I have been working out on my own at a 24 hr gym quite a bit. I push myself very hard. Today, I walked back into Quick Fit for the first time in 6 months. You just cant match this workout on your own. The ARX Machines provide the maximum and exact amount of resistance in every rep. Also, having an awesome trainer right there beside you automatically pushes a persons effort up several degrees. In 20 minutes, my body was toasted but I felt amazing. Thank you Julia and Mollie.

Quick Fit is an awesome facility with an even better staff. They push you to your limits every time you walk in the front door while also encouraging you to do even better the next time. You will get the best workout of your life in under 30 minutes and will walk out of there asking yourself: “Why didn’t I start this sooner?”. 10/10 recommend and I could not be happier that I found this place.

Best, HIIT workout I’ve done. Dave, Grace and Mollie are all amazing to work with. I highly recommend the full body scan to see your progress. Great people, great equipment, and a small, fun environment!

When I was first told I could get fit with just three 20-minute workouts per week, I didnt believe it. I take that long, normally, just to get warmed up! Well, that is true of my former old school notions concerning fitness which I will never return to. Its a totally new way to exercise for this 53 year old former body-builder, and I am realizing a more fit physique and a weight drop in just 4 weeks of this program. Couldnt be happier about it.

I went to Dave for advise on gaining weight in a healthy manner. He told me two things to begin using MyFitnessPal app to track my calories and record the food I eat.The other thing Dave suggested was working with him for 6-8 weeks one day a week and he would build a work out plan for me. I agreed to both. He listens, asks questions, and provides good feedback based on what a person tells him.And when Dave does a workout program he bases it on the exercises or adjusts them according to what he sees someone records in the My FitnessPal app. Daves advise is great and the workout he provides has been very beneficial to me and can be for you too if you give him a try.

Please dont start a recurring membership with this gym. They will not cancel your account and will continue taking money out even after you give advance notice for cancellation. After leaving several emails, voice messages and texts, no response from the owner. I stopped by this gym yesterday, and Grace was kind enough to try to fix this problem, but to no avail. So frustrating!!UPDATE 2/24/19Three days I posted this review, the owner contacted me and refunded my payment. I am changing my rating because of this.
