MYSA cancelled ODP spring showcase for COVID but instead of refunding us (only $40) they said they will push it to next fall. When I informed them we would not be participating in the fall due to how poorly the program was run last fall they still refused to refund us! What a joke!

Most unusable phone system ever. Dont answer with person or by dialing O during business hours, cant leave a message without knowing name of someone in office (hangs up after 3 wrong guesses) and no email adress to leave message to call back.
