Our expectations are so much greater than the care our loved one is getting.We’ve heard that all long term care places are the same. Under staffed and they never address our concerns and issues for our loved one. They never have the appropriate clothes on our loved one. Tonight it was cold and snowing, we called in advance to tell them we were picking up and wanted a winter coat. No socks with clogs and a light jean jacket-no lining. My friend is a board of health state inspector nurse and told me that Autumn Hills is classified as an assisted living care facility. If this is the case than they can do what they want and when they want??? This is a question.Always be an advocate for your loved one!Hoping to make all of us feel better because I know they deserve better!!!
