The doctors were wonderful, my review concerns accounts. All were paid on time, then get collection threats for lack of payment when it had posted prior to next billing cycle. When courteously stated facts and would appreciate more attention to accurate billing practices, representative hung up on me. If I had been rude or ranting, that’s what I’d expect. Need to drastically improve their customer relations.

While I have yet to be billed (& believe billing is a separate issue apart from the quality of care), I did have a procedure & Dr. Jyoti was my anesthesiologist. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable & helpful, and she provided excellent information & peace of mind. For quality of care & expertise, I highly recommend Dr. Jyoti.

Bloomington Anesthesiologists have successfully extorted me for money that I do not owe. While in talks with my insurance company, they assured me that I would not end up paying the full amount billed to me after my surgery. 18 months later, I received the full bill out of nowhere and with no communications on the part of the anesthesiologists’ office about the process. They have threatened to ruin my credit score, and as a result, I am paying the bill in full, despite having insurance coverage.

My husband has Stage IV Throat Cancer and apparently Bloomington Anesthesiologists are the only ones who can participate when it comes to surgery in Bloomington. For the most part the person(s) in billing have been pleasant and telling me what I want to hear but I have found that it is not the truth. Because they are not in the network for my husbands insurance they balance billed me for over $3,000 which I paid out of my pocket. Then the insurance company did pay it. Now I cannot get them to refund my money when they were paid over a month ago by the insurance company. The surgeons might be good but their billing department is the worst. But I dont know why Im surprised because its not about patient care anymore . . . its about the money!

Horrific. Very slow to give any estimate. A 3 minute msg before you can talk to anyone. Theyll knock you out alright, with their bill. Avoid them.
