There were no carts or baskets at the entrance. The check out lines are ridiculous. The lines are all the way to the back of the store for 2 , I repeat 2 cashiers open and the line for the self checkout is back to the bakery department. This is unacceptable. Remember these people waiting in these lines have chosen to give you their money. I shopped else wear while you rearranged the store and now it’s such a major disappointment to come back. I’ve spoken to management and the reply is always “ we can’t force people to come to work” . Here’s a thought , fire them and hire people who are team players who want to work.

Extremely rude pharmacist that picked up the phone today around 1:50pm who clearly did not want to help the customer. As soon as he picked up he seemed annoyed that he had to do it and he kept the same tone throughout the whole call (which really only lasted 2 minutes) refusing to answer questions but rather just being rude and annoyed. I called to get a prescription ready as I always do, but for some reason, this pharmacist did not think that was a good reason to call as his first response picking up the phone was “well maybe you should just do it on the app”. As much as I appreciate that technology offers this option, calling in is still a valid way of doing so, and this sort of service is simply rude and unacceptable.

The pharmacy used to be good. The staff were nice and knowledgeable. Then something really bad happened, all of the staff were completely replaced and no one would talk about it. I have heard rumors, which I wont repeat here, but they replaced all the good people as well as whoever did the bad thing.They have also started enforcing strict draconian policies that make things a lot worse for the customers. In particular, if your prescription is due on the 10th, and you dont have time after work to wait for it to be filled, you cannot give it to them on the ninth and pick up the filled prescription the next day. They will not hold the paper receipts.If you are picking up for you and your wife, they will require her ID as well as yours when you go to pick up the prescriptions, even if they have it on file from the last time.I understand the need for draconian policies like this after something really and happens , but I also understand the needs of the customer to find new pharmacies that are better fit for their needs. And I hope stop and shop understand that too. Good luck to stop and shop pharmacy, I hope you can recover from whatever happened.

You can find everything you need from groceries to hot food. But a little pricey than Aldis.

I have found many sugar free products at Stop and Shop, because I have diabetes.

After 5pm and Only two check out lines besides the self checkout a bad sign. Plus, when I went to get salmon had to go to deli and ask for help. Guy rolled his eyes when I asked him to wrap the pieces separately.

Good evening ....I was just letting Management know when I visit, Stop & Shop Pharmacy that Phil and Christal,Joe,Jane,kristine,Mattthey are the best in the pharmacy and they always friendly always willing to help and they make you feel like a value customer every time I come in and every time I see others come in also youre very polite and always willing to help guess one them give them praise,.

The person who answers the phone needs urgent psychological help is too gross it is not okay for that kind of individual to work in attention to the public and less in health systems please take care of the citations
