Dr. Kane is the most caring, compassionate individual. He takes time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend!It does take a bit to get in so plan accordingly!

Dr. Kane and staff are the best. Ive know Dr. Kane for a very long time. He takes time with you and does what it takes to make you feel better. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. A+ Nurses on staff to help. LOOKING FOR A NEW DR. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.It would be 5 STARS but I dont like the new refill call line the way its setup. It needs to be setup after hours and on weekends.

I am currently waiting for my partner to be seen for severe abdominal pains. He has called this facility the day before to be seen, to which the lady on the phone told him they would let a triage nurse know, and will call him back. They never did, we came in today to be seen in person this time. To be told they called around 11 yesterday and told him to return their call. Thing is they never asked for his number and there are no missed calls. So now we wait while they have a sign they just put up; “We Are Having A Staff Meeting, Please Take A Seat Until We Return, Thank You!”. There are currently 5 people now in this waiting room. If I could give zero stars I would. Unbelievable, customer service is a complete joke and so is this facility. His mom is here now and if we haven’t been helped soon we’re going to the ER. And never this place again. And the phones are ringing off the hook as we speak. (Lol) great way to run a business. This is what our “nurses” and trusted “doctors” have came to. Sad.

Horrible facility and horrible people! Dr. Kane has been my primary doctor since I have had Medicaid. But with being a new patient I cant ever get in to see him and when I am sick and need medication I just go to the walk in. Cant wait 5 months when I need to be seen immediately. At the beginning of the year, maybe in February or March, I made an appointment to see someone about anxiety. The soonest they could get me in was in November with Dr. Winders. So I took the appointment. I called a couple of weeks ago for a rash I had on my leg, again they told me Id have to go to the walk in clinic. No big deal. But then I asked about my appointment in November because I had forgotten the day and time, and they could not find the appointment anywhere. They said they would look into it. Finally, days later they called me and said they still couldnt find it but they could schedule me again but I wouldnt be able to get in until next year! So first of all they loose my appointment and then basically tell me that they dont care I have anxiety and depression and that they cant help me until next year. This place is a joke! Anxiety and depression are not something to take lightly but they obviously dont care. Dont ever go here!

The best care I have ever received! It does take a while to get an appointment, but thats the way it is nowadays! Wait patiently and go to the IMA until you get in!

The staff are friendly enough, but I have had major problems with availability. Waited the 5 months to get a new patient appointment. Its like that everywhere now, so no big deal, but even as an existing patient I can barely get an appointment. Three of the last four times Ive been sick in the last 12 months, I was told (first thing in the morning) that I could not be seen that day because everyone was either fully booked or not working that day. I was advised to go to urgent care for an evaluation instead.

The physicians here are very nice and professional.Be warned that X-rays ordered here are done by IU Health, not SIP, and you will be charged separately for outpatient x-rays. This can be extremely expensive depending on your health plans deductible.This information is posted, but when you are worried about your child you are unlikely to read signs, and staff is unlikely to inform you of this situation and its consequences verbally.Landmark SIP has its own internal X-Ray facility.

I called for a new patient appointment and was told they are booked until the summer of 2018 for new patients. What happened to the days when doctors cared about people whether they were new or old patients?
