We have had nothing but great service! Their massage therapy is both therapeutic and relaxing. My daughter loves getting her nails done there. Both my children and I get our hair styled by Georgia, and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I would highly recommend Katavallo to anyone.

Called them today 12/28/17 and was advised they will not honor a gift card purchased for my wife when this place was previously named Essentials Day Spa.I was advised by the very nice receptionist that they are not affiliated with Essentials Day Spa, which was a different company and no longer in business.Someone purchasing a business such as this that is operating in the same space and with some of the same employees as the previously named business should have an expectation that there will be clientele with outstanding gift cards.This should have been considered by the new owner and funds reserved to honor these gift cards.Bad way to start a new business by turning away prior customers who will definitely never return.

I was there today(12/12/17) to ask if the $150 gift card I’d received when this business was Essentials Day Spa, which I had been to numerous times, would be honored.The two female employees told me “no” and were unsympathetic to my loss of $150.In addition, they said they couldn’t as Essentials went out of business.I told them I was very disappointed and would recommend to everyone I knew not to frequent this business.

Just got home from a Pedi, mani. It was so relaxing. The tech took her tie. Didnt feel rushed and what a relaxing experience. I compared it to where Ive gone before...It was like I went to a drive through before and this experience was like a sit down steak dinner. Give them a try..you will be thrilled. I sure was.

This place is no longer open. Bought a massage less than two months ago. Very disappointed.

I stopped by today, anxious to use the $60 gift card I received for my birthday; was told a similar story that the card would not be honored. Very poor business practice.

I have been going to Georgia for over 20 years to get my hair done. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

Wont honor gift card. Shady!
