan for you. Im especially impressed with the level of detail the staff provides after treatment. They create a customized treatment plan in order to maintain the strength of your hair. Between the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff I was very satisfied!p.s. The free coffee/soda/seltzers and the TVs in each room are a great bonus!

WOW, my results have exceeded my expectation! To be honest, I was a little apprehensive to have the transplant procedure. My hair loss was extensive, and I knew that this would be a big procedure. My consultation with Vern Cole gave me the confidence that this would be successful for me and the courage to finally go through with it. Dr. Gary Petrus was AMAZING. While performing my FUT procedure he explained each step and answered every question I had about the procedure, post procedure care, and what my results would be. My only regret is that I waited so long to have the hair transplant. Looking forward to my second transplant later this summer. I can’t say enough about this company. I was so nervous to get this procedure done but with the confidence shown by “Rowdy” and their staff, all my worries were put to rest! The staff was extremely friendly and personable. My comfort was their number one concern right along with doing a great job to get the best results. Dermal Lens Experience:I cant speak for everyones experience besides my own and it has been a nightmare. My hair loss is a sensitive issue for me and this was my first step to seek a professional. This experience has left me feeling completely disregarded as a client to have my needs considered or resolved. Please if you are considering this company then document everything and ask a lot of questions. A lot of information is communicated verbally so please get information in some kind of formal document for your record.The agreement states no refunds so be very informed on your purchase before you proceed. You will be asked to pay for half prior to booking the installation and the other half after installation. It also states they will only correct your hair at the time of delivery which Im interpreting as during the installation process. So if you are unsatisfied with your look then get it corrected right away!! Do not wait for any reason!! Do not sign off on anything or make the final payment until you are completely satisfied!! My warning to you!!Issue 1: Options not discussedAll the options were not discussed with the hair systems. I wanted a look with an exposed hairline and I was presented with a poly base material which is not suitable for my look. New clients are installed with a poly base as theyre easier to maintain, however they will not provide a natural looking hairline. This was information was never provided to me until after my installation and complaint of the hairline.Issue 2: Resolving my issue with StylistMy hairline had an extremely crisp edge that provided an unnatural hairline due to the material selected. I went in for a resolution, and this was the point where the lace option was finally presented. I was extremely disappointed because the stylist understood my needs and never thought to discuss the option to me or even stop to tell me the poly base material wasnt suitable for my look. She tried to resolve the hairline by making little cuts to provide a more gradual look. She intended to only fix half and proceeded to other clients. I was disappointed again. I had to to ask for her to fix the other half which I shouldnt have to. This demonstrated a clear lack of care, poor sense of quality, and unprofessionalism.Issue 3: Resolving my issue with one of the OwnerI discussed my whole experience with one of the owners and he wasnt willing to take any means of accountability for the poor care provided to me. I went through a series of several back and forth emails trying to communicate the main point to the issue which was that the options werent communicated to me or no one stopped to tell me the only option provided at the time would not fit my needs.He stated I didnt follow directions by allowing my hair grow longer, which isnt the issue because my problem was the hairline and not anything else. He stated I spent too long in the restroom during my installation as some way to put some blame on me. This again, distracts from the real issue as there was no issue with the installation process itself aside from the wrong material selected. Its deeply disappointing that all these examples were used as a means to distract from the issue, place the burden on me, and take no accountability on their end.He stated that once I get onto a membership program then my hair system will be customized to my liking. Why would any rational person join a membership program when theyre unsatisfied now and current issues arent resolved.I am a paying client willing to pay their price to resolve a sensitive issue for me. It is their job to guide me through the process, provide me all the necessary information and options to help me make the best informed decision. As a client I may not understand all the right questions to ask, but I know what I want and Ive relied that information over to his company and still they proceeded to install a product that wasnt fitting to my needs. Im sure a representative will reply to this post as a means to save their reputation and place blame on me.

