The program and each of your stores are great, not much to improve on, but the deco could use some ambiance. Its a great start, but people here in Minnesota love farming pictures, and tractors and hunting stuff. Im from California and left just when they were getting off the ground with cannabis, but never participated, you could still get blacklisted at pain centers for cannabis.Anyway, take suggestions for decor and you are perfect.

Minnesota medical marijuana is so expensive most are going back back to the streets as most clients think its way too expensive, you better read fine print if u get caught with marijuana from another source than green goods plan to spend six months minimum behind bars

The employees are all really great there and their prices are probably not more then the average amount being paid for medical cannabis but I cant afford to spend over $400 a month out of pocket expense and I was on the lowest dose possible. But they were very nice and curt

Absolutely love GREEN GOODS❣️My only complaint is that everything costs TOO MUCH‼️I know that they have sales, however, they only notify patients about them via email. lol I, personally, have well over 84,000 unread emails, so...let’s just say that I have pretty much given up on email!! I REALLY wish that they would/could send sale notices etc. via text instead for those of us that do things a bit, um, differently. Moved my whole day around to make an 8:30am appt work with them. Waited in their teleconference room for 15 mins and finally messaged them asking about the appt. They said I was scheduled for a later time that day. I pasted my confirmation email showing them I had the correct time. Waited another 10 mins and they never responded to me. I understand in the medical profession we are used to the medical professional running a bit behind but to completely screw up the appt time, and then be met with silence is very unprofessional. While I can’t speak to their products, this left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll look elsewhere.

With MN voters still allowing its legislation to restrict and limit, all the way down to the type of medical cannabis thats available to patients, I was quite skeptical about my visit to MN Medical Solutions. Living with PTSD, after having served in the Persian Gulf, I knew that I could use this sort of help. But I didnt feel good about going to get a medication thats still so controversial. However, my whole experience was a pleasant surprise. First, my pharmacist was knowledgeable, polite, and explained all that I was wondering about. I actually felt at ease during my video consultation. Because legalization of cannabis here in MN is still in its infancy, the prices on the products are discouragingly high. Surprise again, MN Medical Solutions made it affordable by offering a generous discount on my first order! Overall, I give them all the stars in the sky for top notch professionalism, and for dispensing top quality concentrate. I can honestly say that after having made the decision, Im feeling much better- MN Medical Solutions helped me to obtain a medication that actually works, and they made it easy! Great products. Prices are the best in MN but don’t compare to Colorado prices. I hope that will improve in the coming years.A couple weeks ago I had a defective cartridge. It fell apart and leaked the contents. It was entirely unusable, and I was without medicine for 3 days. This is a $65 product so I was disappointed to say the least. The staff at the store are absolutely always exceptional and always leave me thankful and happy. They said they would escalate the issue to the manager. I got an email back from the manager asking for some more information about my situation. I replied and never heard back.I’m only vaguely disappointed in the defective product, but I’m decently frustrated by the lack of mitigation, or even apology, thereafter.

Staff are always low key & friendly. Sometimes they are understaffed and a bit slow, but I usually schedule last minute so I try not to rush them. Never had any problems, always good interactions. I fully recommend them!

Ive been a patient for over a year now and have always been treated with the utmost respect by every employee of Minnesota Medical. They all have strove to be as informative as possible at every step of the process. As a business, and a health care provider on the cutting edge, they are exemplary in every way.

There only being 2 medical dispensaries in Minnesota options are limited, but of the companies offered Minnesota Medical Solutions is the best. They are the only to offer distillate, and it is high quality. I have only tried vape and pill form, so I cannot offer review of other products. But I believe they are the best.

I have been registered with Minn Medical for 3 months. I have visited the downtown Minneapolis and Bloomington locations. My experience at both locations has been very positive. All of the staff members have been very professional, friendly and helpful at every step in the process. The website to re-order products is easy to use. Im also very happy with the products that I have purchased at Minn Med. I use a variety of cannabis products to treat the painful symptoms of fibromyalgia. Cannabis and Minn Med have truly helped improve the quality of my life.

The staff are very friendly, efficient and provide in-depth information on how to take cannabis for optimal results. This was especially beneficial in learning the delivery method for my mother to use for her cancer. I also appreciate the flexibility of the pharmacists when I need to change my dosage when I have painful fibromyalgia flares.

