You can choose the type of pressure massage you like (soft, medium, or firm); I chose medium. Dane’s hands are amazing! He relieved all the muscle spasms in my shoulders and neck. Back felt loose. No more aches and pains! He’s such a professional. I’m definitely going to make the time to continue going since I suffer from muscle spasm. I would recommend him to anyone.