Hair Restoration Institue (HRI) used to be a reputable, customer focused company, prior to the change in ownership and Covid outbreak. They now claim their suppliers have been, and continue to be, impacted by Covid, which is understandable. However, when you are unable to get hair systems in to service your current client base it seems very irresponsible and unethical to be trying to recruit new clients. They post heavily on Instagram and when this question is posed to them they will simply delete their post to avoid addressing the issue. After asking the same question and receiving no response they simply block you so you cannot make anyone else aware of this issue. Is this the kind of company you want to do business with? Do better HRI. I will also be reaching out to the BBB to address this since what you are providing are inferior systems to the promised dermal lenses you advertise. At almost $4,000 a year there has to be better options available

Be honest, I have been very skeptical of hair transplant. However, after my visit with Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota my mind was set at ease. I started coming here over a year ago with extensive hair loss due to trichotillomania. This is a problem I have dealt with for many years and was extremely embarrassed to reach out for help. Sheri was extremely understanding and made me feel completely comfortable about my situation. I was able to begin using a dermal lense, and now a little over a year later, I have all my hair back. Thanks to Sheri and the rest of the team at HRI, I no longer feel embarrassed to look in the mirror or leave the house. I highly recommend checking out this place if you are experiencing hair loss. After reviewing the surgical options I made the decision to begin the process with an engineered wig which is then glued to your head, after the initial consultation which included marking the soon to be restored hairline with a wig the two individuals matched me up with a hair sample. My hair is dark brown/black with very light then white hair mixed in as Ive aged. They selected a hair sample which included black and white hair which based on my vantage point look like a fairly good match. They confirm to me that both the color, texture and thickness would be matched perfectly for an engineered wig/hairpiece. At the first meeting I paid just over $450 for them to begin the process order the wig and schedule the next appointment. Just over two weeks later they had received the engineered hairpiece which was “ supposed to match” based on what was previously promised with color, texture and thickness. Upon arriving for the scheduled appointment what was shown to me was an all silver-ish gray wig/hairpiece with my significant other in tow we discussed how that is not the right color and texture. The stylist Michelle agreed and left the room to look for an alternate hairpiece in stock that would match closer. Upon not finding anything in stock Michelle went through the process of coloring the existing wig/hairpiece to make sure that I would make the final payment of close to $500. With respect to Michelle, I believe she did the best she could with what she had to work with, although the final product once applied via sticky goo looked rather ridiculous but given that Michelle had performed her normal service I withheld judgment and decided to see what the week hairpiece look like outside and gather the opinion of some other friends and family who I have told I was going through this process..After personal review, comments from friends and family the final product was completely ridiculous, when Michelle colored the silver-ish gray wig/hairpiece the lighter colored hairs became blue in color instead of whitish gray. Im sure anyone who is worked with color or had colored hair in the past knows that trying to color your existing hair or even color hairpiece is a little bit of a shot in the dark. The evening of the final appointment and after paying close to $1000 I peeled the hairpiece off of my head. My plan was to reach out to hair restoration Institute of Minnesota first thing in the morning and speak with someone about modifying this existing hairpiece, ordering a new hairpiece with the correct color and restart the process even willing to invest a little more in Michelles time as the stylist because I felt like I was rushed out the door wearing what best can be described as a squirrel. I would have liked to work together for a better presentation.part 1

I had PRP done there. Very comfortable and caring staff. Liked that Dr. Cisco actually did the procedure and was able to receive a free MEP laser treatment right after the injections.

Do not go here. After $9,000, my husband is left with far less hair. The procedure was long and painful with zero regard to his comfort level. He has since expressed his concern and once told to wait longer and then told it would be another 5 K to fix it. Vern will not stand behind his work and basically makes you feel like it is your fault. My husband followed the instructions to the letter and is now stuck with results thay we both hate. Vern, who has another 5K to fix your shotty work? Shame on you. Ifeel so bad for my husband who now cringes every time he looks in the mirror. If you could not help him, you should have said so instead of stealing 9k from us. SHAME in you. Others..... DO NOT GO HERE. just awful.

I paid thousands of dollars for a transplant, which has ended up being nothing more than a terrible comb over. Now Im going to have to pay even more money for a tattoo to cover up the scar the surgery made so I can shave my head again. Dont waste your money making the same mistake I made. Just accept that youre bald and move on.

After 6 months of treatment and $ 4600 dollars and with zero percent of results. I feel cheated. Dr. Vern Cole told me that he will email me the before and after photos but never did. If you thinking about doing any service here will be the same as throwing your money in the trash.

The woman who checked my hair only wanted to sell their shmpoo stuff to me. No patient at all. She treated me like a fool. I was very disappointed. She end up sold shampoo and other stuff with a bottle of herb tablet. It turned out to be something not good for man. It is the HRI Scripts Complete anti-androgenetic (DHT blocking). If you google it you will find DHT blocking is not a good thing for man. The woman did not mention any of the possible side effecto to me. She just want to trick me to buy their product. She is not responsible at all. Be careful about HRI!