The RPh are so helpful. And, I am hopeful for the first time since 1982 that I will find a prescription that allows me to function so I can live somewhat normally after all these decades of having symptoms dictate whether I persevere in the pursuit of a (satisfactory) life for the few years I have in front of me. I really have only hoped that I would die sooner rather than later to be free of this body & mind that causes me such pain & aggravation. I felt the pain in my legs reduced by the Bar roll-on so much I could touch them w/o flinching, and I could hope again for all kinds of relief. I have energy to keep seeking, trial & error, but I have proof that this plant works. I look forward to the whole plant being used because I believe it its properties are perfectly synergistic for our pain with minimal tweeking although I never tried it but the Creator gave us perfect provisions for our needs. So, I have hope.

Very nice company and the service is great

Most of the staff that lets you in doesnt acknowledge you, say anything, or look at you when you walk in -- which immediately makes you feel unwelcome. Their product is also inferior to what Leafline Labs offers. They are open on Sundays which is great and not all the staff is bad, but it would be lovely to not feel dehumanized when I show identification to get in the door.

In these trying times it is nice to be able to obtain our medicine from staff that is a joy to work with. Always nice, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Being a new customer to Minnesota Medical Solutions (which I will refer to as MMS from here on) during a time where ‘the legalization of marijuana’ is such a hot button topic, is what has compelled me to write a review about this company. MMS is currently 1 of only 2 companies authorized by the State of MInnesota to sell products containing THC within its state’s lines. They have 4 locations (all my experiences thus far stem from interactions with the Bloomington location, btw).I hav had 2 online face-to-face interactions with pharmacists employeed by the company as well as numerous other interactions with MMS staff including during phone calls, emails and when picking up my product at the Bloomington location. I am not exaggerating when I say that each and every one has been a very positive experience. The MMS employees have not only been patient with me during my asking of many novice-level questions, but all had very friendly dispositions and, to-the-man/woman, were extremely knowledgeable in the process, the products and any on how to avoid any potential pitfalls.All-in-all, I could not be happier and have found that vaping oils have tended to work best for me so far (specifically Blue & Green vape oils have worked the best, which are lower THC:CBD ratios).MMS is a great company and I will no doubt be sticking with them. If you’ve been considering medical cannabis, but haven’t taken that step yet, I’m here to tell you that it has literally saved my life. After back surgery, I was in so much pain that getting out of bed was nearly impossible. After jumping through the hoops that the State of Minnesota requires, the rest is a breeze. MinnMed makes it easy to order online, and make your appointment. When you arrive, the staff knows their business, and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to get my Rx filled (it’s almost always ready when I arrive). They are caring and compassionate and even tho the drive to Bloomington takes awhile, it makes my monthly trip there something I look forward to, rather than dread it.

I go back and forth between MinnMed and LeafLine, tho MinnMed is more convenient for me location-wise. I really like that MinnMed has bulk oil syringes - its far more economical than the pre-filled cartridges. The dispensary experience is far more casual than LeafLine, where a refill needs to be called in by phone and they are very tight on pickup deadlines. Plus, it always takes a while to get my refills once Im there. MinnMed is far faster and easier for me, plus its cheaper and I can get the type of products I want.

Prices are inflated for no reason, spent $200 to get a med card to find out the the dispensarys are overpriced to the point where it doesnt even make sense to have a med card. Ive been a med card patient for years, but i have to make an appointment with a pharmacist? I know what i wanted and was unable to get any help getting it.

Who ever had on the patchouli oil this morning had way to much on...like I can still smell it on the bag in the car.

When my condition became approved for Med Cannabis, I chose MNMed as my pharmacy. Initially, I was dismayed by the very limited hours AND the exorbitant pricing for medicine I need to help alleviate symptoms. Happily, the hours kept increasing until now MNMed is open seven-days a week, with a wide variety of appointment options. As far as pricing, MNMed started offering loyalty discounts that can be applied to the next purchase, making the med a bit more affordable; however, MNMed is well aware of the pricing issue, and just a couple weeks ago MNMed announced price slashes to aid affordability for all patients (and this is the second time since Ive been a patient that prices were reduced!). The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Overall, I definitely recommend MNMed to any person seeking medical cannabis for an approved condition. Word up!

Loved, loved, loved going here. Staff is knowledgeable and ready to help at the Bloomington location. I saw Theresa and she was of great help to me, giving me different options of products I could possibly try and experiment with to calm my symptoms. Although I am still trying to figure out what works best in the sense of colors, I know what products I will definitely stick with. My experience was great, the location was a bit far but the travel was worth it for the 1st experience and getting something that actually works. The location here has a relaxed atmosphere and I definitely loved the way I was treated and helped!I do think the products are pricey and hope they are more affordable soon, but I would much rather using medical cannabis than shoving all those pills I was taking down my throat and feeling the side effects of those in my life. The yellow pill, 1 in A.M. and 1 Red pill at night to help me sleep and I am one happy camper. Works very well for arthritis aches and pains.
