Allison does a terrific job with your eyelashes. But more importantly she takes the time to find out what you are looking for and to educate you!

Alison is incredibly professional and does exceptional work. I have been to several lash technicians and it is difficult to find one that uses the right amount of adhesive as to not have the lashes begin to clump or destroy your natural lashes. Alison has had years of experience where she has achieved the perfect balance and the lashes always turn out amazing! You wont regret going to Alison, she is one-of-a-kind!

My favorite place to get my lashes done. Everything about this place I love! Alison is great, very clean , relaxing and professional also is very caring about making the time there comfortable as possible, All the places I went I’ve never really had that. So I definitely give 5 starts and will forever be my number one spot to get my eyelashes extensions done. I definitely can’t wait to return!!

(it was at a different location) Allison definitely went through a good consultation and gave me the most beautiful lashes I have ever had. It’s hard for my eyes and lashes too. Amazing experience and studio! Super relaxing, smells nice, and clearly very clean. She also definitely knows her stuff, and spends time with you talking over your beauty regiment, product suggestions, and what you kind of look youre wanting.Little bonuses: table is heated, music is nice, you get spa slippers, and shes easy to talk to. Alison did a wonderful job! She was thorough and walked me through my options and made recommendations based on what I was going for. I wanted full lashes for my wedding to avoid needing mascara, and she was honest about what would work and what wouldnt, what was best for my last health, etc. Ended up doing the full volume cashmere with a blend of doll and cat eyes and she nailed it! I had no reactions or sensitivity to the glue. Now I just have to wait four more days and retrain myself to sleep on my back because Im a stomach sleeper! Buy the cleaner and little baby combs too. I can already tell theyre going to come in handy, especially for makeup removal. If I get a fill, which I may because these things are GORGIE, Id go for a more subtle look for daily use. These are full drama pinup girl lashes, great for my wedding but probably a bit much for everyday.

I love this place. I go there religiously. My lashes look natural and amazing and the service is great. My lashes last a long time (even though I dont always take care of them the best.) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Alison is amazing! My lashes lasted 3 weeks. She helped me pick the perfect set based on my natural lashes. Price is reasonable and well worth it. She is very professional, experienced and friendly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love Alison! She is extremely easy to schedule with and does a fantastic job. I actually found this salon by accident after an unfortunate situation with another local salon and Alison was able to schedule me in last minute before I went on vacation - a total life saver! Id recommend this salon over any other salon in the Twin Cities!

Made an appointment online got text and email confirmation for 1:30 today. It’s now 1:39 and no one is at the location and no one answered the call I made at 1:30 inquiring about where Alison is. Super disappointed that I wasted time and gas just to be standing outside the door. After my second phone call at 1:41 I was told simply something urgent came up. Really disappointed and upset with this experience, she did offer half off but I planned my day around this! Incredibly hesitant to utilize services with an establishment that didn’t even give me a heads up or try to move the appointment around BEFORE I left work and drove out here and stood around for 20+ minutes. (I was 10 minutes early.) I will be extremely upset if my card gets charged for services not provided.Go check my review updates on her Facebook page and yelp. Do not recommend her at all considering the way she behaved after she no call no showed the appointment.

I contacted this center for an emergency that revolved around lash extensions not applied at Elegant Lash a patient was having. The staff member immediately answered my questions and was highly knowledgeable. They obviously know their stuff and are very experienced at Elegant Lash. Great service on the phone.

My lashes turned out so well! I was an out of towner and Allison was able to get me in and did a fantastic job! I am Asian with barely any lashes and she made my lashes full, and natural looking. I highly recommend this place. Dont be fooled by the location; great price and good work! Only thing is you cant get these lashes wet for 12 hours (if that bothers some people...) I got the basic plus volume for $175!
